No associates to be found only 3 registers open long line customers3 or 5 deep

Not bad store good customer just nationwide their restrooms are dirty. Think with all going on [C-19] they worry little more about restrooms and cleaning registers. Self check outs. Bathrooms should get cleaned every hour. They're cutting jobs bye putting up self check outs. Use them unwanted cashiers to clean.

Good service and employees have been patient and helpful whenever I visit

Didn't have the item I wanted but they made every effort to try to find it for me.

I usually have a good experience at this Walmart. But tonight I had one of the rudest cashier's I have ever come across. I think his name was something like Jeremiah.

There is not enough staff here, but the store itself is well stocked. Most items I was looking for were easily found. The produce is fresh and the packaged foods were all in good condition. Great place for shopping.

Employees in key positions should be informed regarding the department the work in. I had a question in the deli and the.man couldn't speak English. Shrugged his shoulder and said I dont know. Needed a light for mycar, once again kid laughed and said I dont know. Worst Walmart i have ever been to. Unfortunately, it is in the area

Walmart has low prices & usually everything you need.

My visit to Walmart was great the customer service was very good everyone I asked for direction or where I can find products help me very well my experience was great.

As with all Walmarts, the people you see can be quite interesting

Bathrooms are disgusting. A porta potty would be an improvement. Low level lighting in the whole store. Need more cashiers.

The pharmacy was really helpful. Had issues with my perscription and they took time to correct them so i could get it filled. Especially Irma...

Got everything I needed and quickly. Shelves where stocked even at 10pm.

Manager needs to teach employees how to use the phones. I called 5 times and got hung up on 3 time put on hold twice and no one came back to the phone. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS @ WALMART on BASELINE& COUNTRYCLUB

Was on hold for over 18 minutes. Had to call back just to get someone on the phone. Have a screenshot of over 18 minutes.

Refused to take Safeway competitor coupons. Walmart website says it takes them. I Spoke to csm, she was rude and would not explain why. Lucky for me there's a winco not even 1 mile away. Will shop there. Never again Walmart . You lost my business.

I used the grocery and more pick up service and had a great experience. Easy to order online using the Wal-Mart app and I was able to choose the date and time I wanted it. The next day, when my was ready, I received a text to o come pick it up. Once I got there, they knew I was there and which parking space I was in. The associate put my order in my back seat using social distancing protocol.

Covid 19 precautions at entrance and then once inside it all goes to hell. What's the point if it's just at entrance?

It's Wal-Mart. They got what you need. I would give 5 's but they close at midnight which is not cool.

Plastic bags always empty at self checkout and the parking lot concrete really rough while walking your cart back to your car compared to most.

Not bad, but not good. No matter what it's still a Walmart.

Had to wait forever at customer service. Crazies in the parking lot, store, and customer service.

Got a pretty darn good price on a 4-bike hitch rack. It's good quality and the price is easy enough to swallow. Not many people on the store but only one way in and out so you had to traverse the bulk of the store to get what you need.

The place isn't kept very well together. It doesn't get cleaned up very well.

Worse experience ever! Check out has two very slow cashiers. We get in line and our cashier leaves..to get water for a customer who forgot to pick it up while she was shopping. Long line of customers waiting and a storeful of employees standing around chit chatting about dates and crabby customers and you walk away from your check out line to get water? Will never return to this store.

This location has no working price scanners !!!!!! Shelves always empty of products

They hire a couple of coons, to act like they are equal opportunity..but. The meth heads seems to get the manager jobs, and they tell there friends to steal from store..and tell loss prevention to look the other way...And guess what, then they wanna blame the good customers for stuff missing!

Bought 2 Everstart Maxx online for a decent price. Headed to the store to get them. Stopped into the Auto shop area to pickup the batteries and drop off the cores. Was sent to customer pickup kiosk. Checked in with online barcode. Asked customer service agent where I should go with the cores. Sent back to auto shop again. They sent me to customer service. Customer service said there were no core refunds due to no core being charged in the first place. Really?!?!What to do with the cores?!...

I could not find Suddenly Salad Tuscan Grains but online it said you had that product.
David - older man at checkout - not very friendly, and when i asked him to fill (the bags that i brought) real full, he filled the first one halfway and said thats 'all he could do' ....i ended up having him hand me stuff to pack so i didn't have to use plastic. I'm older too - not sure what his problem was.

Way better than riverview. They actually have stocked shelves. You can find employees 99% of the time. I will never go back to riverview walmart. This is my walmart.

Typical Walmart experience. For a store so full of things, they almost never have the things I'm looking for.

Does not have cashiers at check out lanes. Does not accept cash at self check out. Signs not posted warning patrons that they are not accepting cash payment!!! You don't know this until you scan your first item at the self check out register. NOT ACCEPTABLE. Prices are not as affordable for the hassle you have to go thru to give them your money. Staff is not helpful and borderline rude.

always busy and no cashiers open and even self checkout line was half way down the store. and no one was brought out to open any lanes.

Never having the product that I was looking for. I think that they do this so you would have to buy name brand

They're still the same cashiers I don't know where they find them I'm sure there's a few good ones they really have to do something about their customer service

Seems like a huge store but really has nothing in it. Picked apart and a lot of people.

They're always there even if they are busy love the self checkout. Much faster for me
