Experiened a very very rude checkout staff when I shopped there first time. I almost sweared to never set my foot in there again! I'd only shop there if I needed something immediately as this is the closest shop to me. Products are a bit pricey as well. Freezers was broken, wasn't fixed for quite a while.

The manager I guess, old british man with grey hair treated an employee very badly in front of all the costumers and also told me to move from the chair / table saying I could not be near to the tablets. I was having my meal and NO ONE was there using the tablets for the shopping. I was beside. Never treat your colleagues in a rude way and specially in front of the costumers. the colleague was trying to help on the self check out scans

Probably among the worst supermarket. Even when the shelves are full, which doesn t occur often the selection is pathetic and the staff doesn t know how to say Hello, thank you and bye. And that s in a wealthy residential area. If you compare it to their stores at the Marylebone High Street or the one on Edgware Road this one is dismal. Today it s not better. The fishmonger is arrogant and she is also incompetent and not wearing a mask like many partners they put their customers AT RISK. Wrote to their HO. No reply.

I normally like Waitrose but after visiting this one i think I'll give them a miss, staff would rather stand around chatting than filling empty shelves or helping customers find things. It makes me think the company doesnt care enough about them for them to care about us. Either that or this one just has really bad management.

Normally a huge Waitrose fan. However this branch is poorly run and managed. Self service tills are terrible. Over sensitive and constantly 'red light' ( I am tech pro) and no one around monitoring always waiting for far far too long as the tellers shout 'red light!" And no one comes. So irritating. Also staff are not around. Shelves often partly stocked. Just a general feeling of not good enough for the premium price we are asked to pay.

I have been to third World Countries supermarkets and shelves were more stocked up than at the Waitrose in Kensington. The pictures attached were taken at 1:00pm on a busy Saturday afternoon. Bumped in to several people and everyone today was asking staff what was going on with the empty shelves! For those who shop here, this is a regular occurrence. Customer care at it s worst!

Horrible shopping experience staff member (Brian) was so very rude. This is my local and he seems always to be in such a bad mood. He is very old so probably has to work however he needs to be professional. Horrible horrible experience.

Even though we couldn't find the wine we were looking for, they have some amazing vintages here and I'm pretty sure we'll back. Staff was extremely helpful and did their best to help us. The shop is well maintained, clean and offers the selection you got used to.

This Waitrose is larger than it looks from the high street. Lots of the quick products (snacks, lunches, tv-dinners) are at the front, but there's a full range of veg and frozen goods, as well as non-perishables, towards the back. There are also checkout tills at the back too, which are often quieter than the few at the front. Staff are helpful and keep the store tidy. Waitrose food can be expensive but is usually good quality. Their own-brand products are often in-line with prices of other decent supermarkets and they have deals which make visiting worthwhile.

This is my regular Waitrose and love it. The staff are fantastic and very friendly. Always willing to go the extra mile for customer service. The produce is of high quality as to be expected. Fresh meat counter is brilliant

Good selection of food. However they repeatedly handle meat and fish with bare hands, while also touching cleaning agents, benches, and face. Whenever I mention it they are very apologetic about it but next time they do it all over again. They don t think that someone who gets sick a few days later will not even realise it s from them. They need training in terms of sanitation and also in terms of service.

Worst layout in any Waitrose store I have been to in the UK. They seriously need to find a better location. Will not shop here as it's impossible to find a lot of stuff, they also have way fewer offer than normal Waitrose stores.

Terrible terrible! Some staff are very rude! the checkout can be horrendous which wouldn t be that bad if their was more than 1 person working on them! You can clearly afford to put more than 1 or 2 people on the till majority of the time their is enough customers in your store to warrant it! I usually go between their and wholefoods but after today I think I will stick with WF their customer service is fantastic!!

I agree with the previous reviewer. Great to have the store on my doorstep and they have good quality products - I'm a huge Waitrose fan - but stock range reduced considerably, shelves poorly stocked except at Christmas, not enough tills open and the self service usually is managed by the manned service tills which holds everyone up. There is a serious management problem here which has existed for a long time.
