A co-worker suggested that I try Walser Nissan and I am glad I did. I choose Walser for the Lifetime Warranty on the Powertrain and decided it was well worth the money to pay for the bumper-to-bumper warranty. Trisha was very friendly and helpful, even going to the point of walking over to Walser Honda to bring back an Accord for me to test drive and driving me to Walser Toyota in Bloomington to find my new Camry. The only pushy part of her sales pitch was towards writing a Google Review, which I normally won't do if asked more than once, but her service deserved it anyway.
I went in on a busy Saturday when they were short staffed and I still received quality service. Josie was so awesome to work with! She made the process easy and stress free. Dan, the sales manager, was really nice as well when appraising my trade in. Overall, best experience I could have hoped for. I love my new car!

Had the regular oil change. First time I came in car was washed and vacuumed. This is my 3rd visit car gets washed but they no longer vacuum. Also did not get the discount promised. The difference was only $1 but it is the fact i did not get what was promised that counts.
Brought my 2014 Nissan Rouge in because the back-up camera display was not working. Had to be replaced, which doesn't feel good & makes me question Nissan quality, durability. Dealer couldn't get replacement next day so auto sat over the weekend, but they gave us 10% off to offset the inconvenience. Overall, the dealer did right, but I question whether I would buy a Nissan product given this experience with the display going bad.

They make it really pleasant to wait here. Comfortable seating, TVs, magazines, free snacks, coffee, and water, and kindles to check out for the kids. Add in the pleasant employees (thanks Frank!) and getting your car serviced becomes way more pleasant than you might think!

The dealership gave me a very fair offer on my trade-in and were extremely courteous to get my new vehicle cleaned up and detailed despite it being a holiday. I was impressed with the amenities and my son loved the fresh-popped popcorn. I was able to go in and not feel like I was having to make all the decisions alone. Understandably, as a new salesman, he wasn't sure about a few things, but I appreciated his honesty if he didn't know something and his willingness to go figure out the answers to our questions. I had the pleasure of meeting Diego Acevedo in July of 2014, when I had purchased my first Nissan Altima. He was great and very professional. He made the process very understanding and easy. I told Matt W. the car that I had seen online and sure enough he was more than happy to go over all the little details with me! Went through the test drive and fell in love (mind you I am 19 and this was my first major purchase as an adult). Walser really is the superior experience. Yeah you might be able to get a slightly cheaper price with haggling, but its not going to be a large enough difference to be worth it. Not having to haggle is great.

I purchased a bed extender and weather tech floor mats.
The mats remained boxed, as I wished, but the installation of the extender took way too long, and the unit got jammed when I tried to move it. I had to disassemble the extender and track on the drivers side, so that I could adjust the track to allow the extender to move freely the length of the bed. I understand that the tech hadn't done this before, but isn't there a senior tech, or quality check of some type, that could have caught this?

I recently got a new Rogue at Walser Nissan in Burnsville. I had been looking for a crossover for awhile and looked at several competitors. I was actually very close to getting a different vehicle but after dealing with the sales person (competitor) I was very frustrated and felt like I was being tricked with their "online specials." So I went to Walser Nissan after researching the Rogue. I worked with Sarah Gamm and I was very pleased with the service I received. I arrived close to closing time and she was very patient and answered all of my questions and let me take a test drive. At no point did I feel pressured to buy or uncomfortable with the prices.
I came in for an oil change on my 2010 Nissan Rogue, previously purchased from Walser, and left with my new 2017 Rogue! Was very impressed with my salesman Joshua Henderson and the follow up I've received from him getting all my add on's taken care of. Will definitely buy from them again!
