Good place to shop, reasonable prices, mostly buy store brand great value merchandise which is really great value as per name, reasonable price, good quality.
Always better than any big name stores.
Let me start by saying that I generally hate shopping at Walmart, but this store is excellent. It's very convenient to stop at while traveling 309. The store is well stocked and the staff is very friendly. I've never been to another Walmart with staff this friendly.
Return line staff with one person, while 8 to 10 Wal-Mart employee stand around doing nothing. Disgusting place.

The Walmart team did a fantastic job helping me with my purchase (used gift cards and scan did not work) and loading my car (big box that narrowly did not slide in). Great job Wal-Mart

What could I say it's all Walmart super store has everything you need fair prices quick in and out I find myself that several times a week. I have to say a couple of things this is one of the Walmarts I frequent over the last year or so I watch this Walmart degrade at a very rapid rate they can never seem to stock the shelves the employees are courteous for the most part do I have a fair share of them that will avoid you my biggest gripe is the fact that on an average it could take you a good 40 minutes to check out regardless of how many registers they have running and that includes the self-checkouts I understand that they recently changed or manages I will give this woman a chance to put her two cents into the way this particular Walmart operates if by Seymour merchandise and shorter lines affects the movement of customers through those lines and out of the store I will increase my support for that store instead of going to other Walmarts in the area
Pharmacy was helpful with things. Store is not good for service. 20 some registers n only 3 opened.
I could not believe how crowed this place was today.
Their customer service department is wholly underwhelming. In the 3 times I have called I was left on hold many minutes with no response. They didn't even play music!
Regardless, I was not able to obtain the information I need, and they did little to help.
Still never have high expectations going to this walmart...unfortunately its the closest to where I live but will ALWAYS try to go to Harleysville whenever possible bc this one sucks..gave one star bc well its walmart but definitely no f-ing stars for the majority of employees here..

The store was not crowded, but only 2 cashiers were available, the store is very clean and I see people wiping the carts off.
They have most of the things you want if not you can order it online. Like most other Walmart's sometimes it can be hard to find someone to help you.

They've rearranged this store and added a lot more items. I would say that they need more checkouts open. I know they want people to self checkout, but that's not always an option when you have a full cart.

Place is a typical big super Walmart. Large selection of food. Good selection of pies. Needed more no sugar added pies. Good selection of Gardien vegan offerings. Plenty of check out people working.

Better, now that they have most of the registers open !!! I have refused to go recently because of only having 1 or 2 registers open. I spent MORE time in line than it took to shop !! So, went elsewhere. My time is worth $$ to me !!!
I work in Hatfield 3rd shift, live in Philadelphia and I shop there for the price and quality service you offer. I think you should offer a Walmart credit card because I find myself in your store every other day.
Not enough cashiers working so the lines at checkout are wrapped around the store. They should be closed down for not complying with health regulations. Disgraceful. I walked in and walked out.
You can get almost anything you need, food,clothes, medical supplies, sporting goods and Auto supplies and much more.
The worst super Walmart I've ever been to. The response to covid-19 was awful. The lines were rediculously long. The carts were all out in the parking lot. The in and out doors were unmarked. Some of the employees speak way to fast and unclearly.
Had to scan something instead of getting it taken out to my car.

I have always enjoyed that Walmart and Burlington coat factory. The employees in both stores are very helpful and both stores are very clean.
The worst managed store ever.
Electric carts are always broken.
Bathrooms are disgustingly dirty with broken doors and trash everywhere.
Though I complained by speaking directly to managers, little has changed.
One broken electric cart has been dumped at the main entrance next to the soda machine where it has been standing for 4 weeks. Surely the managers walk past this several times daily but don't care.
Just what do the managers manage?..
It's Walmart. Do they even check their Google ratings? Anyway, this one is cleaner than most. People are not the worst.

I enjoy Walmart but, Just realized Walmart doesn t have their own custodial services. A woman called for maintenance to refill the women s bathroom with paper towels. I m more grossed out by the cleanliness of their bathrooms. No wonder it isn t clean because they trust their maintenance team to do it all. That s too much work for one team. They should divide the work. Their excuse is it s saving money. Well I d rather spend money for a cleaner place so your customers will trust to use the bathrooms. I always find the bathrooms in the back messy here at Hatfield Walmart.

Ordered training wheels through website for free In store pickup. It stated they were available for pickup TODAY. An hour later I got an email saying it was delayed and I could pick up in 3-5 days. Clean, good selection and prices. Walmart so helps fund items in the store quickly.
Probably in the top third of Walmarts for cleanliness and service. Wide selection of products. The website lets you know the price and location of the product BUT the isle numbers are irregularly marked and in an irregular order. I looked for location K11 and found it to be adjacent to K1. Have had the same problem in the past. There is no store directory and the employees (when you find one) seem to be unaware that the isles are numbered.
I often shop here but now I m second guessing it. More times than not the employees are unresponsive due to a lack of English. Fresh food on shelves are expired. I don t know how many times I ve had groceries which are bagged and paid for left at the register bc again, no sense from employees. Doesn t happen at Giant or target. Only here. I call to report a problem and no one answers the phone.
