Employees went out of there way to be helpful & clean & tidy store

Do not ever order a custom cake from here! They gave me cake with that generic awful blue instead of the royal blue I ACTUALLY ordered! I had to pick it up since my son graduating today but I will never order one from here again. I notified corporate as well. They literally took a 1/4 sheet cake from the shelf and passed it off as custom. FYI the order was put in over 5 days ago so they had plenty of time to do a basic white 1/4 with the correct color..no excuses!

It didn't have much on selection cakes for older people I usually don't have problems ordering on line this item I want too but I need too go to the store and do it

I have always liked shopping at Walmart for the prices and choices of selection of merchandise the Supercenter tends to have more than the regular Walmart more options. We went shopping on 3-15-20 and found that so many shelves were empty paper food and water no eggs.

You can always find just about everything at Walmart

This was the most understaffed unorganized Walmart I have ever been in. The people were very rude and there were shopping cart full of stuff all over the store so you couldn't get down the aisles.

This place is completely ghetto, and seems to attract all the welfare people. There are many beggars on the parking lot. There is some security vs them but they have learned to be subtle. But the low prices and me growing up ghetto makes me come here anyway, at least for anything I can't readily get at Costco (mainly hormel chilli, hagan daz ice cream, and cat supplies as the cats won't eat the dry cat food Costco sells, and the DVD bargain bin).

It has lots of stuff. But seems to be out of laptops

Well stocked i ask a stock person for a item they sent me to the wrong aisle the other said they didn't know . nice store still.

The best part about Walmart is the prices. This location always seems to have good clearance items.

Always have a good experience, the trick is to check out at the Outdoor Living section to skip any long lines.

Surprisingly not crowded at 11:30 P.M. It was the night shift so of course stocking shelves and merchandise in the aisle is to be expected. Rather clean for being a Walmart and mist shocking of all was that there was 4 cashiers working and open plus entire self checkout was open. This never happens after 9 P.M. at Walmart! Usually checking out is the worst portion of the shopping trip here but it was not tonight. I feel like i found a unicorn!

Never call their phone line to inquire about a product because they will never answer. They are very incompetent.

Not good selection and we pressed the button for service in the fabric section and it said someone was coming but no one came we did this 5 times in a 15 minute time frame

Friendly staff and well stocked products. They always have what I am looking for and if they don't, they get restocked quickly.

These are the people of walmart. Look that up on youtube for a big time laugh

Waited 30 mins for a manager that was hiding in an office. Customer service person speaks to him and says to wait by pick up kiosk. Went back after standing there 30 mins and same lady couldn't even get him to open the door this time. I was wondering if your hiring because I could easily ignore people to for a paycheck too. Let me know Waltons!

Nice, clean store. I loved that it has an Auntie Ann's pretzels inside!!

Wear a mask, it's a jungle out there. Good prices on TV's

What you need well go to Wal-Mart supercenter they will have it

Clean, well stocked. Nice employees. Charged buggys. Huge plus for the disabled.

Cosmetic was able to ring up my pet Supplies and get me out in 10 minutes flat!

Its a big walmart with everything you might need... Clean store.

Save some money in paint, clearance sale on some gallons. Reduced for quick sale, $4.50 & $12.00, Porch & Patio.

Bishop is Center is big a little too crowded though and this corner they have Panda GameStop Metro

The TLE department is SUPER slow. I got here at 9 and they say it won t be done til 1

Friendly workers Greta place to shop. With not use the self check out since the prices are fixed to pay workers. I won't give them free labor.

If I could give 0 stars I would, I had a friend sexually assaulted here and all the employees told her is it happens there all the time and refused to make the guy leave even though he was masturbating in the middle of an isle. Once she walked outside to her car the guy ran up and tried to take her purse..worst walmart ever.

It's a Walmart. The stock was very low on some things but they did have it so no big deal.

The thing I hate about that store shutdown at midnight.

Walmart is always good. Went for coffee. Grandson talk me into a bike. They made him happy. Which makes me happy.

An oil change doesn't take 2 hours unless you come here to this location and are the only one getting an oil change. The employees would rather stand around and chat than do any work.

Convenient place for a variety of different products.

