Great hotel , close to a lot of places , spacious rooms , comfy beds , clean but the only thing that went wrong when checked in @ 8:00pm my rooms weren t ready I just got one room , i had the other one after more than an hour & there was only one receptionist , then the told me the third room has a maintenance issue & they will give me a room in a lower floor for the night that wasn t acceptable for me so I demanded a compensation so the other day they gave a suite as an apology for the late check in & the room delay & that so much appreciated

Great location, great value, great people. I hope they keep up all three - We will be back. The Randolph Lounge was especially cozy and enjoyable. The breakfast buffet, included in our room, was along very good and a nice surprise.

Slightly dated/older rooms, but still a great stay. Our only qualm was the room we received at check-in (picture attached). We booked a King, and this was definitely not a king (it was less than 65 inches wide). When I brought this to the attention of the front desk, they mentioned it was definitely a king but not a California King. While I don t agree, he still said he would give me a new room. Our new room definitely had a king sized bed and was just like the picture I saw on the site when booking.

I would take a look at the room (it was either 2003 or 2005) and ensure it is appropriately classified.

The cost did not seem fair to me, since it does not offer additional services. And the rooms are not comfortable, the bathroom very, very small. They treat you well but lack additional services.

We stayed at the Warwick in NYC. Our room was great and the front desk person was very personal. We grabbed a drink at the hotel bar/restaurant and the bartender was attentive and friendly. We would definitely stay there again. It was a great central location.

The only reason i give 1 star is for it's location. It is beautifully a wAlking distance from Central Park. However it was over priced for it's not so sophisticated food. IT WAS MICROWAVED!!! We ordered late night 1030pm late and it wasnt bad on taste but it was completely microwaved. I.was very disappointed with our $60- some burger with fries and a side of mashed potatos...!! Also too, the.pictures are false....we got a king room n it looked like a queen plus very tight compared to the space distance between objects of the pictures. Let's just say, NEVER AGAIN!

Stayed overnight in a king guest room, which was well appointed, clean, spacious and comfortable. I never heard a noise from other guests and slept well in the luxurious bedding. The location is fantastic. I expected a more gracious, 'above and beyond' service experience for this level hotel and price, but overall I was pleased with my stay and would return if the price is right.

Check in time consuming. I requested early check in by email because I knew that I would arrive early in the hotel and I was not attended to, I requested at the counter the anticipation because we were very tired and they made us wait until exactly 15 hours, and the room was already ready. The hotel itself is very well located and the rooms are quite large and clean.

The staff was simply incredible: accommodating, friendly and professional. The hotel itself is very nice and the rooms are great. Had an issue with my AC so they changed me to another room and gave me an upgrade for the inconvenience. Would definitely recommend!

A comfy hotel, small rooms but clean and well decorated. Nice bar and restaurant downstairs. I do think the maintenance could step it up just a notch, saw some peeling wallpaper that lasted a few days.

The hotel was very clean and nice with spacious sized rooms for New York City! The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating to our needs. The only complaint was the size of the bathroom. It was extremely small and there was very little space to move around. I would definitely visit again if given an opportunity.

Overall, very nice hotel and stuff. My only complaint is that we booked "City view" room and got the room with no view whatsoever (photo attached), but when questioned at front desk, we were told that our room is considered City view... Very confused as I see photos from other people that actually can see the city.

The Warwick has always been my first choice in NYC. The rooms are very clean, the staff is very friendly. It's also connected to our favorite bar Randolph's where we like to have a cocktail at the end of the night and chat with Sam the bartender.

The Warwick is beautiful and the rooms were very comfortable. Exceedingly small elevators and the staff, while polite, seems somewhat indifferent at times. Housekeeping was really sweet and responsive though.

I got a good deal on a room at the Warwick for my wife and I for her birthday. I had been to New York quite a few times before to visit family but the area immediately around the hotel was new to me.

The staff was helpful with directions and recommendations and the room was big and clean.

We did have to call maintenance for an issue with the shower, but they arrived quickly and resolved the problem without much hassle.

Great classic hotel with nicely renovated rooms, some with huge balcony's. The restaurant is WAY over priced and the elevators are tiny and slow but the hotel is beautiful and service is top notch.

This place's only saving grace is one woman who works the front desk and I believe her name is Catherine. Other folks were pleasant, but if I were to stay here again, which is unlikely, it would be because of her. My first stay ended in a dispute over additional fees/double charges because their staff do not communicate. My second stay was spent in a room which was in poor shape. There were scuff marks all over the walls, the glasses provided were coated in a thin film and fingerprints. Air quality was shyte, there were dead insects and visible layers of dust in the air conditioner vent, which is unable to keep the room cool, and antiquated. It is uncomfortably loud. Their housekeeping staff was unpredictable and confusing, either not addressing the room until late afternoon or trying to enter the room just shy of 9 am on Saturday morning. Services promised to be delivered by 6 were delivered by closer to 8. Their prices, understandably high due to location, are unjustifiable in the grand scheme of things. The nightly rate is not absurd, it's actually reasonable to an extent, but the cost of literally everything else is not worth what you get for it. Oh, and lastly if you happen to speak the same language as the desk clerk you get to skip the entire line, get treated with priority and respect the others don't deserve apparently. As a polyglot I would've taken full advantage of that situation so I could leave as scheduled instead of waiting 20 minutes for a meaningless series of conversations to finish while said line skippers get to check in overall opinion of the experience is as low as possible. I expected better, but I'll be staying with SPG affiliates going forward, at least their services are worth the cost.

Hotel very well located, subway, Times Square etc .. less than 5 min walk.
A little disappointed by the care given to the room and the bathroom.

The location is in a very convenient area where a short walk can bring you to main tourist attractions. The hotel rooms are very comfortable with wonderful amenities.
Conference rooms fit many. Very nice fitness gym with many machines

Lovely old school hotel. It still has a century old style. Very rich in history and popular amongst VIP. Actually bounced in few of them checkin in.

Rooms are good, clean, with all amenities but I think a renovation is needed. Not in the style but is the modernity department. More plugs to charge the growing list of electronics we bring along.

Stayed at the Warwick at nearly $1200 for one night and found tired furniture in the room, a tired bathroom with an old scratched toilet seat, a tub/shower that wouldn't drain, noisy heating/system, and overpriced food that has made me quite sick.

Ate all 3 meals in the Warwick restaurants only to return with a bad stomach illness.
