Great food, super comfy beds, but the bathrooms are terrible: super tiny, bad water pressure and temperature doesn t always get hot. Service is 50/50 depending on who you get and what it is you need.

Classic upscale historic Hotel with attached Randolph's restaurant. Extremely professional and very knowledgeable staff throughout. Spacious and well decorated rooms with delightful beds and shower. Always makes us feel welcomed and at Home.
All about the location. The Warwick is perfectly located between Time Square and Central Park. If you are coming to New York to see Broadway shows, then this hotel will suit your needs. The room was clean and charming, but a bit smaller than we thought. Elevators are tight as well so you might have to squeeze in with other guests. Service was great and checking in/out was quick and easy. We did not try the restaurant or bar of the hotel, just because there are so many options close by to choose from.
Overall we had a great experience and we recommend it.
During the week of the Macy's Thanksgiving parade my wife and I were extremely happy and comfortable in room 2010. We watched the parade from our room as well as running a couple times down stairs to get the cold and up close view. Most of our meals were in the mural room. Breakfast and lunch were to look forward to. We were in walking distance of everything we needed except "Ground zero ". Uber was always on time. We will be back and our room will be with you!
Definitely a one of kind hotel. Care for details is amazing : plugs for PC hidden under the desk on a retractable invisible (no need to bring multiplugs nor adapters.)
Rooms are very small and pretty basic, but comfortable nonetheless. Cool building. Took 4 hours for them to deliver a refrigerator, calling multiple times about it, so unfortunately my take-out spoiled while waiting for it to be delivered.
This is an okay hotel, nothing special. Even though the location is really good, 6th Avenue, 2 minutes walking to Central Park, which is really good. We had a Suite and it was comfy (see photos attached) and clean. I do not recommend to have breakfast in the hotel, as there is a really good place in front of the hotel to have it.
Great location. Great price point for the area and accommodations. Clean and comfortable but small rooms. Nice bar but overpriced and plain menu. Nice staff.
HUGE rooms for a NYC hotel, everything was very clean but the bed was a bit firm. Beautiful bathrooms!!! Prices were incredibly reasonable for the accommodations provided.
The room was decent despite the view of a brick wall outside the window. Service was substandard. Cleaning never restocked toilet paper without being asked and we were only informed of the handicap/stroller accessible entrance on our fourth day of lugging our stroller up and down their steps and through the double doors in front of their staff.
Lovely hotel with parking across and next door. Go online for $45 overnight rate! Clean and charming rooms, very comfy bed! Didn t like that the fridge was so stocked you couldn t use it for personal items (have to ask at check in for that). It s a good location (near but not in heart of the craziness of Times Square). Plus only three blocks from central park.
What a fantastic stay!!! We were kindly upgraded to a suite with a balcony and wow what a view! Spacious, clean room. Walk in closet. Superb! We were even left a bottle of champagne and strawberries as it was a special occasion. Fantastic and absolutely coming back.
It is true that structurally it is not my favorite genre (in fact on this basis I would have given 3 stars) but the location and the staff are really great. As well as the hotel bar. A stone's throw from central park is from Time Square. Behind 5th Avenue. Recommended in any case
The Warwick is in an amazing location! The rooms were more traditionally decorated and quite comfortable. We didn't interact with any staff while at the hotel but everyone did seem very pleasant when passing in the halls.
