Walmart Super Store Mesa Arizona Reviews

Asked to see receipt but used Walmart pay. Treated like I was stealing when I wouldn't pull out my phone. Also tried calling and after 15 minutes on hold they dropped the call.

I feel that I m being punished when I come here! It s awful. From customer service to self check out-nobody can answer questions.

Pharmacy was nice. Store is clean. Staff were friendly

Walmart shelves at the Mesa location are almost empty.

I found what I needed, but also found half of a cat.

They did not have dark brown sugar. Otherwise a great place.

This is a typical Walmart except that they are not good at keeping things stocked in the store. I'd think that if something sells well that you'd keep it in stock but that's not the case. They have it until it's gone and then it takes forever to get it back in stock. I've spoken with 4 members of management, they've gone through that many, and they have not changed it, contrary to what they have said about doing better. In fact, the more recent one only did so when I was able to find it at a different store and have called him with the upc code. The only reason I stick with doing this is because I am disabled and have to use my scooter to get to the store. Walmart is the closest one. And, yes, I've told all of the different managers this. I'm getting ready to call the district manager &/or the corporate office about this again.

Who don't like Walmart. But I have a law suit against them. They dropped a 4'x4' table on me in the back and they have not taken care of me yet.

Don't waste your time applying they ask you a bunch of irrelevant questions and half of the questions are the same damn thing! In short WASTE OF TIME

Terrible customer service took 10min just to speak to an associate so at that point I requested their HR or store manager and that took another 15min on hold and no response I hung up and made this instead I'm going to target

The Walmart at baseline and country club is the pits poor customer service smart alec managers all of their employees need to attend a marketing and management classes I suggest the high school level first

Pretty standard Walmart experience, I could not find the jewelry department (even thou it's right at the front of the store) and the lady that helped me actually stopped what she was doing and guided me there. Great customer service as always.

Wal-Mart is Wal-Mart. But this is a clean store and has friendly employees

The employees are very friendly, helpfull and polite. Their products, whether, it's their food or merchandise, I believe are of good quality.

$200 dollar pair of headphones when everything wasn't in the Box try to return it lady at the service desk was super rude refuse to take the item back because everything wasn't in the Box like no kidding that's why I'm returning it refuse to help me was very rude and insulting to me the whole time worst Walmart in Arizona never going back lady if you don't like your job get a new one

The Garden Center guy cashier was the fastest most accurate friendly person I've seen working at any WalMart in years!

Told me a hour wait for oil change I ve been here for 2 and still waiting, this isn t the first time.

Not enough workers. They let panhandlers hangout inside the store by the doors. Couldn't find anyone working customer service or money center...

It has everything anyone could want. I do all of my shopping and pharmaceuticals here.

Waited almost 20 minutes for customer service in paint. Called the store. Two loudspeaker calls, still no one. One guy did ask if I needed help. Another loudspeaker call. Saw several employees dodge the area. Finally grabbed a guy who said, Our mixer was just serviced and hasn t been calibrated yet. Funny, exactly the same line I got from another Walmart a while back. Lesson learned.

If I could give no star I would , the manager Sierra is extremely rude, refuses to help customers, only have 2 registeres open at any given time plus they are not stocked with basics like milk and toilet paper good luck shopping here.

Might as well get a job here. No check out clerks. All self serve.

Best place to go when you need food cloths and ecs I recommend you to go here

No hassles getting insulin syringes from the pharmacy here. Good thing since the VA isn't doing so well with that or lancets. Just waiting for the VA to drop the ball on Novolog again since I now know I can get an equivalent here without a prescription.

I am so disgusted I have gone there for years they have one cashier who is so rude so disrespectful she refuses to take anyone's coupons especially when you're using them right and then she turns around and tries to be friendly to someone when she's two-faced get it right people

I went into this monster superstore with only one thing in mind; cheap prices. I asked for someone to help me w headphones in the electronics dept and cynthia walked from one side to the other to get a key before walking back to unlock the case. You could tell that she was in pain from her walk but it was her attitude and commitment to customer service that won me over. Thank you, Cynthia!

I only gave 3 stars because I found about 4 different items in the wrong spot. But other then that I got what I needed.

I like that I am able to find very nice looking clothes here that may not be available at other locations. The customer service experience has been very nice every time, too!

It's walmart.... Alot of shoppers and 3 registers open...

Wouldn't return an item that was gifted to my kid with a reciept because I didnt have the debit card. Basically called me a thief.

I like 2 shop @ Winslow Walmart because everything I need is there I don't have to go elsewhere

GARDEN CENTER- the people here always say "hello" when i walk in and greet me with a smile, they are very friendly and will try to help you the best they can. Irma is very knowledgeable about the plants and can tell you exactly what you need to make your plants grow,even in the Arizona summer heat.
if your looking for a quick check out and you have a few things go through garden center.
on the weekends they are busy but the staff does there best to give you a speedy check out and a "thank you for shopping with us" in the end.

It's a Wal-Mart. Not good but not bad either. When I need one, I come to this one instead of the one on Rio Salado at Riverview.
