Had Tickets for toy story today But could not o because of the flooding all roads closed Called to see if I could get a refund They said only if I could get to the theater with in 1 hour He must be sitting on his A- - Because i tould him all roads were close could not get there I will be going eleswere to the movies Hate talkind to stupid people

Price was decent, they should consider asking ppl not to bring screaming newborn babies into a theater....

FREEZING!!!! It is winter it felt like the A/C was on. Other people had blankets. I guess they have been there before. As my first time i loved the movie the reclining chairs and space. Popcorn was not hot and not that good..I didn't know that was possible. $8.00 down the drain..$36.00 for 3 tickets which I would be fine with as it is entertainment but I feel that I paid 36.00 to watch a movie outside in winter...not even in a car with heat. Friggin pass out hot chocolate then. If I try this again I will make sure to ask what the temperature is before hand as I dont want to miss the movie. Not happy as it was a good movie...

HORRIBLE! I have gone here for years and last Saturday night I went to a 7pm showing of Annabelle. Well I enjoyed what I could see of the movie. There was a large group of young "adults" and I use that term loosely! They were getting up and down throughout the movie, talking to each other loud enough that the entire theatre could hear. They had their cell phones ringing. Completely disrespectful! The manager came in twice and did NOTHING. The movie should have been stopped and all of these little jagoffs escorted out. The manager gave us a free movie for our next visit by writing his name on the back of our ticket stub. You know what I don't think I will be going back. Get a set of balls and take control of your theatre!

Don't go here tired- you'll miss the movie. The chairs are way too comfy! Loved it and now can't go anywhere else!

The chairs are awesome. Pick your own seat? Awesome. But ... the projectors don't seem to have the brightness and the contrast necessary for the best experience. We saw star wars ep viii, and the details were kind of muddy. Not a deal breaker for most, but took away a little.

By far my favorite movie theater. Very comfortable and spacious.

Comfortable seats and decent view of the screen from pretty much everywhere. Lots of different show times so it's rarely crowded or sold out for most shows.

It's a smaller theater so things don't stay here long but they have recliner chairs! I always go here over other places

Cinema is one of the best ones I have been too! They have comfy leather recliner seats and you have picked assigned seating. This makes it much more help because if you walk into a packed movie theater with you and another person, you know there will be seats next to eachother.

I would not enter this place again if they paid me to come.

Some years ago, my wife and I went to senior's matinees at Waterwirks Cinemas. Then they decided to put in fancy new seating and raised the price. We stopped going.

Today AARP was sponsoring a showing there. As AARP members, we got free tickets and went off to see a film. Since popcorn is, for me, an integral part of the movie experience, we waited in line to buy a popcorn to share.

I asked for a large. The girl at the counter filled a bag with popcorn and rang up $8. The posted price for a large is $7. I questioned that, and was told, "This is our new large "

I will not pay a price higher than advertised, and told her so.

We left. We will not return. Ever.

Staff is Always professional and curtious. My family always enjoy ourselves there.

Not impressed with the concession stand at all, however, I feel the comfort and spacious, but small, nature of the theaters really give me the movie theater experience I've always wanted. After coming here so often, I do not enjoy other theaters, no matter if the food is better. I am strictly here for the film.

Ordered online, pick seats and had no problem getting tickets in seconds...food made fresh...$ reasonable...was spotless when entering...the seats made watching the movie very comfortable...

The best seats that I've ever sat in. I love goin here I can sit down pull on the handle on my seat take my shoes off cuddle in a blanket and watch a movie as if I was at home in a lazyboy reciliner.

I go to the $5.50 Monday movies with Free popcorn and have always had a good experience.

Electric recliners are very comfy. Front of house is a tad chaotic at times. Popcorn is delicious.

By far THEE WORST MOVIE THEATER I EVER BEEN TO. The staff was under experience, we walked in the actual theater and it smelled like Piss. The seats were dirty and my family and I were itching during the whole time we were there, and we still are afterwards.smh They might have bed bugs or something. We actually left mid of the movie due to the uncomfortably. A waste of $30 and I WILL NEVER EVER GO there or tell anyone to go there in my life. Not to mention the popcorn tasted like cigarettes. I feel sorry for whoever owns this place. I'll be surprised if you guys are open for another year. I wish I could give them NO STARS.

Very nice theater, comfortable chairs and it was clean.

Surprised to find comfy seating in reclining arm chairs, fewer rows and less densely packed theaters. Ticket sales were being processed at the snack counter, which also caught me by surprise and the staff member that I interacted with was very helpful, relaxed and great at her job. We had a lot of fun!

Water works cinemas are the most comfortable theater I have ever seen. All the seats are power leather recliners!

Best thing about this theater it's got the most comfortable reclining seats and the popcorn bucket is the way to go. Bring it back $4 and free refills!

This is my favorite theater in the region. They recently remodeled their theaters to have luxury recliners and assigned seating. Ticket prices are similar to other theaters.

All movies on Mondays are $6.25, and include a free small popcorn. Just be sure to get your tickets in advance!

Went to see the brunch 3d. It was a good movie theater plenty of seating.

Don't expect silence from the audience during a movie.

Great reclining seats. Very clean. And the people working there are nice.

And I love that they actually take care of it and do repairs, one time the lock on a bathroom door was broken, and I went back a week later and it was fixed. One of the screens showing what number the theater is was broke, I came back a week later, and saw them installing new bigger, brighter screens.

And it's cool that the bathrooms have signs with random quotes. It's a really small thing, but it just shows that they actually care.

The price of the food is basically average. Penn Hills theater food is cheaper, but AMC at the waterfront is more expensive; Waterworks food prices are right in the middle.

The only problem is there's no huge IMAX screens, but other than that there's nothing to complain about.

Staff is always friendly and considerate. The cost on Monday movies are the best and the popcorn is great.

I have always had excellent experiences here, and I love the recliners. This is my go-to cinema.

I liked that this theatre has the comfy reclining chairs as well as stadium seating. Its small enough that there arent any bad seats. I didn't like that they don't turn the lights out while the movie was playing. They were dimmed but not much.

Since the seating remodel and reserved seating started this is the best place in fox chapel to catch a movie. The sound is a little loud but you get used to it.

Great theater. Very cozy and spacious seats. Sound quality cold have been better.
