Hotel is very clean with a great breakfast service. The outside pool is immaculate and open 24 hours a day! The room is very eco friendly but still technologically advanced.

The special gluten-free meals at the banquet are really delicious and reassuring

Beautiful hotel and this is my second time staying here. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting an amazing Taipei experience!

You won t regret booking a room here for a birthday celebration. A host will email you before your stay to understand your needs much like Park Hyatt s butler service but much less uptight and all the rooms are designed to put your guests in the right mood. Spacious and spotless gym / sauna facilities round out your enchanted stay! Only weak link is the breakfast buffet.

The service is good and grounded, and there is interaction with the guests! Room reservations include the bars on 31F and 10F, 17:00~190:00, unlimited alcoholic drinks, and a discount coupon of 2000 can be consumed in the restaurant. You can just order a buffet dinner at the kitchen table restaurant. On the 5th and 6th, it s a super Seafood night lobster all-you-can-eat, discount 2000 super slippery calculation! Good value for breakfast. Long meal time and good environment. The gym and sauna are also a must to experience. Even if it s cold in the swimming pool, you have to take photos and take pictures. Sitting in the leisure area is very comfortable!

There is a party there, the service staff are very good at service and very responsible, then our party has a more pleasant atmosphere, next time you have the opportunity to definitely want to go there to do a party or go to the bar!

This hotel was just perfect for us, a large pool and clean rooms! It is also the perfect location. Just around the corner from the station and across the street from Seven Eleven and bubble tea places. If you go across the street and up a few blocks there is a mall where you can find almost anything you need (including food places). I highly reccomend staying at the W Hotel, they were nothing but nice. They also go out of thier way to help us, while we're were looking for train stations and trying to buy a ticket, they did it for us! And then sent it up to our room. So helpful! At night they came around giving out water bottles. I very much enjoyed my stay and would reccomend staying here.

Room itself was as expected however I was surprised at the level of service at this particular W. I have been to many other Marriott properties throughout Asia and I can say the W Taipei was below average.

The kitchen table restaurant. Monday's dinner is very ordinary! Maybe I have eaten more expensive and more amazing ingredients than this one. Although this is not difficult to eat, but there is no amazing feeling! Desserts are full of deductions, like eating too sweet, not eating cakes. It s great to play juice now. It is a well-regulated gourmet restaurant, and perhaps the restaurant location is an important selling point! The waiter is very kind and professional! Thank you for their hard work!

The hotel's hardware facilities are great, but what really comes in place is that the service staff can know the customer's heart, and it doesn't need to be respectful, as long as the timely intimacy is great!

Dining by the pool is very pleasant. Good meal and great service.

The view of Ziyan Chinese Restaurant on the 31st floor is very good. The roast duck is also a must.

Stayed at the WHotel in Taipei for two days. The waiter is super efficient. Especially Irene. I will attend a meeting immediately when I arrive at the hotel. There is no time to check in and go to the room. Fortunately, Irene has helped. There is still a strong insistence on helping me with my luggage. Thank you very much. A note about the hotel that was left in my room.

Like W Hong Kong hotel. Tries a little too hard to be edgy. Bathrooms are nice with heated seats and butt washers. Didn't like switching elevators to reach rooms. TV centered on 1 bed. Only one desk chair per suite. Gym is nice; has speed and heavy bags.

Great location, friendly and helpful bi-lingual staff, clean rooms with well-kept furniture and a pleasing, modern aesthetic. The gym is huge and has everything you could ask for. We didn't eat at any of the restaurants within the building. I especially liked the thought full little touches within the rooms, such as coming back at night to bags of popcorn left on our beds, a jar of candy, and bed legrests stowed. As a SPG elite member, I also appreciated the hand-delivered welcome letter reminding me of the benefits and making me feel appreciated, which is much more than I can say for another large, international hotel chain!

The room has not lived, but The Kitchen dining experience is quite good.

Chic and modern with all the typical W touches. Extremely popular with tourists and locals and so is usually quite crowded. The keyless entry may not always work though.

Because it was around 8 o'clock in the evening, I was worried that there would be no meals. The staff at the bar were very caring, and they could also choose the menu of the room to order! !
