Walmart Super Store Mesa Arizona Reviews

Well prices are good We shop with the app for groceries and sometimes there is a problem. Right now looking for a refund on item we were charged for but did not get when we picked up our order. Also check dates. This week I ordered a bag of salad it had a sell by 12 21 18 the day we picked up the order was 12 22 18.

It's basically Walmart! There's not much new to report. Kinda ghetto. Lots of merch. Mostly reasonable prices. Not enough checkout lanes. Pretty much what you'd expect. Don't go for the ambience!

Good location. Not enough registers open at the time

Clean and less crowded then anticipated. Staff was friendly as we're the other patrons. I am traveling and popped in for a button up. Took longer then I expected to find a medium. Nice visit and got what I intended.

I Was Waiting For The Photo Instant Print Because There Were 2 Other People In Front Of Me And Right Before I Am Able To Print The Worker Tells Me He Has To Take The Printing Paper From The Machine So I Wouldnt Be Able To Use It Even Though He Saw Me Standing There And Knew I Was Waiting. I Needed One Picture Printed. All The Other Machines Werent Working.

Produce shouldnt be bought unless you plan on eating it that day or the next.

Well 2Nite They Will Not Receive The A Rating, B Or C...This Was An Overall D Effort Time Of Evening. Everyone Looks Very Happy To Be Employed, 'NOT'...I've Always Pondered, Why Employees Seem So Unhappy? This Is Clearly A Reflection Upon The Customer Experience, Hence Upper Management. It Smelled Like A Diaper Dump, No Door For Mens Bathroom And Resembled A Clear Sign Of Neglect. No Branding, Greetings, Smiles Etc...It Was All Robotic With Emotionless Souls. The 2 Stars Are For The Self-Checkout Group, Thanks For Recovering My Personals.

I was at Wamart, 240 W Baseline Rd, Mesa, AZ 85210 yesterday. Going down the Christmas clearance section, there were red and green Rubbermaid storage containers. I proceeded to ask what the discount was on them. CLERK: Oh well the Rubbermaid containers are not on clearance MAM! Her tone was insulting. For a minute, I felt like an idiot. I did see one printed sign after the fact. BUT! WTH are all the red and green Rubbermaid on the same isle of the clearanced Christmas items???? I wonder how many other customers asked the same question?

They're frequently under construction and late at night it can sometimes be hard to find anyone to ask for assistance.

I used to work for this store when it was over on Alma School and now that it's bigger it seems to be a lot better run

I went there for a bag of spicy chips and they were sold out, but after looking one last time I found the last bag!!! Now I'm going to Netflix and chill with my spicy chips!!

Everything was good til I had to check out. Just not enough cashier's and no self checkout.

Typical Walmart experience. Decent prices. Most items I needed were available, except my Heinz Whatsthisheresauce, and still no antibacterial hand soap. Please restock Walmart!

Too bad this Walmart has so much theft. $30,000 loss in just cigarettes and liquor. Shame shame shame.

I love the Cashier pat. She wears glasses an older woman. She is the most friendliest cashier i have ever met. She seemed so genuinly into everything i was saying. Took care of my every concern. She is just absolutely amazing. I recomend anyone come here check out at her register. She is absolutelt magnificient. Will forever shop here as long as shes there. Thanks pat i truly appreciate your immaculate customer service.

A typical Walmart. 2 stars because as soon as I walked in I could smell the sewage. It smelled so bad that by the time I got out, my head hurt. Then in the parking lot there was a
woman asking for money. Saw the woman get out of her car and start asking everyone in the parking lot for money because she said she couldn't pay utilities with 4 kids. But she had Nike shoes and her car was definitely not the worst. As soon as I told her I don't have anything she stopped her act and moved onto her next target. Don't give these people money!! They're going to keep coming back and this is what makes Walmart trashy!!

This Walmart is big and it is very clean people are nice they have everything in stock. It's right off the freeway on country club and US-60 so it's very convenient

Worker's are friendly but only when you acknowledge them first they don't make an effort to greet customer

today I came in and get some fresh fruit from the organic section and I was in and out of the store very quickly I can't complain I had no problems staff was very helpful at the register andI can't wait for the next time I come here I would highly recommend this location it is pretty busy depending on what time of day that you come so I recommend that you look at the schedule on Google Maps find out if it's one of their busy times. This location has a MoneyGram nail salon and a Subway located inside.

This Walmart is pretty awesome. The thing that I like about it the most is you are able to order everything online and then pick it up in the parking lot. They have nice shaded spaces and someone just brings it to your car. It is like Sonic but takes about half of the time and you order online. There is plenty of staff around and they were all able to direct me to what I was looking for quickly and effectively. Their customer service department could use a little more training. I left some items on reserve their and then when I called to see if they were still their nobody knew what I was asking about. Thankfully when I arrived I could see that they were piled up towards the end of the counter.

If I could give it a zero I would ... the people that work at customer service are always condescending and in a hateful attitude. If they hate their job so much then why do they work there?! I try to avoid Walmart as much as possible because of the slow checkout lines but I will avoid this one entirely because of the workers.

Cashier tried to over charge me for my bananas by setting my mangos "next" to the scale. I asked her if they were on the scale too. And she said I don't think so. I asked her to double check and they were! Nice try cashier lady! $.10 is $.10! Who knows how many people she does that to in a 40 hour work week!

Smaller Walmart. Seemed to have the basics. Not a super center in my opinion. I found almost everything I needed minus clothing. I needed business shirts and they only had long sleeves. I understand it s October but we re in Arizona. Lol

Such a big place but for the most part they are helpful with finding what you need.

Overall there's nothing special about this particular Walmart. However, it seems to suffer from understaffing. After ordering pictures that should have been ready on the 17th, I was still trying to get an answer to my phone calls at the end of the month. Calling the main number only got me transferred to different departments. Day after day there was no answer at the Photo Lab or Electronics. Apparently Walmart pulls from these departments to fill positions in other areas of the store. Maybe more attention to properly scheduling staff would prove that Walmart cares about it's customers.

Every time I come in here people are very helpful and welcoming

Need I say it has so much to offer? But more than a few times this store is out of stock on an item I was looking for.

It's Walmart and much like every other Walmart there are slow walking people everywhere with aimless and lost looks on their faces.

Audrey on register 5 was absolutely amazing! One of the best experiences I've ever had at a Walmart. Exceptionally fast and friendly service. Definitely deserves a raise!!

This Walmart is disgusting, I rather eat soap everyday then ever grab moldy food for store again.
