One of my favorite Walmarts with selections and location shopping center has everything I nees

I tried to buy Jeans. After trying to make sense of their organization of many different sizes ex: 16 skinny, 18 super skinny, 14 straight, 12 boot cut, ect I went to go try them on because the sizes are confusing. Fitting room wasn't even open till 10am. It was 9 am with workers all around that couldn't of cared less. I cant even try jeans on, What a Waste of time to even look at them.

This place also treats you like you are a shoplifter not a valued customer. They Search your bags as you leave and makes you check out from the cosmetic counter separate from the store. So insulting. Btw legally you do not have to let these people search you. You paid for your stuff, it belongs to you now. They have no right to search through your bags, or be rude about it.

Seriously this place needs to revisit the idea of customer service.

They have the worst customer service, I made an order online to pick up at this store, the package took approx. 3 days to get there, but a week passed and they did not send me the mail to pick it up so I called customer service and after inquiring a little, they told me that my package was already in the store but the system had not updated and that's why I didn't receive the mail. They indicated that I could pick it up with an ID and order number, the associate who attended to me insisted that my package was still in transit, after explaining that customer service verified my order and they verified that it was already there I told him that I I was NOT leaving without my package and wanted to talk to the store manager. After half an hour more waiting, the employee returns and gives me the package saying that the manager could locate it as if by magic. If it had not been for my insistence, who knows when I would have received the package that I needed from day 3.

Unfortunately this Walmart doesn t care too much about customer service. Especially Steven! Couldn t bother to take a call or meet with a customer that had an issue. I ll be going to Target from now on.

Tonight when I picked up my order I reminded the young man to watch out for the eggs as he loaded my car. He said no worries the eggs are always on top. When I got home and unloaded my things, half if the eggs were broken and since they were not bagged separately there was egg all over everything else that was in the bag. I dint feel like it was his fault...whoever bagged the groceries put the eggs in with other objects so they eggs were rattling around and not secure. I'm not happy!

Older store but it has everything, parking near garden entrance is always nice, get in and out quick.

Walmart is Walmart it's not the ambulance I'm coming for it's the cash I save that I find to be my motivatioal cue to kick it at Walmart yep that's what keeps me hooked on China's biggest customer

Domerigato Mr. Roboto! Welcome to another cookie cutter WalMart. You get what you pay for folks. Especially since the customer service is not to par!

I appreciate the attention to detail this morning with me. Glenn, Mrs Deborah and Kyle who went above and beyond helping me out and simultaneously making sure no one waited and got attention in the long line. Super dooper happy these guys took the time so please don t assume they don t care but maybe just a lil busy. And if you actually wait and no react they will be to you shortly:

Terrible, only one technician working, refused to do an advertised service. Would not go back or recommend to others.

Typical Wal Mart but it has a subway instead of McDonald's. And there is a McDonald's in the lot

It's Christmas time people.. open up the registers!! Had to wait in line for 30minutes in the express line while registers 8,9,10, 11, and 12 were all closed ! Also the bathrooms are so gross ! My 3 year old had to go and all but one stall was filled with T.P
and poop ! I couldn't believe the lack of care to the store , they are more conserned with checking your bags then they are service ! Embarrassing

Impossible to get help to pay @ the self service register. The staff was in a corner talking, yes, they could see I needed help. I waited a couple of minutes then I gave up. So RUDE.

Was in and out of this Walmart. Things here are arranged different from the other WalMarts but I found what I needed. So it was a.good quick visit.

Okay, but too busy for me. Car almost got hit several times while just trying to park. Seems to be a much older Walmart. Location is good, but I prefer to not be too stressed with too much traffic and too many people. Park far away because people don't put carts in designated spots. They just leave them in empty parking spaces. I will come back only as needed and maybe early morning before the riffraff wakes up.

Big store, lots of product. Went there while visiting the area, for a styrafome cooler and a fit bit 2 charger. Got the cooler, but they didnt have my charger

We came here for a specific product in mind that the walmart website said it had. We couldn't find it so an employee is currently going out of his way to search for it. Great customer service from him and it isn't the worst walmart I've seen. I come here a lot though. So who knows.

Bought one of those expandable garden hoses two hours ago, got home to wash the patio and the thing blew apart back for a refund I go. It's junk!

Used the indoor pick up kiosk. That was future age-y and cool. A large tower that you enter your code or scan your phone (it wouldn't pick up my phone barcode?) And a door opens and delivers the item on a tray.

