Paying customer and a truck driver. Because my rig is in they're lot, NO WHERE NEAR ANY CAR AND IN THE FARTHEST CORNER AWAY FROM THE BUILDING, they called the cops who immediately said leave or I'll charge you with criminal trespass!!

NO CURBSIDE PICKUP. They always calcel my curbside due to "operational issues." The management of this store is non existent. Pretty disgusting place. Fake prices posted. Extremely long lines. Cramped check out. I'll never go here again.

This place is terrible for customer service. So many nonspeaking English people working there, they canbe of no help at all. Only 1 or 2 lines open so you have to use self scan which takes forever if you have alot of stuff

A great place for shopping for a variety of things. Everything from food to fashions to gaming to hardware can be found in the supermarket. Although the prices are not the cheapest, this store's quality, service, and variety make up for it.

I would give this place ZERO STARS if I could. Horrible customer service and FILTHY. Waiting in line for over 20 minutes at 2:47 pm on 4/20/20 in lane 11 only to have the lane shut down with no explanation. Cashier walked off! Had to go get AT THE END OF ANOTHER LINE! So much for appropriate COVID -19 protocols!

This store used to be well maintained and stocked. The last 2 shopping experiences have been terrible. Employees have no clue where to locate a simple item nor are they willing to find out for you. The shelves are never stocked and the customer service leaves alot.to be desired. It is no even worth the savings go there anymore. I am very disappointed.

Jean Ann our Greeter was rude and dismissive. She was not pleasant at all. She not representing Hilltown Wal-Mart well. She rolled her eyes at me when I said I had more then on receipt. It seemed to demanding of her job to take care of someone with more then one receipt. Then upon leaving I had a box and she felt her personal conversation was more important then to scan my box. And this is the face of Wal-Mart Hilltown?

Its Walmart, people always amaze me, the items are always out of place, but I usually find the one or two items I come in here for. Personal supplies and motor oil since they sell the large 5 quart containers at reasonable prices and it wastes less plastic this way.

Ok. So I went in to get a specific bike. The website said I could order it and pick it up same day. I didn't see it on display. I looked around for someone to help me. I ended up going to the sporting goods register. That guy was annoyed that I was asking for help. He tried helping me but do much. I was going to go to customer service and ask there but, I found a young man and decided to ask him for help. As I'm asking for help the first guy stalks by us! I pointed out the fact of what he was doing to guy #2. Guy #2 was Kieth. Kieth tried to look up the item (like the first guy) but didn't find it. Then said he could look in the warehouse but that would take him 5 to 10 minutes. I said I could wait and I wasn't looking for it to be put together. In less than 5 minutes Kieth had the bike! I was so thankful! Thank you Keith in the Hatfield store! I gave this review 4 out of 5 stars because the first guy was annoyed with me for asking for help.

Yesterday a manager pulled out his cell phone googled the item and said we didn t have it. Without even looking at the fact the website says you have it.
The first lady said seriously? If it s not on the shelf it s sold we don t have it

I would have given it five stars but we had to wait in line for an hour. The cashier we had not good at all....swiped credit card so many times it triggered a shutdown plus there were only a few lanes open....really during the holidays. In terms of inventory I give 5 stars because we brought the cutest bike for our 4 year old granddaughter and was able to get a hoverboard for grandson and there was a large selection of many toys. I had to drag my husband away from the 70 inch TV for an amazing price of $448...so go get it fast.

Had a good experience for my first time. It was in the middle of the night so idk if that had anything to do with it. Was able to find everything I needed. Nothing I wanted was out of stock (Unlike some of the other walmarts I've been to). I also appreciated that it was open 24hrs. Will be returning.

There was an employee at self-checkout that was making me extremely uncomfortable. Maybe I m just self-conscious but it feels like she stared at me the entire time I was checking out. I understand that it s the self-checkout line so you have to keep an eye on customers, but it felt like she was only watching me. There were plenty of other people going through self-checkout but I kept feeling her staring at me. We made direct eye contact like 4 times. I felt very weird by the time I was done checking out.

This place is going down hill. Only one register open and self check out. Only one self check out took cash. All the rest took credit or debit with no cash back. Long long lines. It was ridiculous.

Needed help in the electronic department, so I seen an associates and I asked him some for some help. He was with a customer so I waited patiently for him and didn't bother him. I was standing in eye view of all the associates. When he finished with the customer, he went back fidgeting with some stuff so I approached him again. He seen me walking towards him so he started walking away to behind the counter. Again I waited patiently until he was done (about 15-20 minutes waiting now), so he didn't look like he was moving anytime soon so I asked another associates right beside him and he said he'll help. But behold I'm waiting AGAIN! So me, my mother in law, and my two impatient little girls decide to grab a product that's reachable and doesn't need assistants and placed it in the cart and walked away. But before I left, I simply said "Thanks for nothing!". RETAIL IS ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I KNOW BECAUSE I'VE DONE IT BUT I ENJOYED IT. I DONT BLAME THE WALMART FOR THE BAD EXPERIENCE, I BLAME THE ASSOCIATES. IDK MAYBE ITS BECAUSE ME AND MY LITTLE PARTY WAS ALL DARKSKINNED THATS WHY WE WERE IGNORED. I will never go back to this hateful place again because of this experience. Oh and the guy was an aging, bald spot in the middle of his head, tall, slim, ignorant man in the electronics department.

Garden Lovers: According to the sales associate, this Walmart will no longer have a Garden Center. He was not able to tell me when it would be completely shut down but right now they have very slim pickings. Planters, soil, garden hoses and things of that nature. No outdoor plants or annuals all at. Needless to say, I was very heartbroken.