I thought that the guest experience at your walmart was the worst experience i had ever had at any walmart ever. The gentleman working the morning electronic shift today, was out right RUDE!! All I had asked him, was where the pokemon cards are, and instead of helping me find them, or even directing me to another associate, he told me, " We don't sell them here, and if we do, i don't know where they are."

So would i recommend shopping at this Wal-Mart? No I would not, and this has probably turned me off of walmart for a little while as well.

Wal-Mart is walmart. It's hard to really give them a review considering the fact that every walmart I have been to is pretty much the same. It wasn't super busy which was surprising with the upcoming holidays.

my issue! I dropped off my rx to be filled. I was told to wait for 20 minutes. I come back to pu the medication only to find out that it is out of stock. NO ONE COMMUNICATED THAT WITH ME TIL THEN. THEN TOLD ME THEY WOULD CALL ANOTHER WALMART (this one) TO SEE IF I CAN GET MY MED. SO WE ARE ON THE PHONE WITH THIS WALMART WHO TOLD ME. ID HAVE TO WAIT ! Til they came back from LUNCH. . (Because people have to wait til y all have had your lunch for serious medications right? Great pharmacy ) To get my medication even if I came in with in the 20 minutes. THE TECH I SPOKE TO WAS RUDE AND YELLED. SO HERE I AM PICKING UP MY MED BEFORE THERE LUNCH! Something she told me I wouldn t be able to do. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

3 stars for the worst parking lot ever. I only go early morning or late night. Nice people!

Has everything you need. Always remember MESA has no taxes on food! This WALMART is worth the ride for me...and I live in Scottsdale. This one is always stocked

As always, I hate to give it three stars because I loathe going, but you can't find better prices anywhere, so I deal with the crazies and weirdos that flock to Walmart stores.

Smaller store and don't go to the material area. It took 20 min or more for someone to show up abd cut material and that was even after we called uo front using our cellphone to say we're still waiting then my husband had to walk around and find a manager. There was no discount or anything offered for our wait. :(

They did not have the TracFone cards that I needed to refill for data only and a limited amount of other gift card (Very Dusappointed)!!##

UPDATING TO ADD:
STILL my favorite Wal-Mart, the people here are consistently wonderful!
There was a lady yesterday checking receipts and she was very sweet and helpful in watching my bag for me while I ran all around looking for a charger.
ALSO!! The two guys in electronics yesterday were super nice. You can tell they care about their customers as PEOPLE and not just dollar signs.
I got myself into a situation with my phone dying and the two of them ended up helping me and provided me a solution they didn't have to and I wouldn't have known any better.
I didn't catch names, but the taller man behind the counter in electronics yesterday, and the man in the motorized chair were both AMAZING and literally probably saved me.
They had NO idea, but I had just spent my last dollar on groceries, after having JUST been stung by a scorpion and having a bunch of blood taken.
If it hadn't been for their help, I would have been stuck walking in this heat after already dealing with the physical problems I was having.
Kindness goes a long way, and means so much more than people realize. So THANK YOU!

People at the customer service desk are great; they handled this one lady that was super irate, really well! They were also pretty cool to us when we had realized we forgot our card at the hotel, they kept our stuff on the side so we didn't have to wait through line all over again.

Its a walmart thats about all i have to say.. People begging for money out in the parking lot. As you get out of your car there is someone at your door asking for money. 1. My car ran out of gas 2. trying to get up enough money to get a bus ticket. and many more have heard them all.

Went to buy three things, checked out then walked towards the door lady at the door L***Y, checks 2 people let's 3 people go who have a basket with bags stops me goes hey do you mind can I check your receipt then like can i check your box, I'm going back to target

This is a big store.
I saved four hundred dollars by going to Wal-Mart. Time to share a secret, Wal-Mart has the best deals on tires.
Half the price of tire store's like big o.

Bathrooms are nasty, spent some time in several departments not once did an associate asked me if I needed assistance. O also saw the giy wearing a yellow vest who brings in carts zipping up his pants while walking away frpm the restrooms come on! This store needs better management!

I love walmart. But they should get better secret shoppers. Pretty annoying getting followed around the store. If theyre going too at least be better at it. Makes me feel uncomfortable .
