Very rude management, bad customer service. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

Three lines open on a Saturday and empty shelves. Will stick to Amazon

I come to this walmart bc it's a great store but, you have to do a better job with your lines and getting people in and out of your store. Elderly people can't stay in lines that reach through your shoe dept., Covid issues, angry customers are reasons enough to get more efficient. Get it together please.

Def the safest of the nearest ones to visit. This visit went fairly smoothly. Stock was a little picked over for things that aren't just seasonal. Overall store appearance was fine considering the customers. The one worked I interacted with didn't seem overly enthused to be there or to help, but did try. I did self checkout so I could avoid a cashier.

Not only do they have unconstitutional policies in the store but they also prevent you from buying items after certain times. Guess they are not in business to actually sell them so why have them on the shelf at all. NEVER SHOPPING AND ANY WALMART EVER AGAIN. I will support companies that support the constitution.

Looking for staff for half an hour to get something from a case no one could be bothered or was helping someone else get some more help

I was not happy with service. Had to wait 20min.for customer service in electronics dept today. No employees in sight. Need more employees for customer service in the morning.

Looking for charger for fitbit. Turns out it's an older fibit we were given. So Walmart didn't have a match.

Came to pick up prescription. No waiting. Notified when it was filled - sent me a txt. In Out - perfect. Polite and knowledgeable in the pharmacy.

I'm currently standing in a long line and not the only long line...they have a whole 3 registers open.
Will never food shop here in hilltown store again

I understand that these are unusual times but this Walmart is in decline. Associates are extremely rude and only 5 register lines are open making it approximately 1 hour before checkout.

The place is a mess.they need some people to straighten out inventory

It's always a pleasant experience shopping there. I find everything I need. It's well stocked, neat and clean.

Since COVID they they continue to do the best at cleaning the checkouts. Harleysville Walmart is not the greatest at it, but Hellertown is. AND if they run out of something, I love that they will text me when they get it in.

Place sucks they don t know what they are doing! I was looking for Apple Watch 5 series I called to make sure they had it,they said yes , when I got there they said they didn t have the key to open the box ! Drove there wasting my time!

Quick in and out but the attendant at the self checkout had no sense of humor. In fact, I think his grasp of English was rather limited.

Employees go out of their way for regular customers! I enjoy coming to this store.

Always too few cashier's, expect to stand in long lines to check out. The store is clean and well stocked.

Shelves CONSTANTLY empty! You'd think this store was going out of business. Come to think of it, it probably should. Rarely have what I need. Almost always out of stock. Must say tho, they have a fantastic Pharmacy. Too bad it's located in that dismal, disappointing store.

Bought an otc medicine with the protective seal ripped open. Seriously, if someone returns an otc ud think they would check it before throwing it back on the shelves.

Never anything in stock. Staff and management can be rude at times or nonexistent.

How could you not like Walmart, especially with the economy and trying to save money. But they have quality items and clothing and great prices. Whatever you need including food they have it. I go there at least once a week for many things. It could be food, for the home, or for the dog. Seasonal items are always great too.

I have a gift card that is no longer working even though I know there is a balance. Every time I go to use it, no one at the store seems capable of helping. Today at least the cashier tried a few things to get it to work. The last 3 times they basically said "oh well, can't do anything and you need to pay some other way because I don't have the time."

Great store for all your needs, but for gods sake, you have 643 registers and two checkers...even when it's busy. Stop already. Hire some new cashier's, or foiltd

You have 11 registers not in use and it takes me three times longer to check out than to find the things I need. This Friday when I get paid I'm going to drive 20 minutes further away then Walmart to go to a Aldi where i dont have to watch as a minimum wage senior citizen is worked to death and it dosent take a half an hour to get through the checkout line.

Modern, clean ,well stocked and a very friendly staff.

Ordered online,one hour later said out of stock. Took my money,called customer service was told they would cancel my order. Customer service never cancelled. To pick up by next Friday so I picked it up today and went to return it and they couldn't return it because it didn't go into the system yet as I purchased it I would be very careful ordering from Walmart on their website they say they have things in stock you order it they take the money out right away and then an hour later you get an email that it's out of stock. Very disappointed.

Ran in quickly on a Saturday morning, at 7:30'ish, to grab a raincoat/poncho. In and out quickly, store folks were helpful, and I was surprised at how busy it was. Compared to my local Walmart, this looked clean and organized.

Shopping was great lot of things were empty on the shelves line was long but what can you expect at these times

Great place. STAFF so friendly NEVER have I experienced a Walmart like this. My one complaint electrect cart died was pulling son around again WONDERFUL staff helped us out THANKS !!!!!!

The Trooper store looked like it was going out of business. A total disappointment. It was like night and day when I visited the Hatfield store. Well stocked and I found everything I went there for. 2 stars for Trooper, 5 stars for Hatfield.

I don't like shopping here anymore. They rearranged the store. Less space for product. The shelves need to be stocked more often. They need to open more cash registers, they need to hire more people.

Walmart is great. Everything you need for pretty much anything on a budget. Obviously don't go shopping here for high-end anything. But it's Walmart!

The employees seem unhappy. Cashiers are very slow. They are out of stock with many items.

I use to love Walmart but since the Covid 19 I have only gone there twice and both times the lines were ridiculous the people shopping there were patient and so was I but there's no reason to have to wait 45 minutes in line to check out

Prices are great (it is Walmart) there just never seem to be enough check out lanes open. Ever.
