The lines are too long. 4 registers 200 customers outrageous run poorly
I went with my grandson so he could pick out a toy with his gift card. The toy section was very light in it's choices. He finally found something and we headed to checkout. We waited in a long line. He put up his purchase. The associate scanned it, and couldn't figure out how to use my grandson's Wal-Mart gift card. After 8 attempts, I could feel everyone behind me getting uneasy, so I said I would just pay for it. When we got home, I called the gift card line, and there was $30 on it. Basically, the associate did not know how to redeems gift card. If he cannot perform the functions of the job, don't put him on register!
Not a good member's service place , maybe they need more employees, it seems nobody can't help The photo machine is constantly not working
Went here to get copies of my keys. The key machine was down and there not a soul near the back station where someone would normally do it. They are slacking.

I have bad experience for buying a pack of cigarette.
Because I'm on vacation And that wanna see USA ID But I don't have USA ID because I am from Italy and I show my Italian ID and they say is it's no good And I say I am on vacation I can buy cigarettes And the say no we need A USA AID and I repeat them I'm here on vacation I don't have USA AID This is so ridiculous Because I bin buying cigarets to any other place and I never have this issue. Wal-Mart

Why don t you put all of your associates on all the cash register when there are very long lines??? I don t think the store Manager have any management skill..

Usual super store. Lots of rude people. Plenty of selecting for food at good prices. I would prefer a normal grocery store for food shopping.
I went at 10 pm night shift is the worst 20 people waiting in one line and automatic lines were shut down they need to get more staff or something employee s don't care lousy

I have bought a large 20+ Lbs. pork roast to smoke at the Hatfield Pa. Walmart twice. Once for 2017 labor day and one was purchased today. Both have had to be returned because the meat was bad. When the packaging was removed the smell of decay was obvious. I will never buy meat from Walmart again.
Need to open more register ... the lines are way to long ... the store is great but waiting in line to cash out is ridiculous... they only have 2 lines open and the self checkout... all the lines are almost to the back of the store... I would go more if they had more lines open
A smaller Wal-Mart that seems to have all the necessities but no auto center.
The center itself is okay. The parking lot is a design disaster. The entry and exit is bizarre. Be patient when trying to exit because the exit onto 309 can get backed up.
This is where I do all my big Shopping so I can get everything I need at 1 time from food to toilet paper You name it they got it.
This place always takes so long to get in or get out. Employees all over the place but if you ask where something is they pretend they didn't hear you and bolt. We have had plenty of time to adjust to this " pandemic" yet only 2 checkout lanes and self serve lanes available. Crazy. It's 1230 on a Friday come on.
Customer service is nonexistent, management needs training as well.

Other than associate sending me to a wrong department. I found the staff helpful, and courteous. But one small problem, they spoke and understood very little English.
I like there location, and I like the size of the store. I like their merchandise.
I like their low prices / I like their self check out line machines.
And most importantly, I like the money that I save, by patronizing their store!

I really like this Walmart, but I just wish that they would have at least one self check out register late at night and early in the morning instead of having to wait for someone to come open a register.
This store needs to do a better job of stocking their shelves. Everytime I go there to grab something, they don't have it. (meat/sugar). They also need more self-checkouts. The line is always extremely long.
The worst time off my life the have 15 registered and only 3 wear open the self check out line of people. I can't believe the management just walking around looking for spider in the corner not doing anything is ridiculous. that piss me off bunch of lazy

Went shopping here while visiting one of my friends family. I usually do self checkout but today I didn't. I checked my receipt while waiting for one of my friends and noticed that the Velveeta cheese I purchased wasn't in the bag. I went back to the cashier but he said no bags were left behind and called his manager over. He asked if I wanted to go get the missing item I said no because I didn't want to walk back for it so they said to go to customer service to get a refund. I got my refund but when we were putting everything in the car I also noticed that my almond milk was missing so I had to go back. I told the customer service agent my milk and cheese must have been in the same bag. She asked if I went back to check. I said I did but nothing was left behind and apologized that I didn't realize it earlier when I first told her about the cheese. She was very nice and said no problem. The reason for this long post is 1. Try to do self checkout. 2. Make sure you check your receipt.
WORST WALMART EVER. just moved to the area, and have been back and forth to this store 4 times buying groceries and moving supplies. Have to block out at least 30 minutes just to wait in line. Never any registers open, and shelves are never stocked. Rude employees is the cherry on top of this disaster of a cake. Don't go here unless you have ample time to spare
Terrible. My husband was laughed at when he asked an employee where he could find men's big and tall underwear was . SHE laughed at HIM AND TOLD HIM THEY DON'T HAVE THEM THAT BIG. We will never be returning to that store again

Came here to get passport photos told me no one here is able to take the pictures. Walmart stop offering sharing you aren't able to deliver.

Rude customer service when I was returning an item. I did not have my receipt but still had the card I paid with and corresponding identification. They made me feel lile I was a criminal or something...
As Wal-Mart goes, this is one of the best in the region. Usually fairly clean and well stocked with inventory. The food and grocery section is convenient.

I needed a rolling pin for Christmas cookies. Either time contstaints of online delivery, or unavailability at my Philly store, I stopped at Hilltown on a side trip. I could not find a rolling pin. I asked a clerk, he went right to it, top shelf, out of sight.
Great deals and prices but curbside pickup gets really busy as a result. Unfortunately, it was hard for me to find the option to pick-up inside rather than curbside so I had to wait.
Not that impressive for a super center. Just standard deparments that would be in a low budget walmart. Its not like those real super centers out there with multiple multiple departments. Eh. Just a regular walmart.

Cleaner than the other walmarts in the area, but not well stocked. Grocery items such as milk barely stocked. They keep moving things around., what was once one place is now moved to another. Some employees helpful, some do not understand English. They say"no English", yet they are stocking
items in a department. When you ask for help, you need to find an english speaking associate. Rather inconvenient to a shopper The store always clean though and well lit.
Cashier didn't bag one item I paid for, didn't realize until I was home
