I am hard of hearing and requested a hearing aid. The lady at the ticket counter had to page that manager 3 times before she showed up. She finally showed up 10 minutes later all smiles and cheerful like everything is fine and normal. I pointed out to her that because of her my family of 5 is going to miss the start of the movie. I urged her to make sure that the hearing aid is working properly. Only when I got to the movie which has already started did I discover that the hearing aid was set up for blind people (as opposed to for those like me with hearing disability). Consequently, I was forced to watch the movie without hearing aid. Practically speaking this manager has carelessly made the movie theater inaccessible which is a violation of the state law.
