Now its walmart, what we expect from huge retail grocery store. Very bad and rude , racist customer service from employee. I visited this store today to buy some stuff for my store. After selecting I check out to self service and that time one lady name tasrin (employee) come close to me. Then she touched my stuff and rudely asked how many cucumber I had. Without asking for any help she came to me and so mean way asking question like I m here not buying something but stealing from walmart just 58 cents cucumber.its not happen first time but its 5 th time same kind of behavior. She pointed me according to my race.finally I discussed with supervisor but no proper answer for that, then they both just laughing in front of me . Last l talked to store general manager Jody for issues but she just try to protect her employee.so no sorry and apology from store in any way. I visits store twice a week for grocery shopping but now onwards I m not going to hatfield walmart any more where customer are not welcome and they not want or shows any kind of respect to customer.they are very racially biased store.

I can always find a good deal on the items I need. From groceries to home improvement items.

If you like long lines go here on the weekend! Big store with some gaps in inventory due to Covid, same lackluster Walmart experience.

Dirty, poorly stocked and inattentive staff. With another a few miles away, I'll drive the extra minutes to go to that other location.

Merchandise all over the aisles, hard to get cars around. Shelves not fully stocked in non-christmas aisles.

Very pleased with their excellent pharmacy. Only problem with doing other shopping there is the long & limited check out lines. Took over 35 minutes to check out during one of my recent stops.

I found for a while we can't find the things that we need can't be found and to many empty shelves I,m not very happy.

This location is by far one of the better ones as in nicely stocked and not so crowded

Very long queue. Only 3 or 4 open. Waited 45 minutes to reach the till. Completely exhausted.

I had several items to return. The associate at customer service was exceptional. Did not seem at all irritated because I had so many items to return. I would frequent this store because of this

Horrible service. Was at the hot food section trying to get lunch. Stood there for 5 minutes while person behind counter just looked at me several times without saying a word. Could have least acknowledged me!

This Walmart regularly finds new lows when it comes to intentionally failing at the most basic functions a store should inherently be committed to doing properly, but this is one of the times I have to point it out. I could have taken slightly better pictures (I actually took a video, so those are screenshots as opposed to intended pictures), so I'll explain the issue. Now that sundresses are in season, Walmart has always released their dresses in sets of 4 at a time, filling one rack. Typically one style or cut in 4 colors or patterns or something like that. But 4distinct dresses on a rack, 2 on one side, 2 on the other, is how any common sense acting person would display in a store. Hatfield Walmart has decided that problem solving would involve actual work however, and instead has put 12 or 16 types of dresses on one rack, and another rack nearby has maybe 10 or so skirts with a few random dresses tossed on a well. With 4 times the capacity on each rack, is impossible to even see what styles are all there, let alone trying to pull a size out without hangers falling everywhere, dresses tangling together.
Listen, if you hate working retail, get another job. Or perhaps just find the capacity to take pride in the work that you do. Not only do you make the store a bad experience, you're an embarrassment because you clearly have no respect for the quality of your own work.

Clean, friendly and well laid out. Nice selection of items throughout the store.

This is about their hot fried chicken that i bought today and in the past. They are inconsistent in cooking their chicken. All of the smaller pieces like the leg and wings r cooked right and juciy and not dry. Some of the larger pieces like the thigh and breast pieces weren't fully cooked through, so it's still a little bit raw on the inside.

One of the worst Walmarts in the area. Rude staff, sort handed and no management to be found. I gave it one more chance and nothing has changed other then much longer lines at checkout. 35 minutes waiting in a checkout line is absurd. Problem is clearly not properly trained management.

Just not a good Walmart to shop at. Floor workers outside of electronics are not helpful at all. Over all besides that it just sux and i avoid it if at all possible. I do NOT recommend shopping there at all.

Everything is very disorganized, no one available to help, food prices higher than Giant.

They had everything that I needed stuff that the Walmart in Harleysville did not have last year Harleysville store had the stuff but not this year is suntan lotion Department really is lacking.

Don't bother looking for anyone to help you in their huge store.
The few employees they have are all foreign, they know nothing about the store, and none even speak English! Unbelievable.

my mom has been shopping here for about 4 years we never had an issue with this walmart but until recently non of theyre stuff is fresh it takes about 5 months for sweet potatoes to go bad and we got some and it took 2 days and they were so mushy and they felt cooked like they werent even hard they were so messed up idc if giant is more expensivr atleast they give you fresh food so u wont be wasting money stack ur dough go to giant

Was looking for charger for an old chromebook - among all places around including best buy and other tech stuff stores - I actually found a universal charger at this Walmart - special thanks to the nice associate who helped me.

Also, as far as garden supplies go - was able to get awesome deal on some ceramic pots I was looking for and even salt crystals/pellets I needed for my home water softener were actually at better price than Tractor Company store, Ace hardware, Lowe's or Home Depot.

Associates at checkout too was patient and helpful rg some questions I had plus overall this is Super Walmart so there is amazing inventory and awesome deals running everytime I go.

State mandated covid business protocols are followed properly in my opinion. They are taking health and safety of both their staff and their customers seriously and that reflects in the overall store operation.

Recommended store for all your items on your grocery list and even beyond that - anything you or your home needs - pretty sure you'll get it or some version of it here.

Big busy Walmart especially the holidays. Garden center is the way to check out. Good Walmart staff is ok

Had two pick up orders that were placed earlier in the day , got no change in status if items we're ready for pick up called at 222pm just to see if there was something not coming up on my end had to call two times to get someone just to have them say system down and hang up on me . Called back not to long along system is back up , they say it is now delayed till tomorrow or the next day .

The lines were horrible today, but it is Saturday. I just don't understand why they have so many registers and so few open at the check out. First time I was really disappointed in Walmart

Quick in and out purchase in this location...didn't find a reason to linger; associates appeared they just want their shift to be over with.

Need to keep the shelves stocked. Had to ask the managers blocking the isle to move. Should I sell my Walmart stock now??

Great prices, good customer service, lots of merchandise

I was stop at Walmart today on 309 Bethlehem pike store for weekly groceries shopping. Everything was good. When I was ready for checkout, It was so horrible. Only couple cash counter was open also working very slow. I Spend hour standby trying to getting checkout unfortunately I can't. They should arrange more people for open more checkout stations.
