Disorganized shelves, disorganized employees. If you are going to keep items locked behind glass cases then for God's sake please allow all of your floor staff access to open those cases. I went in there today to buy some perfume, but the lady I asked for help said she doesn't have a key to open it and that she was going to page someone to help me. Twenty minutes later I'm still standing there with no one to help me so I just left.
It sucks. Being a small man I wear a size 5.5 or 6 shoe. Never have I see a low or bad assortment of socks in a retail store. Hence why I rarely go there. For such a large store and so many employees. Not one person welcomed me or asked me if I needed help.
Not many people working. Hard to find stuff. Some stock was out and they had one register and two self-check sections open. All-told, probably 40 people waiting in line to check out.
The place was 4 times the size of the multiple ones that are in my area. I'll give it that..... But unfournetly there was very little staff and from what I could judge...., "Too Many Bosses, Not Enough Willing Workers" make what you will of it.
Well stocked with the items I needed. Friendly associates.
Hoping to never end up on the people of Walmart sites. I love to never shop here but It continues to carry most products cheaper than other places and even though I try to stay away I always manage to need something at an odd time when Everything else is closed.
My biggest Complaint is that they move stuff around in the stores so many times I can never find what I want right away
Not well staffed. Very few checkout lanes available and long lines. Unfortunately because it was taking so long I had to abandon my items and leave the store without them.
It's a Wal-Mart. They just went trough done renovations.
Excellent place to shop for clothes, shoes and food also health and beauty products but the lines can be outrageous at times

I love this Walmart.. Its truly the best Walmart I've been in for PA maybe even Jersey well South Jersey.. Its always clean, fully stocked & friendly. Staff will actually help you not just say its not their department or ignore you. They are practicing Covid guidelines & still manage to be fully stocked. I actually got right in but there can be a wait to enter
I was able to find everything I needed without issue.
Friday morning day before s holiday, only ,,3 cashier's...waited in line 40 minutes. .not happy
Don't go on a Monday...shelves are pretty empty and in disarray. They did have people restocking...slowly.
It's Wal-Mart. Pretty good selection of Xmas lights. That's all I was after. Saw some really special pants there!
Ordered a grill on a Wednesday, tried calling on Saturday to see if it was ready and no one answered the phone after several minutes. Called back and finally someone answered. Transferred me to a different department-no one answered!! Can t stand that! I really try NOT to use Walmart.
Great variety, great stock. They have powered carts and plenty of handicap accessible parking. We just went for a few things this time so it was a quick trip but I always love that they have more clothing options at this Walmart versus the quakertown location.
I previously posted a post about the wrong walmart. This one is the right one. This one is the right one. Lines were very long. Waited 1 hrs. Lady in front of us had to exchange her ice-cream. They only had a few registers opened.

This Walmart covers a large area and you'd think they'd keep it fully stocked... but you'd be wrong. The 'supermarket' half of this store looks like a zombie apocalypse has hit and often there's nothing left... Only good thing is watching the mutants shop there.
Doing a good job during the PANDEMIC, but need to do a better job cleaning carts. No cleaning of shared surfaces can be dangerous.

As always at Walmart, there is a broad selection of pretty much everything. The store itself, again typically for Walmart, is not well organized so wandering around takes time before you find what you are looking for.
They were out of stock for the item I wanted, but a helpful employee suggested another item I could use.
Outdated store, not well kept. Shelves are messy and the floors and shelves are dirty. The food section is kept a bit cleaner but overall not clean.
worst walmart you can work at i'll tell you that , no one is helpful or speaks english and the place is super dirty and unorganized . Too much labor for not the best pay

Have almost everything you need although sometimes can be missing sometimes.. needs to watch inventory and also aisles identification. Sometimes same product can be seen in multiple locations. Overall, the store has almost everything you need.
It was ok. They were sold out of a few items they had on sale so that was annoying. A few of the staff seemed to just wandering around lazily just kind of taking up space. Other than that it was very clean and the people working there, for the most part, were very helpful. Pretty crowed but it's Caterday so there you go.
The lines are horrible only 2 registers opened if they were to open just a few more registers it would be good
Just your average wal mart supercenter. This location offers not only grocery pickup but grocery delivery too!! I must say that the grocery pickers are very friendly and professional whenever I have dealt with them.
Was really annoyed by the Asian pharmacist. Saw my pro gun shirt and wanted to voice her opinion really loudly. Basically said no one should have them, they make her nervous. Go back to your safe space lady I don't care
Pretty average walmart trip. Packed store, good prices, subpar customer service. Walmart is a take what you can get kind of store.
Every interaction I had with someone at customer service always ended with them yelling at me for no reason. Really makes you on edge when all the employees look at you weird. Barely any cashiers, either.
To be fair, I hate Walmart in general, but this store is just awful. Poorly organized, dirty, and understaffed, be prepared to search for what you need and then stand in line for ages to pay for it. Don't bother to ask an employee for help, because the ones who don't ignore you won't know where anything is. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else to shop...Target isn't far!
We understand the covid19 lines but only had 3 registers open on a Sunday and they close at 830 people were not happy including us
This is an OK Walmart and will do in a pinch. I try to avoid it if I can. This one has long waits and somewhat racist staff. But it is big and has a grocery section.
Like most everyone else in USA I have gone to many, many Walmarts all over the country. This by far is the worst Walmart I have ever been too. I have visited several times. Most times store almost empty. I still waited in line for 45 minutes. Person running check out so slow and on top of it it seemed to be on purpose. He would not move conveyer belt even with a good foot and half empty space so I could not load my melting groceries. I would just use self checkout but never open.
IF YOU ARE A TRUCKER LOOKING FOR A QUICK NAP THEN TO SHOP HERE DON'T BOTHER. MANAGEMENT WILL HAVE THE COPS CHASING YOU OFF BEFORE YOU REACH THE DOOR.
Store only offers curbside pickup for groceries & pharmacy. A disappointment. Walmart should offer curbside for all purchases.
Ive been here many times throughout my life and its typically someone elses idea to go here. However i do appreciate the inexpensive check cashing when ive needed to utilize the service. Customer service is almost always met with a poor attitude but there are the few associates who are personable, helpful and take pride in their work. They are the minority for sure but such is life.
I believe this place(waltmart) have been very usefull in the community, because it does the 24 hrs open; also have about 90% of the people needs. Therefore I do recommended.
I truly appreciate your 24 hr service, it is definitely helpful for us 3rd shifter's. And the night shift staff is always helpful and always polite when I walk in the door.
Employees are absolutely no help, might aswell ask the customers because theyre more knowledgeable then the employees. Also what their website says is In stock in the store isn t right at all. One worker even said Never listen to our website always call (Which customer service sucks anyway)
The worst Walmart I've have ever been to. Super slow service, and workers so busy counting and setting displays, they block isles and won't move to let pass until I asked.
Very busy but has a ton of stuff the smaller Walmarts don't have.
Gotta go at a slow time of day or be prepared to wait in long lines.
Why do they have 24 registers and only 3 are ever open?? The lines are ridiculous because everyone is trying to get out so the self-checkout is even long!! Get it together, how about encouraging those with fewer items to use the self-checkout so those with large orders can have a cashier!!!

Descent Walmart, but they never keep their shelves stocked. And with only 2 registers open most evenings, it's never a quick visit.
No one answered the phone when I called for assistance. These people are obviously lazy bums. If you can sit there and let a phone ring for 8+ minutes without answering it, you have no work ethic or pride in your work. Honestly, I dont know what I expected from Walmart, but they deserve the 1 star.
