After a multitude of emails nagging me to write a review here it is!

As far as sales and working hard to me into a vehicle they were great! Everyone was friendly! I do have a couple of pet peeves. I only received one key with the purchase of my car. It being used I know they may have only gotten one key but it still chaps me that I only received one key. To get another key is going to cost me roughly 250.00 which for me that is a car payment. I have a fixed income so yes this is huge to me! The other issue was the tires! I was able to get them to replace two and it needed all four! I paid for the other two to be replaced and asked to keep the good tires. Went to the Quick lane to get tires changed and pick up the "good tires" that they would not let me have because they were not going to be responsible for allowing those tires out the door of their facility! I know both items I have mentioned are on me and I get that but this shouldn't have been an issue at all! Now as for service after the sale, or any communication after the sale has been NONE! The only things I have received is 5 different emails asking me to write a review! 1 key not 2, bad tires and no service after the sale and a nagging bunch of emails about writing a review! You want a 5 star review I suggest y'all step up your game to match 5 star review!