I received great customer service from Will and Rose in the tire center. I bought tires on Walmart.com and had them installed at this location in February. Buying online caused a few issues when I came in for a road hazard repair which were compounded by the current virus restrictions. They both worked to resolve my issue and get me back on the road.

At Walmart we waited a long period in line unfortunately they had very few registers with cashiers no one seem to be on the floor for any type help I was a little disappointed

Walmarts are all pretty much alike, I'm sure they planned it that way.

Employees aren't motivated to be helpful. I specifically went this location because the website said, " Hurry up! There are ONLY 7 left"...Arrived right at opening and there were 0 left. Walmart's website has always been ridiculously hard to maneuver, IMO. Lesson learned.

Nice Walmart period usually clean a little bit newer style but often items are not stocked and the store is a little tattered

A Couple of weeks after doing an oil change at Walmart I noticed oil leaking out under the car. Today I went to the dealership and the mechanic said who ever did the oil change left the the filter loose and I was lucky nothing happened to the engine. He spent 2 hours cleaning the oil spilled in the car base. He said never change oil at Walmart again and I honestly agree 100% with him.

Well stocked. Very friendly cashier but they needed more lines open.

Very clean, but they do run out of things pretty often. But a very good Walmart.

This Walmart had the least helpful staff of and that I've been to. The customer service area is a joke

Richard helps me find bug zapping racket finally! Three people tried but failed. In the end, Richard from the Garden Center helps me find one!

Wearing the covid mask is the debbie downer and is taking me to Amazon Prime more and more over. Sorry Walmart.

This is literally the worst Walmart in Mesa when it comes to customer service. I came in to fill a script for my son. Of course it s urgent otherwise I wouldn t have waited last min to fill it. I was told that it would take 45 minutes to fill, so I decided to wait. Forty five minutes later I was told that one of his scripts wasn t covered by his insurance. He has two. According to the rude pharmacist neither one will cover it. Well being as that she didn t know what other type of insurance he had I m failing to understand how she knew this. On top of the rudeness the scripts that were covered still weren t filled.

I ventured through a lage parking lot where a man asked me for money. I turned him down feeling bad because he might have needed my money for his cocaine addiction. Who was I to keep him away from what made him happy. I continued inside the Walmart with a frown walked straight to the back where I found an apple charger for my brother since he lost his charger. I checked out in the back where the cashier asked me if I wanted a bag at first I said no because I didn t want it to end up in the ocean to kill a turtle. But I didn t want to walk out with a charger in my hand because it would look like I was stealing so I asked the man if I could have a bag. I then walked out with a frown now hiding from the man with the possible cocaine addiction because I felt bad. In the end the man didn t get his cocaine the cashier was confused why I turned him down then asked for a bag and I killed a turtle just trying to be nice and get my brother a charger.

I love this store but there is a man there EVERY time I'm there. He follows me and makes me feel very uncomfortable. I had to turn around and tell him once to back off. I know it's probably loss prevention but thy're following the wrong girl.

Super great Walmart. Lots of measures taken for COVID. Always stocked. Plenty of quick lines to check out

Was out of stock on item I needed. Otherwise location is your typical Supercenter nothing is untypical or unordinary.

Unhappy with the Hershey cake at this bakery at this Wallmart. I'm not sure why they sell their Hershey 1/4 sheet cake for $18.99. It tasted nothing like Hershey's chocolate. It tasted worse than their regular cakes. I would have rather had one made customized it would have tasted better, but I thought "..Oh...well, it's Hersheys so it cost a little more" Ok...no problem, I am willing to pay more for taste...Yuck it was so gross...no flavor but chemically fake chocolate. There was more frosting than there was cake and it was thick and lard-like with a little more flavor but NOT HERSHEYS. Noone ate more than a bite, just a big waste of money and cake ingredients (if that was cake ingredients). I will save myself the regret and just make it myself next time. I know what a Hershey cake tastes like because I have made one before.... but I was lazy this month being after holidays...SO I PAID abt. $16 more for being lazy and buying my son's Birthday cake here. NEVER Again. This particular Bakery seems to have a problem with customizing cakes too. I remember the other Wallmarts in Other Areas were Awesome when I requested real strawberries with the custard filling (because they do make Real fruit cake fillings)... so it wasn't that far off in request. Yet this bakery management said "We never put strawberries with the bulvarian cream. SO I went to the other Wallmart down the street and they did an excellent job with a BIG sweet smile. I feel like this problem is with just this Wallmart ONLY.

Worst place ever. Had to wait and wait and wait for a customer service. I wouldn't even give them a one-star. But I have to.
