Wal-Mart Hilltown Review

I prefer Target, same prices as Walmart but much cleaner & brighter.

I purchased an hp DeskJet printer that was supposed to come with ink cartridges. When I got home and opened the printer box I found that the cartridges were missing. I called customer service and asked if I could come to the store to pick up the cartridges. The customer service agent said that they didn't know how to help me, and that I should come back to the store and buy additional ink cartridges. I told them I wasn't willing to pay for a product I already purchased. I was advised to return the product to the store and to buy a new printer, and the customer service agent said that when I return I should do a better job of looking for a printer that wasn't previously returned or tampered with. Since when is it the customer's job to ensure product quality?

Great prices. Check lines too long and too slow. It took a half hour to check out.

went to Walmart in Quakertown. Big sign out front to wear a mask over nose and mouth and distance. I saw 3 ppl with masks off. I saw a worker putting produce away with mask on mouth only. Left and told the greeter why. I then stopped at WM in Montgomeryville. Again, some people with masks off and noses out. The kicker - as I was leaving 2 young woman mid 20s blonde in shorts flip flops stroll in past the greeter with no masks. the greeter politely offers masks to them. they refuse The one girl with a blonde side braid says -very sarcastically " It says wear a mask and I have one in my hair" she had a blue mask braided in her hair. they walked past the greeter and went into the store. I will NOT be shopping at Walmart again.

Always. Clean. And organized. Prices have increased .Slightly .since Walmart. Labor adjustment.

To whom it may concern, please take those internet and cable salesmen out of the store. They are so rude and they come on too strong. I was just there and they asked me what I have for cable and internet. I wouldn t normally find this to be an issue but the man came up on me while I was over in the FOOD looking at chocolate eggs. I was clearly startled and the guy didn t say sorry or anything. And proceeded to try to sell me his stuff after I told him I was shopping with my foodstamps... and continued to try to talk to me yelling from down the isle as I was walking away after telling him to leave me alone. This is just one of the MANY occasions I have came across these people. People come to shop, not to be harassed by grown men. If Walmart is going to keep these people in the store, I strongly suggest that you keep them in the tech section where people would actually care about what they re selling.

Good selection of baby products and friendly employees, my wife and I enjoy coming here

This is Walmart. You know what you're getting when you step inside. This one is a little cleaner and more organized than most which is great. Most of the employees don't speak English and no one offers to help. Ever. Their order online and pickup service is horrible. Even if your product is in the building they won't help you out until they send you the email. The greasy guy at the photo counter is exceptionally rude. About everything. But hey, at least they have a little bit of everything and you can save some money by going there.

One of the better Walmarts I've been. Always clean and well stocked.

One of the cleanest and organized Walmarts that I've been to...a much better shopping experience than the Philadelphia locations which are horrible ..I see there are alot of bad reviews due to customer service .. I haven't had to go to customer service so I can't comment on their quality of customer service .

The supermarket offers good selection and is a convenient stop after work.

Well organized. Good customer service. The prices could be better. As well as the plastic bags.

Hilltown walmart is trash. Diapers are never stocked and tossed around like savages. The employees dont know where things are and at the register tge customer had to explain to the cashier how to be a cashier. I hate quakertown but I'll never shop hilltown willingly.

This one was clean and I liked the fact that the shopping carts weren't all over the parking lot. That was 9/2/2019 at around 9 p.m.... Might I suggest, just a little bit more of ethnic hair care products?

The woman that greeted me when I walked in told me exactly where I needed to go. She was very nice, too.

Affordable prices but horrible service. I interacted with 3 employees. Of them, only one had a semblance of compitancy. One individual could not understand what was meant by a sponge and was found hiding in an empty isle on a personal call. When I finally explained to him what it was, he was unable to direct to the proper isle. Disgruntled, I was forced to ask another employee. My cashier did not speak at all. Instead, he proceeded to stare directly at me the entire time. Needless to say, this was discomforting. Avoid shopping here if your budget allows.

I always have a good time when I go. I usually go late late night usually 2 am when all the crazy people including me are out. And the workers are crazy fun too. It's really laid back .great place to do all your Shopping.

