Warwick Hotels & Resorts Review

Clean, spacious room with nice amenities and comfortable bed.

It is the ideal location. However, the rooms a small and ready for an update. But then again, this is New York.

We had a great experience here at Warwick New Yorkfrom start to finish. They surprised us with a bottle of champagne and a fruit and cheese platter because we told them that it was our belated Valentine's Day celebration. All the staff was very friendly, helpful, and respectful. We definitely will be coming back again soon.

It was a perfect stay. Great location, professional service, and the staff was super nice. We have recommended this place to other people.

Great location. The rooms are nothing too fancy but they're clean and reasonably sized for Manhattan. My only complaint was the lack of coffee makers in the rooms.

The spacious, clean and beautiful room, the reception or speak English or anything, do not strive to understand you in the least.

We didn't stay here but visited briefly...I liked it because Elvis stayed here before he became a worldwide star.. He's pictured walking in on his own. He recorded a TV show a few days later.. Here he has no fans hounding him.. At that point he was only famous around Memphis etc.. Never again would he be so open.. The hotel has such charisma..

The location is super, there should be coffee machine outside the bed and at least 1 sip of water in the room. Everything is not money, I suppose!

The hotel is well located. It is certainly "historic", but it is clean and comfortable. It has a cachet that other big hotel chains don't have.
A few small snags all the same ... There are only three elevators for the whole hotel and when one of the three breaks down (which happened to us), you have to be patient ...
There were four of us at this hotel for seven days, and five days a week we only had three sets of towels to shower. It is certainly not serious, and in general, we were brought the missing set quite quickly, but hey, when we realize it once the shower has taken ...
We upgraded to have a suite and put the children in another room, but beware of their "roll beds"; the quality of the mattresses is not very good, and the children, despite their featherweight, had back pain.
Do not worry if you are offered a room without a view on the street (this is what happened for the upgrade); in fact the room is suddenly very quiet and having a wall two meters in front of the window does not bother too much because anyway, you have to visit the city from morning until evening!
I didn't want to book directly on the hotel's website, but called them. So, we were not entitled to free breakfast (34 dollars per person ...). But the same, there are restaurants every 50 meters ...
To end on a positive note, the staff are welcoming and happy to help.

It has a great location with excellent service. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, the value of the room is great in relationship with the space and the location. No nonsense luxury hotel. Some rooms have great views of the 6th.

In 2001 I rented the Cary Grant suite, and it was incredible. The master bedroom had a four post gigantic king size bed with huge flat screen, stereo, DVD player. The master bath had a sauna, big jacuzzi tub, and separate shower; all of which was marble and granite. There was another bedroom with 2 queen sized beds and a separate full bath for that room all marble as well. The living room was huge, it had a big dining table for 10 people. Multiple couches and lounging seating a full entertainment center. The balcony is incredibly huge, it wrapped around half of the building.the suite was so big there are only two suites on that floor. We watched the fireworks on New Years from the balcony. Definitely one of my favorite New Years in my lifetime. I hope to come back again. absolutely amazing place!

To two corners of Central Park, and with historical route in its walls, the best one to be able to move comfortably by Manhattan.
Maybe they lack space for so many guests when we get together for breakfast, but if the budget is not a problem, warwick is the solution. :)

Beautiful hotel! It's near Times Sq, great places to eat and public transportation. Staff is extremely helpful and kind.

Very pleasant and comfortable atmosphere with very polite and helpful staff. Rooms are large, with cosy double beds, TVs with a wide range of shows/films, although the resolution isn't great, and responsive room service. Spacious cupboard with safe. Bathroom has a very large mirror, a bath/shower with quickly hot water and a number of fresh, soft towels. By the lobby is a restaurant with good but expensive food, as well as a bar with a nice atmosphere and comfortable seating. Overall very pleasant experience with no major issues at all.

The location is perfect for doing tourist things. The hotel was very clean and the rooms are nicely appointed. Skip the lounge bar and walk east on 54th to the Irish pub. Know in advance that the elevators are very slow.

So outdated and old :( like I don t understand. It s New York! You can do so much better here. We got the room with almost no sunlight:(

I stayed for my bday and had the best time! The room was bigger than expected and I was pleasantly upgraded to a 6th Ave view. The hotel staff was extremely accommodating and made sure I was comfortable.

Bar is very nice, free kettle chips with drinks. High prices though

Nice rooms and atmosphere! Some of the rooms can have quirks; for example one of our bathrooms was a little cramped, but overall a great stay!

Nice hotel, but for $300+ a night you would expect to have working elevators...30 min wait to get in. Fix your elevators!

Very nice hotel with an excellent and friendly staff. Great location convenient to the 57th Ave Subway station and plenty of good and inexpensive eateries. A minor room issue was rectified well beyond our expectations, so thanks to the management for that. Our boys 8th birthday weekend was a rousing success and the Warwick played a big roll in that. Thanks.

