I recently reunited with my long time friends, we shared about our daily routines. They were amazed how I keep up my motivation and consistency to workout in past five years. They knew I was never a fan of doing exercise, it was only obligation to health to me before. They were so curious about my transformation from workout-phobic to workout-holic. My answer is all at BMI Fitness. Here are a few tips that I want to share about BMI briefly,
1. People - BMI has a group of trainers and instructors who are experienced, professional, friendly and caring. Even members here are so supportive to each other.
2. Classes- One on one training class is based on individual needs to benefit their clients the most. And the variety of group classes make you sweat, burn your calories and have so much fun at the same time.
3. Environment - Clean facility, nice amenities, they even provide snacks, fruit and coffee for you to replenish your energy.
Lastly, I must mention my trainer, instructor, Amy Change Radosevich, aka Amy C Rad or ACR, she plays an important role to keep up my perseverance to workout. She is also the co-founder of BMI, a Elite trainer of U-Jam Fitness , a Pound icon of Pound Fitness ,a Certified personal trainer ... etc.
If you are in this area, I highly recommend you to come visit in person. You will feel the difference of BMI Fitness compare with other gyms or studios, just like the story in BMI website, they create a true community and human connection. It s the place where everybody knows your name.
