A nice size supermarket, easy to navigate and usually a good selection... I like that they have a good selection of organic fruit & veg and other groceries. Lady on the till wasn't too friendly today. I made an effort to be friendly and polite but they didn't really respond, maybe they had a bad day...
Always long queues. As I live nearby the time spent queuing is worth going to other supermarkets with better experience. Needs to fix the problem of queuing
Doesn't seem to have much stock.I couldn't find any tofu ,the entire freezer section is empty and there isn't much variety in terms of the grains available.A disappointing experience.Poorly organised.

Many supermarkets offer fresh hot food daily but one of the things offered by this waitrose outlet just stands out. Aloo Gobi Saag is an Indian dish sold here. It's absolutely authentic in it's taste and can really satisfy a vegetarian from India who is looking for a quick cheap grab for lunch in this area. Another suggestion, do not take the rice they give along with. Instead buy a fresh baguette from the bakery section. The combination is amazing They also have raised sitting area along the wall, so you can eat it absolutely fresh and hot right there. Otherwise, Holland park is just across the road (weather conditions applied ).

Well organised to keep social distancing and trollies are cleaned by staff as you arrive. Shop is well stocked and sell by dates are good. Better organised than other supermarkets.
The selection is large and staff members are always on hand to help you. If you're looking for the free coffee/tea with your myWaitrose card, you'll need to ask a member of staff for the cups!
Barely has anything, everything is difficult to find and staff are rude and and are not helpful at all, you re better off going to the Tesco down the road.
Never enough staff on the tills hence long queues. The ones who are on seem exceptionally friendly and helpful - not so the shelf fillers. Pricing of goods is very unclear and infuriating.
This is the most badly run Waitrose I know. Lazy staff and half empty shelves :-(

Waitrose is Superb our no1 place to buy our groceries and other bits. The quality of food is definitely worth the price.

This is probably the WORST Waitrose branch I know. I used to do my shopping there for a few years, but in last few months the quality of the service decreased significantly. The fruit is either green or almost rotten, bakery shelves are empty in early evening and queues are very long. 1 or 2 (from 4) automated tills are usually out of order. I don't know whether shop is under the new management, but their service is POOR.
Waitrose is where I've been shopping since 1986 because of the service they provide & the products they offer...regardless of which part of the city they aim to cater for customers from all walks of life !
The staff here are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. It's always a pleasure shopping here
Well what can I say about waitrose HSK. It used to be a fantastic branch years ago. Today I popped in (Friday 16th August at 9:10pm) after 4 years. Some of the shelves were empty. It is badly managed and therefore staff's are not performing well. Entire cheese counter and meat and fish counter closed but the branch closes at 10pm. It shows this branch is going through some difficult times. I wouldn't be surprised if this branch closes permanently.

I m a Waitrose fan but this branch is awful.
Queues for the tills are always long, staff is not as courteous or friendly as in other branches and between 12 and 3pm there is always an overpowering smell of curry in the entire store as they cook up a large pan of it at the deli counter without an extractor fan.
M&S prices with a Tesco service.
I try to avoid this place when I can but they do have some products that I like here.
Does't have the full choice products of their bigger stores Kensington high Street and Westfield branches nearby..Lousy undrinkable coffee!
Great supermarket, the quality of the food is top end and I love the fresh meat counter. The steaks and meats have been so good. Also the ready meals are excellent pricey but the quality is there. Staff are lovely as well, helpful and professional. I always feel welcomed. There frozen section is the only issue they are having problems with the freezers.
Consistently terrible. Staff are uninterested and regularly rude. The self service checkouts are unreliable and rarely staffed which is really frustrating. This place needs a lot of work!
Extremely rude attitude from a selected few of the staff. Many people are not wearing face coverings, staff do nothing about it. Self check out are often filled with dirt/soil etc. Front fridge is really filthy too. Please address these!
A lot of the shelves are always empty. Long queues and has nothing you ever want. Worst supermarket I have ever been too. Don't go if you can help it.
