Had to wait in line for over 30 minutes to get checked out tonight not sure i will be going back to the store.

For the first time in almost 20 years at this Walmart, I had the most disturbing experience.
I went in & bought 4 items. Took them to the register and paid the CASHIER (NOT self-checkout) for them (3 plastic laundry baskets and a pack of underwear). As I was leaving the store, I saw the greeter who d been there when I came in. Thinking I would just get the customary Thank you for shopping at Walmart spiel, I was surprised when I was stopped by the person- who had only been 10-15 feet away from where I made my purchase (& it was early, so there was no high volume of customers)- and was asked to see my receipt. Confused, I reached in the bag and gave it to her.
She scanned my receipt, then walked around the mostly empty cart (I had 4 items TOTAL: 3 [lg see-through] laundry baskets and a pack of drawers). To add insult to injury, after this thorough search, she then scans my laundry baskets!
Now I have a BJ s membership so I get stopping customers to check items but I literally saw 2 other people leave out before me and she said nothing to them. I was the ONLY customer who was stopped and basically cavity searched.
I am totally annoyed and deeply offended by this BS!

This place is PACKED...and there are few registers open. Why???

I ordered groceries onlive set a time for pick up and got text saying order is ready for me and went there and signed in and they came out immediately and loaded me up and I was done and on my way. Very courteous and fast and polite. I'm definitely going to order groceries online with them again

It's Walmart. Can't give any Walmart more than 2 stars.

Any walmart is the best if your feeling down about your life leaving there I always feel so much better about my life

They only ever have 2 registers opened every time I'm there. Waited a half hour to check out this morning then they finally opened the other self check out so after waiting I ended up checking myself out!!!

I like Hatfield Walmart, but they are never fully stocked. It's so frustrating. This is why I stop shopping at Walmart and end up going back to ShopRite. You have a list of things and come out with 3 or 4 items not crossed off.

I always shop at this Walmart before work at 6 am. They have certain things the Warrington Walmart doesn't have. I have a few workers that know me now and are very helpful. Keep up the good work 3rd shift crew!

Love Wal-Mart's supercenter's. You can get lost in them. Good prices. Friendly service. Plus, they have everything!! Relaxing experience.

I got to say that's a pretty good little Walmart even though you're not many people speaks English in there but if they're very nice folks no matter where they're from

Did not have fresh meat. Lines were mot too bad. Found items other than meat I was looking for.

DON'T ASK FOR HELP
This afternoon I drove past 2 walmarts to go to this one because online it said that the item i was looking for was available here. I scoured the department with no luck then asked for help (HUGE MISTAKE!!!) The lazy young lady who fiddled with a device in between texting her friends trying to search for the item number that I looked up for her produced zero results - the phone-searchy-thingy said the item number wasn't recognized. Additionally she kept telling me I had to order it online then pick it up in the store [that I was standing in] 2 days later. I asked a passing asst. mgr. for help and she had the same response on the doohickey and took me to the clearance section and gave me a whopper of an explanation how it isn't in their inventory any more so i was welcome to dig through shelves of mis-mashed junk. I didn't believe a word she spewed so I revisited the department and eventually found the item hidden behind out of place gift bags that they'd stuck there. The lazy lying staff here stole 40 minutes of my day!!!

Average Walmart experience. Kind of a dive location.

Such a huge store. Not easy for elderly to maneuver.

There were only 4 lines open and the lines were 8-12 people ahead of me.

Opened for Long hrs... Online order pickup is great... Good cake selection, decent bakery,. Good kid stuff

Ridiculous. Customer service is terrible. The whole time in line there was this angry old lady working the front and she was standing there screaming at a special needs employee while he was cleaning up the floor. She didnt say one word to me while handling my paypal exchange, frequently stopped to tell at him more (in my face) then made me reach over the counter to take my money from her hand. Ludicrous.

Crappy policies I wasn't able to return unopened packages of poise pads brand new in the packaging even for store credit. I'm out money because my mother who these were for passed away. Brand new unopened and they wont do anything.

Disorganized, lines are really long due to them only allowing so many people in the store at a time. Target has no lines outside, the cash registers run smoothly and the parking is less chaoti

Register lines stink....who is managing the front of the store? Need cashiers and more self checkout.

Don't go here if you plan to get something fast. Both self-checkout aisles have lines of over 20 people. There are only 2 checkout lanes open. You would think a retailer in a suburban shopping area would be capable of facilitating the purchase of merchandise within their facility, but that's not the case here. Total incompetence.