I would not recommend staying here. Looks cheap, feels cheap like staying at a high end motel. My room was not clean at all! I bring it to the attention of the front desk and was told because of covid they only clean every 3 days after check in, which I understand. But this room was dirty when I checked in. Air conditioner not working. Mini bar empty, hair around the toilet. Coffee maker broken, actually there s nothing to make coffee, just the machine plug in on the desk. I took some pictures, wish I could add them to my review.

Very nice hotel and very pricey. Parking was a nightmare.

Probably not as high end as it once was but still nice. Staff was exceptionally friendly. Bed was comfortable. Good location for uptown. The hotel was clean.

It is a clean place, however no tissues, no slippers and I had an incident where the cleaner put all of my shopping bags in the trach out side with all the reciets in it

The closet was much larger than expected for NYC, and the room was very comfortable. This hotel was truly a treat to stay at and I would recommend it for any NYC traveller.

We loved staying here and Carlos the doorman made it so much better!! He is great everything we asked he went above and beyond to answer and made sure we were ok with the answer. The hotel was nice and accommodating to us because we have small children. We will be back!

Very nice hotel...with a classic charm and NYC style. The doorman was super helpful and all the staff were very attentive. I am not sure we could have found a better location.

Nice hotel bar, but full of tourists so not a great spot for locals.

Awesome Old NY style Hotel...feels like you stepped back in time to the 1940s...Staff is great...they handled every request with ease...midtown location makes this hotel a great "command center". We will return.

Hotel a little dated but well placed. Close to Times Square and Central Park. Spacious superior room. Bathroom a little outdated

From an outsider that visits the city frequently, it's okay.

The lobby of the hotel turns into a bar at night and there are tons of random people walking in and out. They have designated smoking areas away from the hotel, but the front smells entirely like smoke when you walk in.

Stayed here a few years back but recently revisited and it still looks good.

large room (the bathroom is spacious with shower and old fashioned tub), confertevole and well insulated from outside noise; the hotel is close to time square and several metro lines. In case of need, the staff is available to help guests. Wifi and free business center with computer terminals and free printer (useful for printing of boarding passes or event tickets). At the cost of the room you need to add 25 $ per day for services (mandatory cost). Recommended

This hotel is not recommended at all based on my experience. I hoped that the visit would be great, but it failed for me. The one of the two remote controller for TV doesn't work. The toilet was clogged. But those two were solved. But the most worst part was the rusty water. The cold water was OK. But hot water was so yellow. The initial response from the front desk was rapid. But for this case of the rusty water, they told us to just run the water until it is OK. So I ran the water about more than 1 hour. The color seemed to be a little better but it is still yellow as you see.

I was tired of waiting for getting showered. So I got showered with that yellow water. It is horrible.

My room was roomy, neat and cozy, but this has ruined all the good impression.

Edition: Although we had a really bad memories about this, the hotels deeply apologize for what they have mistaken. They promised that it will be fixed for sure and we've got a proper reimbursement about it.

Location is good,room size is large , bed is very comfortable and clean,only the bathroom is too small.

One of the cleanest rooms I have ever stayed across. I love the art deco style decoration. It's worth it! I have the cleanest rooms I've stayed. The decoration is great. Prices vary.

Location is great! Convenient to Rockefeller, which is where I needed to be. Rooms are comfortable, but the heat is so loud when it turns on. Service is also slow as it took awhile to get my teapot.

Terrible experience.
We paid for a premier room with a view. Got situated in a tiny dusty room with clogged sink and dirt all over bathroom floor and room carpet. It was very hard to breathe there. Not something you want to encounter during Covid times. The elevators weren t cleaned either - empty cups and trash on the floor wasnt cleaned for a whole day. definitely the worst stay in NY. Very disappointed.

Great midtown location, close to park, shopping, etc

We stayed for 4 nights the service was very good the room was very comfortable the eggs Benedict was superb, would highly recommend this hotel.

I did not stay here, but I have a friend who always stays here. He has done it in several stages of life and he likes it a lot. Now she is mom and the whole family fits perfectly

Perfect locale for Macy's Parade and anything else! Not cheap, but what is in NYC?

Hotel 4 stars rather good, everything is pretty good except the price, for 3000 euros the week we have "only" a simple room with 2 beds 140cm and a small bathroom, I mattendait a lot better for this price however the service The gym is very good and the hotel is very well located, 5-10 minutes from Central Park and Rockefeller Center but the choice of not too expensive restaurant nearby is restricted; we feel that we are in an office district, moreover the number of Starbucks around is impressive.

Great location in mid-town Manhattan! The staff was courteous and helpful. The room was comfortable and spacious. Staying there was a good experience.

Good location. Horrible service!! Never been to a hotel that the restaurants are only open when they want them to be.You would think that you could get something anytime you want. Not enough towels etc. in bath(one wash cloth daily. Most of waitstaff and doorman act like they are doing you a favor to help or serve you. Would never stay again!Very disappointing,as I have stayed at several Warwick s before.

Great old world hotel with modern amenities just blocks away from Rock Center.
