Walmart Super Store Mesa Arizona Reviews

Business ran a little late needed something healthy for my family. Subway is affordable and healthy. This location made us very good sandwiches better than my usual California locations were your greeted with an attitude and thrown together sandwich.

Guy must have been a new checker. Double bagged everything!!!! I bag of lettuce in a double bag,2 cans in a double bag etc. Door to garden center both,one front and side locked and,of course out of what I came for. Always out of items. Gets frustrating!!!

Really good service and always clean. Everyone greets you with a smile and I like that. It makes my day

This is a pretty clean Wal-Mart, but still a Wal-Mart.

It is a chore to go to this Walmart. They are always out of whatever I need. The company has auto order, as a result no one can tell you if something will be back in stock nor when. The lines are chaos. It is obvious that the employees are not treated well, they all walk around like they have been beaten down. Very rarely will you find someone that is helpful or eager to help.

Tucked away Supercenter... Quality has gone way down hill in this ghetto store... The employees just don't care and its sad. Smelly meat dept. Disorganized deli and bakery. The only thing they're worried about in that store is how many security guards they can put on each and every customer in that store, it's ridiculous a 20 year old kid was in the tampon aisle with a 48 year-old woman and he was picking up the boxes and looking at them like he was going to buy them but oh he's flabbergasted oh my God I picked up a box of tampons I'm scared dude. clean up the management and hey the rest will follow, otherwise I would just shut this place down , it's that gross!

FOUND EVERYTHING I NEEDED. STAFF WAS AWESOME & HELPED WITH MY NEEDS.

Rosalyn in customer service is absolutely horrible. We went up there with a defective gift card showing her that the gift card had money on it and she told us we were wrong and she didn't care then kicked us out of line. I will never return to this Walmart location again.

She also ignored her employees who were asking her for assistance and was very rude to other customers as well. Hire a better customer service manager.

Clean, real easy customer service. Understanding some of the BS Walmart has dealt with theft through returns, checks etc.. its like every other Walmart makes you feel like they are dealing with a criminal until everything checks out good. Here there was no feeling of this coming in the door or getting help from any customer service people. They all did their job even the greeter for the entrance. I'm impressed!

I miss when all Walmarts were 24hrs. To be honest I grew up broke and have been to some scetchy places where this Walmart is would not be one of them so why is there a rent-a-cop stopping me and checking my bags. This ain't Costco get out my way I have things to do.

I shop for food and clothing and other stuff all at the same time.

Went to Walmart Sunday night and Joe from cashiers was rude and slamming my products on the counter. He kept rolling his eyes as we were trying to help him bag our groceries and at the end he said and I quote "Finally your receipt!" As if he was bothered from our transaction. Will probably never go back and never recommend this location to anyone I know.

This Walmart has turned into the armpit of Walmarts. Just happened to be in neighborhood, but will remember to go elsewhere next time.

Typical trip to Walmart. Nothing special nothing bad. The cashier was friendly though.

Auto tire shop sucks big time i was there 4 hrs just to patch tire 10$ they replaced old tire with New tire 100$for new tire without asking to replace they just did it expecting me to pay for new tire so they put the old one back on took 10 minutes then went down the street to tire repair shop fixed it in 15 minutes the female blonde manager needs to be fired!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I arrived at this location at about 11:25 pm, so I could grab something really quick in electronics, as this location closes at 12 am.

I spent several minutes just trying to find any employees at all, and when I did they paged an electronics person for me. They tried twice, but the electronics associate never showed up.

I didn't see anyone again until an employee asked me to leave because they were closing.

Dsappointed, but not surprised. :/

Update: this location now closes their entrances at least 15 minutes before closing (12 am). If you don't arrive at least a half an hour before they close, you'll most likely get turned away at the door by a security guard.

As much as I love the convenience of using Walmart Grocery to order my stuff, especially since we only have one car right now, the substitutions they come up with blows my mind. If you order an item and they don't have it, they offer you a substitute. I ordered basil pesto. They were out of the brand I ordered. But instead of finding me a different brand of pesto, they give me the same brand, but it's Alfredo sauce.

