Great food, best steak I have tasted for a long time.

We as a family of four, found the menu varied and pleasing to all tastes (two teenagers in tow), the service was excellent and the staff great. the maze in the back garden is worth exploring and for the youngsters there is a football area plus a bouncy castle. Well worth the visit even if its just for a drink.

Visited here on 2 seperate occasions and both times very satisfied with the customer service and food.

Friendly and great value. Well supported by locals too.

Excellent id give it 6 stars if i could,food was great and the service was even better im disabled with 2 young children and the staffbcouldnt do enough for us was really helpful such a refreshing change will definately be returning

Had two meals which were very good. I love the outside area which is spacious and even has a maze for the kids as well as a climbing frame etc.

Nice family pub with great outdoor maze and playground for kids.

Nice friendly pub with nice staff, good food nice sized portions at reasonable prices. Nice gardens and plenty of parking. Nice mixed menu. Dog friendly.

Went for Sunday roast at 1pm, it was already finished.
Ordered some food and had to wait good 45 minutes to get it!

Great for kids. They have a maze and bouncy castle. They also sell football's and bubbles. Dogs are allowed in the garden, not sure about inside.

Good for families. Seems popular. Wouldn't go there to go for a drink though..

We had a lovely lunch here. I had a ham and brie ploughman's. Dad had a large jacket potato with prawns and Mum had the vegetarian burger with goats cheese. All really good. Would recommend the food and the pub has a lovely feel about it. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Good experience all round xxx

Generous food portions and reasonably priced. Great for families with a maze in garden, bouncy castle, play house shed and small park play area. Car park across road is free if car park full. Friendly staff. Large amount of seating.

Great food and drink great place for families, especially for the kids who love bouncy castles( f. O. C.,) then if the ankle biters get on your nerves you can always lose them in the maze lol!!!

Not a good meal. 3 of 6 of us had to leave the chips as they were solid inside. No BBQ sauce on the hunters chicken. And hardly any chocolate sauce on the chocolate waffles. Would not go again

Friendly venue, good food, Nice, clean bathrooms. Potato leek soup and fresh bread were great.

We went in a group of twelve. Excellent service delicious meals. we had the Christmas special two for one. I had the prettiest rice pudding I'd ever had. We have been going out for a Christmas meal together for the last ten years and we all voted this as the best. Thank you all.

Went on thursday 26th sept,, both of us had a starter,, these looked like a main meal on there own and excellent,, the main course again were excellent,, both courses were hot and tasty,, deserts were ordered both qe took them back in a takeaway box,, we was full to bursting,, recomend this place

Interesting Inn full of a kind of rustic charm with plenty of light through the large windows. The Inn sells a good selection of food from breakfast fare through lunch and dinner. The menu is extensive with plenty to choose from to suit all appetites and pockets. The staff are very friendly and attentive to your needs. The garden is large with plenty of seating available and is well maintained. The toilets are clean and in good order. Children are welcome and high chairs are also available. A first class pub and restaurant that I am very pleased to endorse.

The garden has loads of fun activities for kids, a maze and a play area and they also had a bouncy castle.

They also allow dogs inside and outside of the pub so the whole family can really be together.

Can t rate this pub enough, it s everything you want all in one. We really loved it and we had a great time.

Yes the inside decor is a bit dated but the things that really matter they get right.

Absolutely love this pub, probably my families favourite... EVER! Great area for kids to play outside whilst we enjoy our food inside. The are is even a book shelf full of games inside for rainy days. However, they do need to to up their colouring crayon pots (we did mention it to them on our last visit)
