An international brand hotel in Xinyi District, a stylish accommodation and dining environment

Rooms were quite nice, almost every side of the hotel has a great view of the city. Rooms are almost always of a high floor since the first 10 floors of the hotel aren't guest rooms.
Great pool / bar area, top floor bar is nice and quiet as well.

Every time I come back here I feel very relaxed, the environment is very suitable for the casual atmosphere of the weekend, the dinner is also very rich, the seafood is very fresh

It is a really luxurious and beautiful hotel.
Last year I went on a company trip, but the food, the room and the view are really wonderful! !

There was a night club like stage at night and the food came out on the course but it was very delicious.
The swimming pool is also complete and you can swim in the pool if it is summer or so! !
As Taipei 101 is near, it is perfect accommodation to go sightseeing! !
There is no doubt where you want to go again if you have the opportunity! !

The wine is good, the atmosphere is good, the only drawback is that the indoor location is relatively close, and it is easy to interfere with each other.

Hard to stay at other hotels when this place is so awesome.

Seafood is a signature buffet, but the dishes have not changed for a long time.

Best hotel in Taipei. Pool, Kitchen table, Wet bar and Woo bar come nicely together and the hotel is centrally located. Nice staff who are very helpful.

The waiter DID NOT inform you had to pay extra price on certain drinks. Paid 240 NTD for a 250ML small bottle, which equals around 10 euros, I could even had a ramen with that price.
A great place to go if you have spare money and ready to throw it in the ocean. Not much food choices.

The location is in the Xinyi District. It is convenient to shop with the department store. The space plan of the hotel allows guests to have privacy but not lose convenience.

The swimming pool is super comfortable but relatively small, so it is not suitable for guests who like to swim because they will be hit by many children. I really like the private elevator on the 12th floor spa area that leads directly to the outdoor swimming pool on the 10th floor. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The gym spa area has intimate attachments. Sliver.

Self-service food and service attitude is not ideal

Young and fashionable venues with good service quality, facilities such as restaurants, bars, gyms and swimming pools are all good places to recommend.

Spent one night to celebrate my birthday here with friends at W Taipei. Truely impressed with the overall experience.

It was magical, will stay again.

The room I gave at the beginning had a strong musty smell, but I changed it directly after the reflection. It feels that the smell was strange the other day.
The price is slightly higher, but it is ok in terms of service quality~
There is a free glass of wine at check-in and breakfast is also good.
The bath products are a bit smelly

I stayed at 3002 Extraordinary Suite on September 15th, the superb W Hotel Taipei. Special thanks to Insider Jennifer for asking about the check-in needs. This time I came to make up for Valentine s Day with the other half. We were really touched to see Jennifer s handwritten card. Loving macarons, tirelessly assisting everything, even came to say hello when we checked in, thank you Jennifer for giving us this wonderful Valentine's Day.
Taipei W Hotel is really suitable for relaxation. Whether it is a high-altitude landscape Ziyan bar, a Chinese restaurant, a young and energetic WOOBAR, a cool poolside, and a relaxing sauna, the service staff in each place are very enthusiastic and professional. One of the most impressive is Angela from WOOBAR. The warm and energetic service is more in line with the atmosphere of the bar.
The rooms and public facilities are well maintained, and it is completely invisible that it is a hotel for more than ten years, especially the room s sound equipment is great, sound insulation is also very good, and there are external audio-visual equipment jacks (HDMI, music... etc.) Super easy to use,
It is really in line with the five-star standard, and the meticulous and considerate service has successfully captured the hearts of the guests. I look forward to coming again next time.

Let me talk about the disadvantages first:
1. The equipment in the room is relatively old fasion, for example, the speaker is to be wired (not connected), the TV picture quality is poor, etc.
2. The smell of bath and shampoo is strange...
3. GPS reservations are completely useless in the room, as soon as you leave the hotel, it seems to be blocked as normal
4. The breakfast is normal, and you don t want to take the first round of dishes, but it s convenient to add 1 yuan to the accommodation.
5. In addition to water coffee and tea bags in the room, other bars such as mini bar and Evian mineral water must be charged, which is probably the popular...

advantage:
1. The magnificent suite is facing 101, the location is unique, the night view really has nothing to say!
2. The bed is soft and comfortable (but the pillow is too soft..)
3. Located near Exit 2 of the MRT Station of the Municipal Government, the transportation is convenient
4. The service is very good

I would rank it as one of the best W in Asia...Located in the heart of Taipei, right next to 101, you can access to restaurants, pubs or bookshop in walking distance.

Staff are professional and helpful, giving us tips and advice before and during the stay .

Before check-in I was struggling if this is a right choice for the family trip. The day after we were thinking we should come back in our next visit to Taipei!

very bad experience. The manager's attitude was very bad. and didnt make good on their promises. Told me what time will get back to me. but they didnt.(Uma and Jeff). Always i called them. and a lot of times they didnt clean the room carefully especially the bathroom got the blood and something in the mirror. also left guest's staff in the room Last guest . its really a very bad experience.

The design of the rattan is special ... It is shaped like a semicircle.

Nice view, great location, nearby MRT train station.

Great hotel, comfortable and convenient in the heart of Taipei

Good area to host a wedding however the lobby is quite small compared to other hotels.

This is a hotel that young people or families will love. The outdoor swimming pool is also small, but it's pretty. The room is also neat and individual. The bar on the 10th floor is okay. If the price is good, the location is good and it is a good hotel.
Room condition was one of the best. Staffs are very friendly and kind. Taipei101 is walking distance. Lots of shops and restaurants around. Their bar and foods are pretty good on 10th floor. Also the outdoor pool on the 10th floor is nice day and night.

Great hotel in downtown Taipei. Swanky & clubby like most W's. Nice outdoor pool, quality rooms and good restaurants. Pro tip: a Din Fun Tai Fung is across the street in the basement of the mall

I feel very fashionable, suitable for couples to go to the restaurant above to drink cocktails, drinks, and chat to see the night scene.

Nice hotel for the right guest. Modern club feel and decor. The registration desk is on the 10th floor. The concierge desk is located at the ground floor lobby area. The 10th floor contains the pool, which is right outside the "woobar". Sharing the same 10th floor is The Kitchen, where breakfast lunch and dinner buffets are served. The guestroom elevators are right at the Kitchen entrance.

I love the woo bar and the restaurant on the same floor! Good atmosphere and great quality of drinks and food!

Very attentive and cotdial staff. Room is clean but a bit dated (floor creeks, bathroom wood cabinetry showing signs of faffing/water marks). Location is great, close to shopping and dinning.

Excellent service. The meal is exquisite and delicious. It's a good place to party.

Overall a very good experience. I liked the food and the conference room. The conference room is quite big and high-end. The snacks are delicious as well.

What an excellent weekend, we have stayed at this property several times and decided to spend our anniversary here. Angel and the team did a great job of making it a special weekend and preparing a great upgrade to our room. They went above and beyond in everything. I would recommend staying at this property when you get the chance.

This time only dining, the service is in place, the food is not cheap but the overall environmental feeling is worth to experience.

Only visit the restaurant at 10F, it's the Tuesday Taco-Rita Day with all you can eat(taco) and drinks (Margarita). The food, atmosphere, service, and decorations are awesome.