The two are not even remotely close to the same thing. That's like if I need tomato soup for a recipe and they give me cream of mushroom soup instead.

I don't mean to complain when this is a really convenient way to get my shopping done as it's really difficult for me to find the time to spend an hour + to go in to do it, but I get really annoyed when I pick up my food and it has to sit in the car so I can park, run in, grab a different brand of the same thing I'm trying to get, and wait since the only time I can get it is during peak business hours and I have people waiting on me to eat. Very frustrating.

What can I say? It's just like every other Walmart you've ever been to. There are Never Enough registers open. The staff is rude and has a tendency to ignore their customers. And they hate the police, even though the cops are usually there.

THEY HAVE EVERYTHING ALWAYS NEED AND THE STAFF ARE CORTIEST AND FRIENDLY!

Newer Walmart. Kept clean and organized. Nice staff.

I always like to go to Walmart and get what I need. The employees are available to meet with you. Employee's are always very well trained!!!!

The AC wasn't working three checkout lanes open nobody in the razor Department it sucks I will never go to Walmart again

The store was clean, associates were nice. We went in to exchange a pair of jeans and it was super easy and quick. We also took advantage of the key kiosk and made a key copy while we were there. Definitely will be using this Wal-Mart again when we are in this area.

Crazy packed with old people, especially in the winter. And always long lines.

Its a hit or miss. The store is not always clean as it should be. But they do have cheap prices. i dont know dude like walmart is walmart and everyone basically knows what to expect from this place

The checkout Clerk wasn't very polite or helpful. I'm in a wheelchair, and I had to ask him to help me put it in the cart after he bagged it. And then he put some stuff in there not in a bag like how am I supposed to carry it. Just wasn't very fun.

The staff is friendly and the self check out service is easy and fast. The electronic department needs to work on keeping their products in stock like dvds ect.

One of the nicest Walmarts in the area. Large, well stocked, properly staffed, and clean. This Walmart is a great and recommended alternative to the one on Stapley and Baseline in Mesa (dirty, smaller, and never stocked properly) - definitely worth the extra 5 minute drive.

I'm disappointed that the hours have changed, I sometimes want to go in the middle of the night but can't, but otherwise I give them 5 stars

you find almost everything. You need food clothes electronics nice people very helpfull work's there I highly recomended even the prices are very competitive

Baseline /CountyClub is a cleaner location. Nightime shopping less congestion, easy shopping.

I wish I could give them a zero star I went in for couch roach repelled that you plug in like the one you see on t was told by 3 diff people to go to 3 diff areas soo I walked the length of store 3 times went to customer service was told that don't have any at any store but I can order it online but ohhh no heaven forbid they do it for me even though I needed 3 due to I run a quadplex. Was told I could go to electronic they may be able to and of course they couldn't call back and ask ..f them

Never waisting money on a horrible place like Walmart again! Y all need to train your staff better.

I always use the pick up service but I was looking for a particular type of planner today. Didn't find it but I did grab a bottle of wine!

Rude employee's at this store, no one offers help, and when you ask no one knows where anything is.

Things went well on this visit, as you know Wal-Mart can be hit or miss on certain days. I went to the electronics department, they had a lay away promo going down for the holidays!
I then ventured into the furniture dept. Noticed some decent deals but if you are on budget I would recommend offer up, solid site, quality products but downside is that you will not receive free shipping. Good luck!

The manager i dealt with was very Rude to myself. She said one thing and then recanted what she said because there was another worker there ! So i wouldn't recommend anyone needing anyhelp to call on that manager... if i could rate 0 i would...

Very poor exchange procedure for even exchange of same item and same Price. Long wait in customer service line where could have been handled by casher. Same item same price different color. What an ordeal for this easy transaction

Oil change took forever, any money I saved was negated by the 2 hour wait for my vehicle to be done.

Great places to get your needs of hygiene products.

It smelled like human waste. And I couldn't buy quarters.
