Had to deal with service department couple of time...

Had to deal with service department couple of times. Firstly, some issues on new Murano are "working as designed" (despite making no sense at all to all the people but the service rep). Car is not washed after any service (or maybe just warranty repairs?). I will look elsewhere for next issues (which I'm sure I will experience with the Nissan quality nowadays).
