Corporation needs to remember why they're in business and who buys their things. 2 registers open, one of which the register was locked up.

Usually when you have an item listed as a rollback, that is the price, but unfortunately that wasn't the case with us. They literally made us wait 15 minutes at the register for a very lazy manager to finally show up then when she tried to get a price check no one was in the department! So then we wait another 10 minutes as she goes across the store to price check herself. When she finally comes back, she says the rollback was wrong then accuses "a customer" must have moved it there. Waste of time. Don't come to this Walmart. Make another trip elsewhere.

always out of stock for a lot of things. store needs better mask enforcement. self checkout needs better supervision and they need to all accept cash. the lines are always huge and slow. Avoid this store if possible.

Found everything I wanted, and spent less than I thought I would.

Terrible long lines, almost all self-checkout, only one lane open that wasn't. I try not to come here too frequently and this trip just reinforced that.

Felt more or less the staff was a little rude either that or just not the "brightest tools in the shed so to speak", Honestly speaking the racks were unorganized, the lighting is very dim, and it just wasn't "my cup of tea". Would have much rather shopped at Target in Montgomeryville off of the 309 exit. I will say though the woman who cashed my payroll check was very helpful and kind.

Was surprised to find frozen turkey on sale for 50 cents a pound. Since most seem to have an experation date in 2021, now is a good time to stock up.

I needed to pick up some groceries, so I decided to visit the Walmart here in Hatfield PA.

Walmart saves me more money on groceries. Sadly they always seem to be out of what I'm there to buy, and the lines at the checkout are ridiculous. Why have so many checkout lanes but only open a few at times? Even on a less crowded day, I spent more time waiting to check out of the store than I did looking for my groceries.

I don't think I'll shop here again. It's just not worth it to wait so long to pay. 13 plus checkout lanes and they only open three, while you literally have stockers loaded the unopened lanes with more inventory. Sad.

Horrible! They have 30 registers and only 3 open. With people lined up through all the isles crammed together. Horrible for COVID

I like supercenter Walmart s better, because it s a better chance you ll find what your looking for. It s a 24hr store too, I went here after work one night. No problems. I found everything I was looking for.

This seems to be the best walmart in the Philadelphia area, and for that reason I tend to go to it even if it is a bit out of the way. I've been tempted over and over to try different ones for convenience sake and I always regret it. Not saying this store is the best place ever, just that of local walmart stores, it tends to be the most organized, has friendly, acommodating service and is generally fairly well-stocked.

I don't who's manager at this store but employee selection the worse, customer service ... wait there's no customer service

Not impressed by this store...I prefer others over this 1 for sure! Can't stand the clientele & the good majority of the employees aren't helpful/know what they're doing!

It is too crowded. I guess they don't care how many people are in there store.

Lines were really long. I went in for just a few items and had to wait about a half hour. Not enough registers open for the amount of people waiting.

This place is horrible it's full of people that are disrespectful in that front end self checkout including this caucasian elderly woman she looks like she was in her late 70s and early 80s very disrespectful mean and unkind as I am a Vietnam veteran require assistance with checking out she was very mean to me and if at all possible I'd have her fired she's not cut out to be on the front end that's just the tip of the top this people are that using profanity out of this world the cashews Associates this too much horse playing going on there someone needs to step in and take care of this in and manage this store

It's Walmart, right? We went around 6pm on a Saturday, it was quite. Found the things I wanted and more. Baby food is a good price. That's the main reason for going. Clean, bright, large selection of food.

The service was fairly good, except the greeter didn't know where men's slippers are, and the selection was limited.

Came in at 10:15pm to pay off a layaway. Was told that pickup was closed, only open from 8am - 8pm. That's when Mary M (cashier) stepped in. After telling Mary that I wasn't going to be able to make it back before the 9th, when layaway ends, Mary M. immediately came over and took me to the Customer Service register and rung my layaway up and went and got it for me. With me being in the Sales business, I know how important these great acts of kindness are. Instead of just telling me, oh well, not my problem, Mary M. stepped up and delivered. I've been shopping at this location for almost 6 years now and have spent so much money over the years, and because of people like Mary, I will continue to do so. Thank you Mary M., you went above and beyond, and it definitely shouldn't go unnoticed.

Great location, unbeatable prices. I would have given a five if the Walmart had the auto mechanical place.

I am always surprised to see this location is supposed to be a Supercenter Walmart location. So much is just either not available, meaning items I've purchased at Walmart for quite some time now and we are frequently disappointed to find these favorite household items just out of stock.

Shelves are always empty, employees can never help. Worst Walmart in the area.

If you haven't tried it yet get yourself the Walmart app and scan your receipts into savings catcher on the app. Savings catcher reviews the sale prices in around 30 other stores and they give u the difference if there is a better price. I have gotten over $300 in the last 14 months of using it just for scanning my receipts.

Who tells customers to bring purchases up to the front of the store when the store is open for another hour? Instead of making us feel unwanted how about stocking the shelves and smiling at the customers.

Store was unstocked only able to get 1/2 the stuff I went there for. When I went to check out self check out problem with coupon. I waved both hands in air at the 2 employees, they couldn't be bothered, they just keep talking .A 3rd employee can over didn't help either. I then asked for a manager that never happened. Hilltown walmart THE WORST

Worst Walmart in Bucks. Your company has made billions in the shut down yet you still wont open more than one register. I refuse to wait 30 min or more to checkout!! This store is constantly empty of products and employees. When you are lucky enough to find what your looking for and wait the 30 min to checkout, the price always comes up wrong. We usually go to a different location and never have these issues. Time for a management change at this location!!!

Stuff here is fake and brakes so easy, I bought a Xbox controller there and oh my God it broke in the first day.

My only complaint is that on the thursday before Christmas only 2 registers were open !

Unclean shop. The produce section is repulsive. The turnover is not high.
Usually the shop is very busy.

Cashier would not take the time to do a price check when an item came up with wrong price on self check out. Had to go do it myself then check out again.

As always I was able to get in and out quick with what I was looking for. Store was cleaner than it was from my last visit.

Great prices, good choices, love order on line and pick up.... No extra charge, what a great feature when you have a baby or children in the car. Love this idea, not like Giant grocery store they charge more for the food and charge to deliver to your home. Walmart delivers it to your car and puts it in their for you at NO Cost$..... Way to go Walmart your on our side!!

It was okay but I was disappointed. So many shelves were empty. Some of the empty spaces are the things I needed. I'm elderly and live-in a low senior housing. Have to call for a ride with our transport. Normally I never have a problem getting my needed items plus extra.Today I can say I was frustrated. Hope they get replenish soon. Thank you.

Customer service reps are there when you need them, if there's nothing on the shelves they will find it and see if it's in stock. Everything is fresh, prices are great, quality is great just overall nice store to shop at.

This is the worst Walmart I have been to. Rude employees and usually not well stocked.

This store is too dependent on Digital Services there actually was only one register available if you were paying cash

Let's be honest. Everyone complains about it but everyone loves their Wal-Mart. Come in wanting shampoo and leave with $100 worth of random things
