After a less than ideal experience at another Nissan dealership, my wife and I decided to give this one a try. I sent an email to their sales department telling them very specifically what we wanted to do (including the type of experience we wanted and didn t want). It started with Andrew who acknowledged my concerns and description of the experience we desired. I told him that we were simply looking to do something a bit earlier on our lease, but that we had a rather narrow set of parameters that would work for us at the time. I was clear that I didn t want to sit at the dealership for 3 hours (as was our previous experience), negotiating back and forth only to find out that the numbers just didn t work. I have some experience in the industry and know that all that is unnecessary. It s a simple math exercise. Andrew clearly respected what I told him and responded in kind. He was quite certain that they could make it work.

When we arrived at the dealership, at the request of Andrew, we spoke with Dan and Jeff. Both were mostly up to speed on what we wanted to do, our parameters and our very explicit desire to not engage in the negotiations that often occur with a car purchase. Again, both were courteous, respectful and acknowledged our wishes. They then handed us off to Jarid, who diligently carried the torch. In less than an hour, it was determined that not only could they hit our number, but they were able to come in even a tiny bit lower. An hour after that, we left with the car we wanted, at the price we needed and with the experience and service we expected! Needless to say, this made the boss (my wife) very happy. This was our 5th Nissan purchase. While this was our first purchase at this dealership, because of Andrew, Dan, Jeff and Jarid, it will very likely not be our last.

This dealership was top notch! Bryan Mendoza went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the Nissan rogue I was most comfortable with. He gave me suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. After I decided on a rogue the process was absolutely painless. So quick and professional. I felt like family by the end of the whole process! I would recommend Bryan Mendoza to anyone who is looking for a new or use. I like the car it is bigger then other brand SUVs.

Justin Lavey did a great job getting us through the purchasing process. Nice guy and best yet a Packers fan. Loving the new wheels so far. Came in looking for a good used vehicle and did not get pressured to up grade or up sale into something else. Upfront pricing is nice, takes the pressure off both parties. If you like it you buy it, don't like the price then find something else. Easy. Nice job Justin and good luck in the future.

I purchased a new Rogue from Walser Nissan working with Jan and Leo. Both were extremely helpful, thorough, and pleasant to work with as I made my purchasing decision. Going through the paperwork was about as painless as it could be and they were both sensitive to my time. I would absolutely recommend going to Walser for a vehicle purchase.

He listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions so that I could understand (cars aren't exactly my thing). He took into consideration my needs without trying to sell me something unnecessary. Now I'm driving a vehicle that suits me perfectly, and a year later I'm still in love with my car!

He was both very knowledgeable, and worked with a sense of urgency, as I explained up front that I didn't want to spend all day there. Very welcoming atmosphere. I didn't feel barraged at any time. I don't hope to buy a new car anytime soon, but when I do, I'll remember how I was treated at Walser Nissan in Burnsville.

I was in a collision where my vehicle was hit from behind and I was pushed into car in front of me. After learning my vehicle was a total loss, I was out to buy a Rogue as my next vehicle. Justin was very knowledgeable and was great at helping me narrow my picks (since i had several I was interested in). Dan had to do some work as my credit score isn't the greatest but I was able to get my top pick Rogue and could not be happier!!! Thanks Justin and Dan for helping me through the car buying experience!!!

I worked with Bill in sales on my purchase. I had purchased a new vehicle from another dealership a few months ago. Living in MN, I hit a deer and totalled the vehicle out. I found myself back in research mode and found the 1 vehicle that I wanted within 250 miles. I reached out to Bill and he was quick to respond, extremely helpful and made the replacement process easy. I would encourage anyone I talk to that is looking for a vehicle to reach out to him for assistance. By far the best experience I've had purchasing a new vehicle!

3rd time is a charm and seems i don't learn my lesson........2nd defective car from walser, after a month of purchasing, failed water pump and thermostat, engine overheated really bad, it's a BMW 535I ,cost is about $ 1300... now car is at the dealer,they found a sever oil leak repair cost $ 1800....talk to walser , they basically pushed me off the cliff and said not our responsibility ..
I bought an Audi from them before, 2 weeks later lots of electrical issues , they didn't even tried to make it right........never buying a car from them again and for those who are buying from walser, be careful, they cars seems faulty and they don't do enough check .................very super bad experience ...good luck walser

I recently purchased my car at Walser Nissan and couldn't recommend them more! Before this purchase, I had leased three cars with them as well. All of the staff are super friendly, helpful and never pushy. For this purchase I saw Diego, who was absolutely amazing to work with. He was very patient with my indecisiveness, never made me feel pressured, worked with my tight schedule, listened to me and was beyond helpful. He checked in on me and continued to answer any questions that I had even weeks after the sale and made me feel like I was genuinely cared for. He had also helped my brother purchase his car about a year ago, who also had a great experience with him. I highly recommend Walser, and if you go, see Diego!

A couple of weeks ago I came in and ended up buying a used Altima from Joe Pfau - who I might add has an awesome last name! Not only did he get me out the door in under two hours (with financing!), he even caught a small amount of rust on the trunk lid which was able to be covered under the manufacturer warranty! Very happy with the product, and the service.

We had a fantastic car buying experience with Trisha LeMieux at Walser Nissan.
She made it super easy for us. They gave us a great deal for our trade in (needed quite a few repairs) and she went out of her way to get us what we were looking for, within our price range. I highly recommend her. She makes you feel like a human being, not just another sale.

They also did a great job accommodating our kids. Buying a car with kids in tow is no joke! They loved the popcorn, the snacks, drinks, and the ability to climb in the cars in the display room, without feeling like they were in the way! Made our car buying experience super easy!

Bought my 2011 Nissan Maxima from Eric Gordon a couple of days ago and it was an all around great experience! He was very helpful in the whole process as it was my first big vehicle purchase. There was no hassling and the price directly matched Kelly Blue Book and was extremely fair. Everyone here is fantastic and I would definitely suggest checking out their inventory if your shopping for a new or used vehicle. We bought our 2016 Altima used. It has 74,000 miles on it and the transmission went out. The service tech talked to us about our options and suggested that we call the national number to see if they would be able to help with some of the costs. Nissan covered 80% of the repair. We got regular text updates as the repair was occurring. Very thankful!

tried dealing on a nissan sentra, i live in bismarck, they gave me about 4 different answers to me asking if they could bring me the car, it ended up being not at all so i'd have to go all the way there, then they quoted me a price on a lease which im pretty sure the salesman just made up because when they ran the score it came back a LOT higher than what they quoted me, had my local dealership look into it and they couldn't get that number even on tier 1 so these guys just tell you anything you want to hear to get you to commit then they take advantage of you!