Store dirty poorly stocked and the workers run in different direction when they think your gonna ask for assistance

I get lost in the store! I do a lot of my shopping there and then I start walking and everything else by the time I'm done I am sometimes for hours I go in for one I please come out with 20. I do like your hatfields store.

Store was very messy, but had most of what we needed

Used to love this Walmart until Shabir left. They never have what I need in stock. I no longer shop here unless I absolutely have to.

It's Walmart, not sure what else there is to say. They have low prices across the board but keep in mind you get what you paid for. Furthermore, the fact they only typically have one register open you will find your self waiting for quite sometime to check out in the self-checkout area. Regardless of the army of people they have working at anyone time. Just one register. It's silly. So in short; if you looking to save a few bucks and don't mind the lines, it's the place to go I suppose.

Decent Walmart, good size/selection, never had any issues.

Good selection of products but there are never enough checkout lanes open and the store is ALWAYS filthy. Its hard to find assistance at the deli as well.

Wal mart is always bad, but its worse when you see employees without masks and hear other customers talking about how people are sheep for wearing them. My 6yo can wear a mask, but these people have chosen to be lazy and not even bother.

We live 5 mins and would rather drive 30 mins to go to Quakertown Wal-Mart. Much better all around !!! I wish there was a negative rating as we would say a triple negative 0!!

Does anybody else get really tired of being attacked by the cable TV sales people that hound you about what cable/internet service you have? I am so sick of going to Walmart to shop, only to be hounded by irritating high pressure jerks asking me who my cable provider is.

Horrible store lately. Shelves empty of everyday items. Many products no longer being carried. Only self checkout open and lines to long to wait. I dropped my purchases and Left. Need a new manager asap

This place is, as usual a huge mess. This is perhaps the worst Walmart store in Pennsylvania

Walmart fan here, good prices plus you find everything.

I had the 3 worst experiences here, so 3 strikes and you're out, meaning I'm never going back there again. One time I was standing in line next to the cigarette cashier and after I brought them I was asked did I pay for them just because I was holding them in my hand with the receipt, also I waited so long for service for the prepared food that the man from the deli had to come and help me and apologized for the long wait, and last but not least on yesterday I was paying with some food stamps and with cash and I told the lady to take 16.00 dollars off my card for food 3 times and the first 2 times didn't work somehow by the last time it took everything I had on there and 2 people with yellow jackets said it's too late I'm not getting it back unless they ring everything up again and all 3 times I had my family there, and if that's not discrimination I don't know what to call it...

Deli staff are very friendly for the most part, hot bar is well stocked.
General staff are also friendly and helpful.

Been waiting in the electronics section for almost 20 minutes and not 1 employee has acknowledged me.

Always busy and the lines are full everywhere. But it is a one-stop store. Always will love Walmart, cheap finds and easy to get to.

I did like this Walmart but a middle aged Caucasian woman with a blonde bob by the name of Patty in customer service was extremely rude. She told another worker (that was a different ethnicity) not to talk to her and that they should ask for his social . She was also extremely rude to her other coworkers (that were also a different ethnicity) and kept rolling her eyes at them etc and made an extremely rude comment about my friend cashing her check there because of where she works. She should absolutely not be working in customer service and if she s that unhappy working with minorities she should consider retiring.

Very large and clean store, wide aisles, noticeably clean and organized . As I walked, with my 7 items and an eye toward the checkout lines. A girl approached me and offered to check me out. When I asked her which register(?), she explained she could do it right there! The best experience in a Wal-Mart.

Every time I try to get vitamins at Walmart, the shelves are more and more empty. It's been like a week since I last went shopping there, don't you restock? Come on, now.

Dirty and lack of variety of clothing. Lack baby,toddler and children clothing.

Well organized with great options in their grocery portion of the store.

Just make sure you check their hours before you go (during the Pandemic). No place is 24/7 these days, but 8:30pm seems like an odd closing time. I know quakertown location has similar hours, too.

Customer service was the worst I've ever experienced! She was extremely rude. Felt like I was doing something wrong by making a return!

Arrogant, rude and unknowledgeable staff. It's hard to see anything past that when that's the first thing you experience. First and last time going here. Typical Walmart. That's why we usually shop Target and Amazon.

My favorite Walmart, huge, always clean! Nice food market selection
