We were very well received in this concession, a salesperson attentive to our needs, force of proposals and very available.
A negotiation as we like, or everyone finds something to it, or almost;)
The little coffee on delivery while waiting for the sales manager to become available, clear explanations for the handling of the vehicle, which is simply exceptional, in short an experience that we would like to find in all dealerships.
Another big thank you to Warren Pieron, wishing that the other services of the brand are up to this experience because the bar is set high!

Avoid - Doesn't seem to want to sell !!

Seeking to buy a new vehicle, with current vehicle trade-in
- First visit on a Saturday morning at the SKODA dealership, without an appointment. Seller busy (OK) but VW sellers available. Nobody bothers
- Second test in the afternoon, without appointment. Busy SKODA salesperson (OK), a VW salesperson comes around, inquires: photocopy of vehicle registration document, tour of the car for trade-in offer, notes contacts. No return.
- Third test a week later, by phone. Nice SKODA salesperson who informs me that I never received the information from his colleagues. Re-sending of information by email (gray card, desired model - between 30 and 40 KEUR). No return

Third visit to the workshop for the same problem on an 8 golf course delivered on 03 October. I am not talking about days of downtime. The car is more often in the workshop than in my yard! At one point, it will end badly because it costs more than 30,000 euros. The vw quality leaves much to be desired.

Making an appointment by phone for a car emptying, I explain the problem there is and all the details ... the person on the phone gives me an appointment on weekdays in the morning. I take a day off to be able to go.
Once there (1 hour drive), the saleswoman tells me that they will not be able to take my vehicle under the pretext that the car has never been there.
I ask how come they give me the appointment and make me move knowing all this in advance?
Answer: "People who make appointments by phone don't know everything."

I strongly advise against going there!
And instead of replying your boat message to that comment, save your time to train your staff.

Worst Volkswagen garage we visited! We have seen a used car couple and they expect the spouse to return alone to insult the second, what professionalism! Simply, it does not please them that we say what we think and we do not let ourselves be: they proposed to take our vehicle at the lowest price in the dealer concession fork while it was flawless . We were promised a courtesy vehicle while waiting for the one we bought to be ready and in the end we were left two weeks without a car and told us that "this is our problem". And icing on the cake, they did not want to offer us the road costs as agreed and suddenly, did not want to make us the order at the risk that the car passes us under the nose! So in these conditions, normal that a customer who defends his interests shows discontent, we are not just margins and commissions! I speak especially for the salesman who does not say hello nor goodbye and who does that to get up and go from one office to another while we are discussing and without apologizing to act thus. .. You have put us in the galley, we are far from the respect of customers ... it also happens in the fact that when we call at 10:00 for urgent questions about the delivery time of the fact that we are pedestrian, we were not even reminded in the same day (the garage closes at 19:00) while just before the closing at the 3rd phone call, another seller confirms that the requested person is there but n ' did not bother to take the call or call us back! We recalled by asking for an appointment for a few things about the car, the seller promises to remind us of Tuesday, the next Tuesday we have to remind him because he did not, but he never takes the call. After several calls from us, a switchboard finally sets us an appointment and the day of this appointment, the seller does not even apologize for not having called back! Worse, he does not want to make a shine in the bodywork while on the order form of the vehicle, it was well specified bodywork. He also supposedly "broke" the inside retro to see the children behind saying he was not obliged to give it and we were waiting more than 2 hours to change a key stack !!!! ZERO sales service / ZERO after-sales service !!!

At first, I'm still waiting for the information requested for the purchase of a new vehicle! Maybe you were not interested in selling it, anyway! I buy my vehicle elsewhere, I call them for a paid activation on the car radio, and nobody can inform me! I had to call 3 times! A first person faith is there, second time always nobody, and the last person I insist on I finally pass a person, very far incompetent. Worse he says go where you bought the car! Of course you are never going to have the car for interviews!

Purchase on Saturday and delivery on Wednesday for a new vehicle (with the current deadlines at the prefecture, it is a feat) ...
I recommend this concession for your purchases (as opposed to that of SLBA VALENCIENNES which I clearly advise you to avoid).

Buying a vehicle should be a pleasure, in Valenciennes, the sellers have no respect for the customer (for example: appointment for test of a vehicle, seller absent on the day of the appointment and vehicle sold. No one has bothered to warn. Outrageous and disrespectful.)

BE CAREFUL WORK !!! 800 for a longlife engine drain + dsg and wheel noise diagnosis. 200 the diagnosis and the noise is always there and the best is the drain, 4000km and engine light red, checking the level was below the minimum and no oil leak ... You don't care about the world, it Clearly there was not the required amount of fuel put into the engine. It is an OctaviaVrs not a low-end model. At 250 emptying we still expect a job well done. I have checked the dsg too? It is shameful. A complaint will be filed with Skoda France. You don't even deserve a star.

After buying my skoda combi at VW in Chartres, I wanted to maintain it at a dealership, so that the warranty runs (I made a VW loan that offers the guarantee during this one). For the maintenance nothing wrong: the car is washed externally before returning. Average for rates, but they are advertised clearly. By cons to join them: difficult! And the requested recall is not systematic (Auto Expo at Avion is much better, I do maintain my wife flexfuel golf). The diagnosis for the drop of my coolant: no! (put under pressure made, while we know that the weakness of these engines is the pump that leaks) Internal communication: zero! I made my belt, asking not to include the pump, repaired 3 months before under warranty. Except that it's not the same person who makes you the car, or treats your first request, and I almost paid for the pump change. I do not feel like a customer, for whom requests are processed. I had to relaunched 6 months later to have an answer to an email requesting the traceability of interventions taken under warranty! And the pompom is that the garage is certified ISO 9001, for customer satisfaction ... I will have 2 words to say to the listener the next time he comes
And in the past (I lived in Douai), you could go back to the Vw dealership and stay for 30 minutes, before you deign to take care of yourself. The commercial skoda is much better ...
I think to change (I hesitate between a touran, or a Kodiaq) in 2020: what is on it is that I will not go to them or for purchase or maintenance.

We bought our golf course 3 years ago now, we had asked in LOA, the order form was signed in LOA but the seller put the financing in LLD without informing us. Today we are totally blocked. Yesterday we had an appointment with a dealer, Monsieur took us up, laughed at us, listening to him we are the only culprits. I will certainly not advertise you and you are not ready to see us again. Started after 20 years, and 3 cars purchased, it ends today with a new report of the lack of consideration that the customer shows.
