Bad bad bad people no service they are like animals I camed to eat breakfast and they kicked me out like a dog the worst hotel I saw in my life I had never seen before such bad service in a hotel and nasty people working there I wouldn't recommend no one to go to this hotel

Great feel to the place, when not meeting clients in office this is a good place to meet clients for real estate talks, plenty of places to talk, great service for food and drinks.
Looks great

Beautiful decor, excellent service, ginormous breakfast buffet and table service. Need a sundries shop and an ATM. Shabbos meals are high quality but very avant garde, although children's meals are available.

A very nice hotel and fairly close to the Jaffa Gate. The breakfast was not very good at all, though, and we chose to eat elsewhere the following mornings we were there.

Update: We tried breakfast again our last morning and it was even worse. Everything we tried was awful except for the orange juice.

The Waldorf is a fantastic addition to the hotels of Jerusalem. It a beautiful hotel and its mordern design is fantastic. The breakfast I ate at the hotel was delicious. That being said, the Waldorf does lack the historic ambience of say the King David Hotel

The hotel's appearance was absolutely gorgeous in every sense, however the service wasn't really that good. It wasn't bad, the Shabat dinner was ok, the treatment from the employees was ok as well, however when you are staying in a Waldorf Astoria you expect (and you pay for) more than just ok. After the first night we decided to eat breakfast outside because it wasn't very good.

The David Citadel isn't as beautiful but the service there is top notch, will probably stay there in the future.

Ps. The one thing I can say that was objectively awful was coffee served in the dinning room, don't know why but everyone I met said the same thing. Every day we stayed there the coffee was terrible.

The hotel itself is beautiful and well located. However, there are no facilities - no parking, no pool, no outdoor seating area - and for the price you pay there it just doesn t make any sense. All the other 5 star hotels offer those services. On top of that- the service is just awful. If you order room service, takes forever to get there, breakfast is just a mess. And the manager has a horrible attitude. Stay away and book with one of the other hotels in the area

When for drinks after dinner. We were casually dressed. Nearly everyone else was ultraorthodox, dressed in black and white. The drinks and service were excellent. The hotel is elegant. It just felt like we were out of place.

Now sitting in the lobby for the second time I just had the write a review.
First of all the loby and the couches are so beautiful and cozy.
And the service was amazing.
And the food is a different story, so beautiful setup, and the food it self is amazing!
Let's just say, see you by my next trip!
If I could give another star I would give it to you!

Just popped in to see the luxurious Woldorf Astoria and was pleasantly relieved to see that it lived up to its reputation.
Very much looking forward to having the opportunity to stay at the hotel on my next visit to Israel.

Horrible experience. Service below zero. Spare ribs were not only messy and tasteless, but also also cold and contained too much Fett.
I believe, service team have never been educated about the wine and service.
I wouldn t recommend to visit this place.

The meat restaurant review: Palace. Simple menu at a very expensive price. Small starters in quantity. Main courses are reasonable and delicious. A serving of sour and inedible pasta children. The place is upscale and comfortable for sitting.

A beautiful beautiful classic luxury hotel in Jerusalem. When i waked in seeing the fine design and respectable luxury I couldn t not wonder about the chandeliers looking like diamonds... The rooms are extraordinary. And you are like in a grand luxurious castle. Best best breakfast that you shouldn t miss no matter what. And from the hotel just get to
The old city and connected to the the history with grace and ease.

Just awful, one big nightmare, not to approach anyone who does not want to ruin for themselves the experience of Jerusalem. The hotel is beautiful inside and out, and here it ends. The staff of this hotel is just a bunch of amateur clowns who do not care about anything, no complaints and no mistakes they make, an attitude of contempt and indifference, just disgust.
When booking the room we demanded two separate beds, at the reception when we arrived they even asked if we had booked two separate beds and when we went up to the room there was a double bed and in addition there was no bathroom accessories, no soap and nothing. We had to go back and get reception in the elevators that had to wait full time each time because, before Shabbat (we arrived at 16:00) there were only two elevators that worked and the other two already worked as Shabbat elevators, and that was long before Shabbat. At the reception the hotel staff did not respond as required to our complaint, saying contemptuously "good mistake, now someone will come and fix you". We got back and after half an hour a hotel worker arrived who separated the beds, we did not receive the bathroom accessories, after 3 phone calls with the reception in question, we were told that "they are already bringing you". After an hour we went down to the reception and said that we had not received the same bathroom accessories, that it was not even possible to wash our hands, the girl who was at the reception replied that she did not know anything about it and that they would arrange it for you. We went for a walk in the city and when we came back after two hours we found that there are still no bathroom accessories in the room, we went down to the reception and talked to the person in charge about the matter and then we went for another hour touring the city and when we returned at 20:00 only then got the soap and shampoo and all other accessories.
The staff is unprofessional, irresponsible, the level of service is just disgusting.
The room has a cold wind from the windows that enters between all the slots, burnt lamps in the ceiling, TV once works and once does not.
Breakfast among the poorest and most disgusting I have ever had, poor selection of food, not quality, not fresh and not tasty. The staff in the dining room was not polite, nor courteous, a waiter threw me a dessert from the plate with his hand and did not even notice and left, and when I commented on it he just said "okay" and left.
In conclusion we had a terrible experience in this hotel which is considered a 5 star level - its level is very very low, the service is very bad, the staff is very bad, the refreshments are very bad.
Do not recommend anyone to stay here.
There are enough good places in Jerusalem to stay there, and not go through this nightmare.

Really amazing hotel but it's a shame not to update when booking that the price does not include VAT. I ordered by phone and in the end I found out that I needed to add another 400 shekels for VAT.

We heard full recommendations about the hotel, good and excellent, want to get to vacation there soon, the question about parking, for those who come with a car, is there parking at the hotel, in the area?

Stayed here for 5 nights, using Hilton points redemption. The hotel is in a great location, just minutes from the old city and minutes from Ben Yehuda in other direction.

Breakfast.... is out of this world! There is so much to choose from there, you simply cannot go hungry with any food preferences.

Room was great, we got upgraded to a Terrace Room (only 4 of those at the hotel) and had a very large terrace just outside our room.

Service is the area that was hit or miss, which is why I give 4 and not 5 stars. Devora at Breakfast stood out for being really friendly, as were some of the managers. Others were indifferent and service would be more reactive than proactive. Service also took a while in many cases.
