Hi, I made an online order on 3rd April but not yet received it. I tried calling the contact number (area manager) mentioned on that invoice you emailed me but, that person never answers the phone. My order number is 25319 and belongs to Gampaha District. I'm not in a position to order from any other place because of the order I made with you. Please let me know an exact date/time you deliver my order or at least ask the area manager to respond. My mobile number is already mentioned in the voucher. Please do the needful asap.

i ordered online from Gampaha due to curfew situation and order confirmed by the system.but They never delivered me anything and wasted my time.

Not recommended at all. They are not answering the phone. No customer engagement.Please remove the director board

Highland yogurt, flavored/ plain milk packets/ bottles, curd, cheese etc are manufactured here while spray dried plant at Ambewela manufacturing quality milk powder packets. They used locally purchased milk for their products. Quality products at affordable prices.
There is a sales retail outlet as you can buy their products.

Whever I consume their products it brings down alot of childhood memories. Love them all! Their ice cream and the flavoured milk are the best!!

I am surprised what I hear from your staff. I m buying milk Pack form your one of the sales person. Few days back I found it was spoiled. So I informed person who supply to us. He said he can't do anything and I can complain to the phi. I asked this is how you support your customers. I m from A.G office in gampha. If it is like this your company name will be spoiled very soon in the market. Poor customer service. Sad.
