Having a clogged up waste drain line I called Brian at Northlake Septic Services (he is the only only one I use for my septic tank services). I told him of my waste drain line problem. Brian suggested that I contact the Bodine Construction Services and gave me their phone number to call. They answered the call promptly by a live and friendly person. They made every effort to solve my drain problem. They came the same day at the time promised and performed the work very professionally. The drain line was back in service after an hours worth of work. Great and fast service! Thanks!!
Couldn't be more dissatisfied. Bodine was recommend by Windermere. They didn't stand behind their work and showed the least amount of integrity of any contractor I have ever used. Beware.
I'm still hoping this double referred to me company starts to turn things around for our project. I have been in contact since August and still have nothing to show for the money or time spent trying to get responses from them about when we will get options to choose from to finally address our issues. I've paid for pipe scoping and it took a lot of work from me to get them out here to do that; now another month of waiting and still no plans of what they suggest we do. Two industry professionals in different construction areas referred them to me...maybe I'm just the one they keep overlooking but I'm becoming quite impatient as it nears November.

We were getting substantial water in our crawl space, particularly when it rained. Bodine was able to diagnose and fix issue at a very reasonable cost. I had several other companies come out but their solutions would not have been effective in alleviating the true issue such as installing a french drain and sump pump in the crawl space. This would have recycled the water and not fixed it.

I called Bodine on the recommendation of my neighbor. They came out and did a fantastic job installing my side sewer. When that project was finished I had them out again to remove some giant fir stumps and re-grade my backyard. I would hire them in the future. This company works hard, is professional, and has earned my trust.
We hired Bodine Construction to redo the existing drainage system in the house we recently bought. Prior to starting work they tested all downspouts with a die and did a video inspection to make sure there were no issues. They were able to solve our problem with the wet crawlspace by installing a more efficient gravity drain so we don't need to rely on sump pump anymore. The guys are true professionals and really do pay attention to detail. They did a great job restoring our front yard to original condition. I would recommend them to anyone who has got a water problem because they are really an experts at what they are doing.
