Its walmart, a shopping journey into itself. They have just about everything, but its certainly not of the highest quality. The store is disheveled, lots of stuff where it doesn't belong, pallets in the aisles, generally disorganized. Staff could care less, if you could find someone to help, and if they spoke the same language. The online inventory rarely matches what is in store, I've had several "pickup in store" orders canceled or modified because what they said they had, they didn't. The patrons - just wow. The people you find walking the aisles of walmart exist no where else, as they would be thrown out of any other store, but are at home in walmart. Walmart is a necessary evil....The vision center is really good though, that's a plus.

3:30 cashier on register #12 doesn't know her job. Couldn't ring up my grocery using a gift card and I waited 20 minutes for a manager that did not come. Ended up using a credit card to pay with. Not a happy customer, thank you....

Excellent customer service. The lady at counter said if you give the reason "no longer needed" we will have to charge you the shipping for returning the items. So she said I will choose the reason where you don't have to pay the shipping fee.

Neat, clean, and well stocked. Walmart stores in predominately African American and Latino neighborhoods should be as well stocked, and tidy as this store, located in a predominately white neighborhood, is.

On the morning of July 28th 2019, I attempted to purchase Formula from the Hatfield location. After working 14 hours, overnight, I ran into the store for what I expected to be a quick trip. Upon discovering that the formula was behind a locked glass case, I was able to flag down a store associate who said he would be able to assist. He walked to another location and after 5 minutes, returned and stated someone would "be with me shortly". After about 10 more minutes, and no one arriving, I flagged down another associate and I was told the person in the fitting room area "had the key" and that they should be with me soon. He also apologized for the wait. After about 5 more minutes, I walked to the fitting room location and asked for assistance. The associate paged someone named "Hannah" to come and assist me and said she would meet me near the infant formula. I returned to my original location. After about 7 more minutes, an associate came to retrieve the formula and asked me if I was done shopping. I informed her that the Formula was the only item I came for. She then escorted me to a line occupied by a cashier, all of which had at least two customers with carts filled with items. She placed the formula next to the cashier and apologized again for my wait, as I was expected to wait in line behind heavy shoppers for one item. Why was I unable to use the self checkout? At the end of this experience I felt so humiliated by the notion that all of this was in an attempt at anti-theft and I had been so greatly inconvenienced, I left the store without even purchasing my item.

Customers should not be made to feel like thieves. I ended up purchasing my formula from Giant Supermarket, where I was able to walk in and purchase my desired item immediately. I will likely never purchase infant formula from any of your stores after this experience. It was very inconvenient and humiliating. There has to he a better system in place. Maybe even an electronic alert system when a customer needs assistance with infant formula. I was very disappointed by this experience.

Update: I sent this letter to their corporate office and immediately got a response that stated "You should hear from the Hatfield store in 72 hours". They NEVER got back to me. Poor service all around.

Overall it's a decent Wal-Mart. I wouldn't recommend going on weekends, it's staffed the same as weekday.

For all the nursing moms FYI: the family/nursing room is locked and someone had to get the key, God knows where. Wal-Mart if you don't know when a baby is hungry they start yelling. Please keep the key near the pick up area. By the time the door was opened and I finished nursing my hubby was done shopping :[

Good shop but the checkout situation was unnecessarily silly. Dor the youth scan why dont you have the people who shouldnt be in there with 300 items go to the left so the ones with 5 items can go right and can get home. It makes sense think about it

This Walmart is in need of new management. Even for Walmart these co-managers are horrific. I d have better luck trying to stick a cactus through a needle then to find a manager without an abrasive attitude at this location.

I find everything I'm looking for and get checked out in no time at all. I've been coming to this Walmart for years. I like to get in and get what I need when it comes to shopping and carry on with my business continuing on with my day, or evening. They meet my requirements all the time. Great place to shop!

An insulting experience in wasted time.

An insulting experience in wasted time.

