Don t ever call this place to check on an item. Customer service is garbage. I sat on hold for over half hour checking to see if they carry an item I was in need for and wound up hanging up after sitting on hold for over half hour. Rediculous

Seems to be a lot of staff six Associates walk by before one greeted me and asked if I needed any help with anything which is surprising for Walmart to begin with this location was very busy seem to be very stock but a little bit messy parking lot was clean and neat and easy to navigate unlike some other Walmart parking lot so I've been in

Horrible customer service. Unable to process returns because "out of paper to print labels" for over 30 days. No one speaks English well enough to help out. Went to FEDEx in the store to get help to do a Walmart return. Do NOT SHOP THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!! Store Manager should be FIRED!!!!!!

I understand it's early in the morning but only having 2 cashiers open is a little ridiculous especially when one person is ringing up people's stuff slowly and the other cashier is ringing up people who's shopping carts are filled to the top.

I didn't go in the store but I tell you one thing their website is very helpful. I have order online from Walmart and always received excellent service. I am also going to give them. A+

I had my credit card info stolen via skimmer at the self checkout. Tried to call the store to speak with an associate and no one would answer the phone. 30 minutes it rang. 30 minutes!!! Are you kidding me? Its probably an associate that stole my information will NEVER SHOP AT A WALMART AGAIN if you are smart you wont either

Went to do some light grocery shopping late this past weekend and found this ham in the front of the deli case covered in green mold. Made my stomach turn. Someone obviously put it in the front because no one stocking the shelves would have missed something that obvious . Will not be buying any more refrigerated items here

I was at wal-mart,I. Hilltown, waited 25min.to check out.My order was under $20.00.There were only 4 registers open and the lines were oh so long.I also want to say this was over the lunch hour, which if you had better scheduling, that should NOT happen. This isn't the first time this has happened,at this particular store.Where is the store manager???

Waited forever in the self check out line just to be told they couldn't do cash at ANY of the self-checkouts. Instead of escorting me to another register, the rude worker told me I would have to go to the back of the line at some other register. I only had 2 items and I spent, no joke, 57 minutes. Ironically I started a timer when in the self check out line so it was pretty much an hour of nothing but waiting. They also don't sanitize between customers at the regular register so I don't know why on earth it took so long. Walmart was never worth going too and now with covid, it's exasperating to buy even a few things.

Horrible experience, worst Walmart ever. Front of store manager dropped the f-bomb in front of my daughter. I had a issue in photo. Spoke with assistant store manager George. Instead of saying how can I help you came at me with a YES? POORLY RUN STORE. I am a avid Walmart shopper. Spend hundreds of dollars in that store a month feeding my family of five. Will NEVER SET FOOT IN A WALMART AGAIN. I will spend the extra money at Wegmans not to deal with their poor managing staff.

No wonder Amazon is able to gain so much ground versus Wal-Mart when no one in management is accountable at any level. Complained about this store to corporate 3 weeks ago, never heard back from corporate, and as far as I could tell, the very people responsible for the problem are still working here. Indians have co-opted this store and many of the other locations which means that whites are rarely hired and communication with the employees is essentially impossible. For that reason, this location doesn't even create jobs for real people. The employees are only interested in "getting one over" on both the customers and the corporation by working as slowly as possible and being as unhelpful as possible.

This location is run by bigots who just want to hook their friends and family up with jobs that should be available to everyone. You are not hard-working, you are not industrious, your conduct in the workplace proves that. Anyone who reports to work every day and takes money from their employer in exchange for performing a task and then decides to press the limits of how LITTLE they can do without garnering negative attention is shameless. Do I expect people making $11/hour to go above and beyond all the time? Of course not, I work at a similar type of job. However, I could not live with myself if I took money to do a job and then did the poorest job physically possible. Some people might be taken in by your sob story about the industriousness of immigrants, but I wasn't born yesterday. I know what hard work is. I am a Veteran and I have been mistreated my entire life. I also know what it is to give my heart and soul to a job and be be fired anyway. Thus, when I see people as dilatory and shiftless as the employees of the Hatfield Wal-Mart, I take exception to it, and when I ask an employer to fire an employee, I don't do so lightly.

I believe it says in the Wal-Mart employee handbook that without the customer, Wal-Mart could not exist, so pray tell, why does Wal-Mart show so little concern about the satisfaction of their customers?

Even though they could not physically assist my daughter in putting her new phone case and screen protector on due to Covid 19 rules, the associate took the time to walk her through it, I was grateful. Would definitely recommend.
