With all the restaurants in Edwardsville it is easy to miss one. this is a gem!!! I eat here once a week fresh delicious pasta dishes that are extremely reasonable. The lasagna is one of my favorites I have had anywhere. One serving will feed two and wow! Must try it!

I recently moved to the area and decided to try this place. The food was amazing and the portions were huge. My waitress was very attentive and kind. I enjoyed every bit of my experience here. Be aware that they are only allowing seating outside due to covid.

Sugo's NEVER disappoints. I always get the same meal: garlic cheese bread, field green salad, and chicken Alfredo. It has never failed me. They have different specials every day. My husband usually gets one of those. We love to eat there.

The atmosphere is different. You can go there for a date night or a casual lunch. It's our go to spot in Edwardsville.

Kaila is the best waitress, also! She's so personable and nice. We love all of the wait staff, but her service is next level!

First time there tonight and it was delicious. The food portion is quite large, so come hungry. The toasted ravioli was served with a good sauce and the pollo alfredo was great. The meatballs were HUGE! Great taste though.

Got the pollo Alfredo which wasn t too bad. They could ve chopped the garlic vs leaving it whole but still good. Pretty quick service to get the food out to me but it was quite early and not not busy.

This is one of my favorite restaurants. I go to college out of town, and when I'm in town, I always try to visit here. Some of the servers recognize me and my parents, and apparently I'm predictable because one of the servers knows I almost always get the fish special. I always get the field greens salad to start with regardless of what the special salad is because it's the best salad I've ever had. Every day, they have a fish special, beef or pork special, and a special risotto. They have good deals for certain entrees on certain days of the week. For example, on Tuesdays, you can get lasagna and a salad for $10. It's a very good deal, as the lasagna is bigger than a brick and you can have leftovers for lunch the next day. They do offer gluten-free pasta on request. Regardless of what you order, they bring out fresh bread and olive oil for you. If and when you want to box up leftovers, they will box them up for you and put more bread in there if you want because they know it's great.

Sugos is probably my favorite restaurant in the Edwardsville area. Their lasagna is absolutely divine and the prices compared to the amount of food is very reasonable. I absolutely recommend it to anyone who likes italian.

If you re passing through the area, definitely try Sugo s! Super wonderful people and even better food! The seafood pasta (Tutto Mare) and the Sugo pizza was awesome.

The best food in this area! My fiance and I eat here every Saturday! I have never had a bad meal here! All of their food and specials are such high quality! The staff is wonderful! The atmosphere is great! I am never waiting too long for anything! Their wine selection is superb! Their desserts are fabulous! I can't say enough good things about this place! During these unpredictable times, they have been amazing with adhering to COVID guidelines!

Starting with appetizers and salads....tremendous! Entrees are hard to choose between. Although I have had quite a few of them and have my favorites. No bad ones. Always have specials that are unique. Highly recommend. Bon appetit!

We didn't have to wait long for our food once we were seated. It is very cozy. The house lasagna sauce was a bit over-salted for my taste, but I ate half of it and brought the other half home. It is a very large portion.

So, this was a while ago, but we went to Sugo s For the first time (hearing it was great). It was a kind of stormy night, so perfect for eating out. We ordered food (after being told they didn t have 2 high chairs for our kids), and then proceeded to wait 15 minutes before our appetizer came out, which was immediately followed by the lights going out and being told we had to go to the bathrooms because there was a thunderstorm warning. But, as we were waiting in the hallway, they put our food on the table. After an hour, they gave us the all clear to go to our tables to collect our belongings, and then asked how we were going to pay for the meal - which we didn t get to eat and was now cold. They had to take our credit card and CALL THE NUMBER IN since the power was still out. Needless to say, we have never gone back. The reheated food wasn t that great, either.

Just had a baby shower for almost 50 at the Edwardsville Sugos this afternoon. Everyone was so impressed with the food and they were so accommodating. Will certainly hold more private events here in the future. It was so well done I can t say enough about how pleased we were, thank you , thank you!!!!!!

Huge portions. They did not have Dr Pepper or Mr Pibb but the food was good. Also didn't have ranch dressing. It was kinda odd that they didn't have one of the most popular salad dressings to me but I guess that's why there is never a wait to get in.

You absolutely have to try the cannoli here at Sugo.
I have no idea how good they are, as I haven't tried one myself; I have, however, been charged for one.

We have countless restaurants near work, and Sugo has the best Italian food. I have nothing but good to say about the food, and nothing but bad to say about getting the check. The last 2 times we dined here, we had to get the check corrected. This time (I guess I had a "stupid" moment) I didn't look at the bill until I got back to work. Yep. Burned again.

3 times in a row no longer looks innocent. It was a table of 2 today...not a chance someone in my group ordered a cannoli without my knowing it. I can't go back. If you choose to try them, you have been warned...

The cannoli costs $4, by the way. They might be excellent!
