the theater seats were extremely comfortable. enjoyable experience.

We had a birthday party for my daughter and it was awesome. We had luxury seats and took a tour behind the scenes. The price was amazing.

Make sure you get there early for new movies. Seats are assigned now.

Love FREE POPCORN MONDAYS!!! And love the new seating but don't like choosing seats. This should be done for those wanting handicapped seating. ...

This is a great theater since the renovation. The recliners are amazing and concessions are more affordable than other theaters.

Our movie wasn't in the theater on our ticket and the staff didn't know what to do. Luckily I figured it out so we didn't miss the movie

This theater is fantastic! It really does feel like a "smaller" movie theater but the place is better than any IMAX, big-time cinema. There is not a bad seat in the theater and the seats recline! Very comfortable to sit in and take in a movie, my kids loved it

Can't beat these prices and specials. Variety that most the big chains can't compare to regarding snacks. The seats are great too.

Smaller theatre complex reserved reclining seats and full snack bar. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful.

Cozy and comfortable seating with excellent viewing. Concessions are ok and limited compared to larger theater complex offerings but there are many restaurants in the area to go to before or after so no big deal.
Staff are very friendly and helpful.
Overall a very good experience to see a movie.

I really hate the new seating arrangements and the lounge chairs

The giant "comfy" chairs always cramp up my back and neck. I'm sure some people like them though.

I am hard of hearing and requested a hearing aid. The lady at the ticket counter had to page that manager 3 times before she showed up. She finally showed up 10 minutes later all smiles and cheerful like everything is fine and normal. I pointed out to her that because of her my family of 5 is going to miss the start of the movie. I urged her to make sure that the hearing aid is working properly. Only when I got to the movie which has already started did I discover that the hearing aid was set up for blind people (as opposed to for those like me with hearing disability). Consequently, I was forced to watch the movie without hearing aid. Practically speaking this manager has carelessly made the movie theater inaccessible which is a violation of the state law.

Purchased tickets online, got in quickly, great sound quality, video was clear, chairs were amazing. Lights could have been a bit dimmer during the movie. Didn't use the snack bar, so can't comment there. Would definitely return.

Tickets are way too expensive with such small screens that aren t even IMAX... only up-charge because of Fox Chapel clientele...

I love this theater. Super close to my house.. Monday s are a discount day it s like 6 bucks to see whatever and you get a free small popcorn.. they have the nice leather reclining seats.. It s a smaller theater so I enjoy the coziness. Don t have the largest selection of movies but they have the new stuff. I like that you can buy the tickets on fandango to avoid having to wait in any lines and to secure your selected seat. Roll straight in and sit down.

This is my favorite theater and I am so glad they are doing things to keep business going while keeping extremely safe.

Went to see the movie kin with my mom and when we arrived the ticket stand was closed and a sign said to purchase tickets at the concession stand where there was only two workers who both were already working with other families and there were two more families waiting in line ahead of us. The one worker was waiting on a woman with 5 kids and was arguing about there ages and how she wanted one of them to be free because she would be sitting on her lap. Needless to say they took so long that by the time we reached the front the previews for our movie were over and the movie had started. The workers not only had to take the orders but they had to fill them too. They definitely should have had more than two people behind the counter and had the ticket stand open for people who only needed tickets. I am very disappointed in this interaction. We talked to a manager and their solution was free popcorn. 1 Why would I want to wait for popcorn when the movie already started 2 why would I pay to see a movie that already started. I wouldn t. So now thanks to the poor planning of the theatres management not having enough employees and not having them in the correct areas they wasted my gas and my time. If you can t staff your establishment maybe you shouldn t have one

Always an easy experience coming to this theater. All the staff interactions have been easy and helpful. Always clean wherever you go in the theater. The reclining seats and enough space to walk past easily make it one of my favorite theaters to go to

Go here for the nice employees, quick lines and of course COMFY SEATS!! You don't get that at the waterfront unless you pay a ton extra.

Love the new seats, hate the prices but i can still remember when movies were like $5. And not on a special day. But its 2019 times change and they have to pay to upgrade stuff so its whatever . Only thing that worries me is all the teens that work there, i used to work in a high school with food i know they do bare minimum cleaning wise. So i a bit wary of all the soda fountains, microwaves or anything else they're supposed to clean. But thats the assistant manager who is certified in food management coming out in me

I haven't been here in a long time, since Pittsburgh Mills is closer for me. I am very impressed...the seats in all of their theaters are recliners!! I feel like I'm in my own living room!! My legs will feel so much better when I leave!! How awesome!!

This is my pick for theaters in or near the city. Love the motorized leather recliners...a truly luxurious experience at no extra cost.

Best movie theater around! They have awesome, super cumfy leather recliners that have buttons on the side to control the recline. Tons of leg room too in front of chairs. Air conditioning works great too. Its a wonderful theater to enjoy a hot summer day out of the heat!

Relatively clean and orderly place with comfortable seats.

They have those fantastic luxury seats. Huge recliner seats, big enough to curl up in, foot rest and everything. You get to choose your seat when you buy your ticket. Also, the theater is almost never crowded. Highly recommend!

Love this theater. All luxury seats! When you get tickets you need to choose your seats. Concessions are regular. Wish they had updated version, but they have slushies and the theater seats more than make up for this small thing. Stadium seating, so no bad place. Seats are wide and roomy, leather, and they recline and have a foot rest. Aisles have extra room so you are further from people in front and back. Each seat has a cup holder. Theaters are really clean too. Worth the drive if you usually go to the Mills.

Nice theater with upgraded and new recliners. I'd suggest that you purchase your tickets a couple of hours before hand because you reserve your seating. So, the larger your party, the earlier you should get there so everyone can sit together. My only complaints are that it's quite chilly in the theaters and the water in the bathrooms is cold, very cold.

Fantastic theater. Recliner chairs, friendly employees who are passionate about film. Must purchase tickets in advance, but that also means you'll never accidentally show up to a sold out show.

I always come here to watch movies and tonight I went to see the premiere of It: Chapter 2 but in the particular theater room I was in had an issue with the A/C. It was uncomfortably hot and my significant other mentioned it to one of the staff members. The staff member offered to let us move to a different theater room that was showing the same movie that also had air conditioning but the movie is long & I had work in the morning. The staff member thanked us kindly for our business & offered us complimentary tickets to see the movie again at our convenience, along with two free large popcorns. We will definitely be back!

This is a nice little theater. They have the luxury recliner seats so you can adjust the footrests. All of the employees have always been helpful and courteous to me and it's just a short walk from the rest of the Waterworks plaza.

WOW! We just did their $50 private theater movie and it honestly was the highlight of my year. We had the theater all to ourselves and it was amazing. As soon as it was over, someone was there to clean our seats, so we could tell that they were taking the appropriate precautions. Cannot more enthusiastically recommend going!