Went in for them to keep announcing closing soon while I had to wait in a long line due to 1 register being open maybe keep self checkout open at the least since they can serve more then one person at a time

You all are in serious need of hiring checkers. There is absolutely no need to wait an hour to check out your own items meanwhile only 2 open registers with all lines waiting in the middle of the store. Very poor management.

The store is too big and doesn't flow very well. Staff was very helpful, walked me to the product.

Don't do curbside pick up. Last time waited 5 hours after schedule pick up. Time before 3 and a half hours. First two time were good down hill after that.

This place is the Worst, you can NEVER GET SERVICE. they NEVER ANSWER THERE PHONE AND WHEN THEY DO YOU GET BOUNCED, FROM DEPARTMENT, to DEPARTMENT,
AND THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE, I WOULD MUCH RATHER SHOP HARLEYSVILLE, THE CORPORATE OFFICE NEEDS TO KNOW HOW THIS PLACE IS RUN. ITS AMAZING.

Absolutely ridiculous that at noon on a Saturday during a pandemic there is only 4 registers open!

Standard Walmart with plenty of selection and all of the items one could need.

Check out lines understaffed, 5 of 13 open.... waited in line for half an hour to get to a register.. Very helpful young man in the electronics dept tho. Our bad for going on a weekend.

I m going to try a different Walmart. The parking lot was a disgrace with carts everywhere. Not only is there a danger to my vehicle but in this age of covid, since the store had no carts inside they obviously aren t being sanitized. I tried telling several associates and they told me to go to customer service which had a line 10 people deep. I shouldn t have to go on a wild goose chase to speak to someone. Also, I think one non-self checkout line was open and the two self checkouts had lines wrapping around about 15 people deep. They can pay people to stock shelves but not to check people out or pick up and sanitize their carts. This is clearly a poorly managed Walmart.

Compared to some other locations I have visited, this store is kept organized. My biggest frustration is that the clerks are extremely slow. It takes way to long to checkout, especially our you are buying cold foods. I don't mind self checkout but there is not enough room to get everything out of the cart before you need to start loading it back in.

Walmart was okay I was there grocery shopping today but I was going to buy 2 bags of fresh broccoli but they only had 1 bag of fresh broccoli so I bought a bag of frozen broccoli instead.

It was a bad experience last two was fast oder pick up service but third time I wait almost 20 minute for oder pick up , after 20 minute a guy coming.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Shopping at the Hatfield Walmart is like shopping in a war zone in a third world country. The shelves are bare, there are never enough cashiers, now with COVID-19, the lines are wrapped outside of the store. Doing weekly shopping can be a 4-5 hour ordeal. The deli closes hours before it is scheduled to, food, if you can find it, is expired. God forbid you try to use a .50 coupon on your $250.00 order because the cashiers will do everything they can to not put it through. So, no cashiers (I've gone during peak times when there has been 1 cashier on duty), yet they have the gall to have people stationed by the doors to ask you for your receipt when you are leaving to review it if you have items like paper towels or water bottles that are not bagged--talk about adding insult to injury after you've waited in line for an hour to check out. This is by far the WORST WALMART I've ever shopped in.

You name it,they have it,I could spend hours in here,and awesome customer service.

Seriously, we all know how convenient it is to just go to wal-Mart and pick up whatever..... That being said we also know that nobody goes to Wal-Mart for their customer service. So if you're a high maintenance shopper who needs their hand held while shopping this is not the place for you. They have good prices... Maybe not always the best but I figure I save on gas not riding around picking up things here and there.

My trip to Walmart Supercenter was terrible. They only have two lines open and one of those lines are self checkout and they're ridiculously long. Won't be going back anytime soon.

Waited over 40 minutes to checkout!! Only 3 lanes open for checkout! And there were way more then 20 people waiting to checkout!!

This Walmart is usually offers positive shopping experiences but unfortunately seems to be having trouble getting a grasp on how to operate efficiently during covid.

Was out of alot of frozen items and only 3 open lines at checkout my frozen items melted this was at 1030 in morning