No one comes to Walmart for the stellar customer experience and I didn't expect anything but an item delivered generally on time. I ordered an item that was meant to have come two weeks ago at this point and I suppose it did but came damaged. That's fine. Things happen. My qualm is that it arrived and they knew it was damaged but didn't let me know until now. I tracked the order, which showed that it was there, so I went to the store to speak to someone as by that point it was already late and figured it might be damaged or something. I check in and the guy working in the pick up section came over, saw it was there, changed his mind and went to speak with someone else behind the counter. He came back and said that it would be ready in a day or two (I'd already spoken to someone on the phone earlier that week with the same response) I asked if I could speak with a supervisor or someone to see if something was wrong and he said "No. Just come back in a day or two. You'll get an e-mail". I asked again if I could speak with someone and he again told me to come back in a day or two. Now, 5 days after that trip, I get an e-mail that it is damaged and they are refunding that. Was it too difficult to send that when it initial arrived two weeks ago?
I understand Walmart employees are not Walmart employees because they are exceptional individuals, but this scenario doesn't happen without a number of people pushing responsibilities onto other people so they don't have to deal with it.

Walmart is hurting for employees, covid restrictions are in place but customers need to wear their masks and properly. Management needs to enforce it. Nearly 45 minutes standing in line to check out. Shelves are not full nor even tidy. Employees helpful and as quick as they can be. Very nice hard workers.

They always have everything we need in stock. They are also doing good preventatives for covid. Their associates aren't always the friendliest but i imagine the types of people going through here, would wear anyone down.

Every time I go something is off. This time I was going to the pharmacy side to ask about the location of the Vick s ointment, I was told it should be somewhere around the aisles in front. Then I ask what would be good for a sore throat. Was told to wait for the pharmacist. Pharmacist comes and ask me if I have a question I said yes she says that she s gonna take the person behind me because she s been waiting for a while now. Mind you I was the one waiting in the CONSULTATION line first. I saw her in the PICK-UP line and then behind me. How s that fair?!? I just left to another supermarket. It s not the first time I ve been in a situation like this (racism) in this Walmart

The women at the customer service desk were horribly rude. I went in to cash a check like I ALWAYS do, and have been, with the SAME checks from my job for the past year, my address is misprinted on my check, my address number is 44 and its printed 4, but all of the other information is the same. They told me they couldn't cash my check because the information did not match, all while being extremely condescending and down right mean. They also told me that they had nothing to do with it and that walmarts (as in every Walmart) system had changed so they were physically not able to cash it. So I decided to drive 10 miles to the next Walmart, and what do you know..? There was no problem whatsoever! Thanks to the nasty women that worked at the hatfield Walmart, It took me about an hour and a half longer to cash my check! Thanks gals!

Had bought a product at a Toledo Walmart that turned out to be a return that was shrink wrapped to look new, and the person returning had swapped the original product with crap. This Walmart accepted the return without any hassle.

Go to this Walmart frequently, generally can find what I need unless it's Jeans. Have better luck for those at the Harleysville location but that Walmart isn't 24 hours or have the grocery section.

The isles here are very wide, allowing for more thorough social distancing than most places. They had everything I needed, even obscure pharmaceuticals and allergen-free artisan bread. This Walmart contains a Subway if you're looking for fresh food while you're out.

I was there yesterday at 6:39pm and went through the self check out. The young man that was running it was NOT wiping down the check outs. HE DIRECTED ME TO A SCANNER THAT HAD SOME LIQUID ON IT AND THE SCREEN WAS FILTHY. I cleaned the scanner myself and the screens and it was evident on the towel just how filthy the equipment was. If your cleaning them between each customer they should be spotless!!

Also Wal-Mart employees and EVERYONE else. NOT COVERING YOUR NOSE W THE FACE MASK DEFEATS THE PURPOSE OF A FACE MASK!!!!!

We shop periodically at Walmart and were disappointed this Wednesday 1/8. They were out of certain items we came there for. But that was ok with us, the problem we had we purchased bananas from a counter that listed them for 0.48 per pound but was charged 0.58. We went to customer service and were informed they didn t change all the signs for the list price per pound and we were to get the shown price of .048 per pound. She handed it off to I guess a floor supervisor for the refund but he said we were charged the correct amount after looking at the register. He was wrong and since it wasn t a lot of money I just didn t want to deal with it. There is a lot of competition out there so I will start looking around.

Well stocked and yet under staffed on registers. Only two regular registers and a dozen self check-outs.

Lines over three dozen parties long. Frustrating to the point of abandoning purchase and leaving.

The store had the couple of items I went for. 18 check out aisles and only 3 were open with lines 8 to10 deep. The final frustration was when the extremely slow moving cashier held up the bag of onions stating "it has no tag" and proceeded to stare blankly at me!!!
