Dan Wernecke is the MAN! From the first conversation prior to coming in to when I walked out the door after my service... First, he was helpful with questions before deciding to come in for service. Second, when I was at the dealership he was polite, kept me informed about the services the shop was doing, and had my truck ready when he said it would be.
