A first telephone contact with Mr. Riquiez who took part in our project and invested without counting to satisfy us with an ultra interesting commercial proposal.
He then offered us a trial which instantly resulted in a firm order. This gentleman is one of the exceptional sellers who combine professionalism and respect for the customer.
The delivery of our Tiguan took place without any surprise and in the rules of the art. All of the promises were kept to the letter.

There must be quite a problem with the telephone lines. I tried to call the concession twenty times since yesterday morning and still nothing. Just an answering machine which should not be listened to because nobody called back.
Problem not very serious but very annoying.

I bought a second-hand automatic beetle in this dealership, to sell it very well, some small modifications to the bodywork to be done before receipt of the vehicle + change of worn tires.
I get my new car, nickel bodywork, on my way home (after 2h30 on the way back) my partner points out to me that the tires have not been changed ...... I call my salesman tells me that he will do what is necessary, a month later still no news .....
2 months later after several relaunches, still nothing and the icing on the cake my loose gearbox (automatic).
I am towed to a dealership of the same brand towards my home.
And I had to move heaven and earth to make my guarantee work.
The Douai concessionaire had to give the agreement and the payment to that of Saint Maximin to make my repairs except that the agreement was given 2 months later .....
Imagine 2 months without a car, while I work 1 hour from home, they lend me a car and then I rented one, I even had to put down some cps so as not to go to work because for days I didn't know how to go to work .
Every time I called Wolksagen Douai no one knew about it.
I got the after-sales service, he wasn't aware of it, their boss had to call me back, I'm still waiting.
I wanted my salesperson, I was told that he no longer worked with them, 2 weeks later I called and asked for it directly without explaining the reason I was given it (weird he had a contract again?), He transferred me to the after-sales service, the after-sales service still not informed even though I had it 2 weeks before ......
I had to write an email to wolksagen France to get things going, an expert came by.
Even the Wolksagen dealership where my car was to do the repairs didn't know what to do, they made me read all the emails that had no answer so that I wouldn't blame them.
2 nd call to wolksagen France because no news from the expertise after a month.
Response repair and no change of the gearbox.
A person from Douai contacted me to warn me, I took the opportunity to talk about forgetting my tires before, in order to change them at the same time as making the repairs, I was told that it will be done.
I get my car back, the tires haven't changed, I ask why? Verdict: The agreement was made for the gearbox nothing else.
I call wolksagen douai again, impossible to find the person who phoned me and as usual no one is aware, I am transferred to the after-sales service which has to call me back for 6 months now .....
Since my car is to stay in the garage for 2 months I ask that my warranty be extended by 2 months, we refuse.
Verdict for buying I never had the time of salespeople, but for the so-called problems they are no longer part of the company.
On my next car purchase, one thing is certain is that I will not go to your place, and no people around me either in view of the "PUB" that I made for you.
Thank you for making me take CP which was to take advantage of my son, thank you for making me waste 2 months and thank you for making me use the money to rent a car.
Really a shame that I have a 5 hour drive to and from

Frankly..People are never happy.
When I read some of the comments, I am distressed.
Of course, there are waiting times ..
Personally I would flee a completely empty concession in appointment! Which would be a sign of customer absence.
In short, customer vw and Audi turn, always very well received. When a concern arises on one of my vehicles, the team is mobilized (in respectable deadlines) to find a solution, all with a lot of kindness.

So AD blue is a source of concern so inquire and in Douai we find solutions that is not necessarily the case elsewhere ..... even if your vehicle is under warranty we boot in touch .... .......... Lamentable. Car towed by a Convenience store on a Friday: no call to warn me or tell me what would happen next.
Monday morning: no calls. So I contacted them in the afternoon: they were waiting for an email from me with my agreement to pass the car to the diagnosis!
Tuesday no return.
Wednesday morning no return. So I called back in the afternoon: the car had finally passed through the diag !! 2 days after having my agreement!
They confirm calling me back to tell me when to pick it up.
Thursday no return.
Friday morning no return. After contacting them in the afternoon, I learned that I could take my vehicle back !!

Of course no one at VW cared about my means of transport. Bad luck for them I am not unemployed ...
5 days in a VW garage for a crankshaft transmitter !!

LAMENTABLE with a special mention to the Service Advisor who will recognize himself. Do not bother to offer a courtesy vehicle to a customer, what professionalism !!!!!!!!

My vehicle is in expertise at home so in the beginning I am told that I have nothing to pay, 6 months elapse before the expertise I had the report and the adviser who called me to settle the dismantling costs, 250 euros for the removal of the oil pan and a hose admission ... Unable to make an appointment for a review. It's been 3 weeks that I try by phone to reserve a slot and it rings in a vacuum, then an answering machine, I leave several messages, nobody calls me. And when a person picks up there is not someone available to take me online !!!
I was out of air conditioning before going on vacation, I moved 2 times to have a quick diagnosis, and there either, not possible .. so I crossed France without air conditioning and under a heat wave of lead.
I ve never seen that ... a total lack of respect and empathy for customers.

We bought 6 vehicles from VW Carlier (2 A4, 1 Tigu...

We bought 6 vehicles from VW Carlier (2 A4, 1 Tiguan, 3 polos). All repairs and repairs to our vehicles have been made at this dealership for at least the first 6 years of the vehicles.
We repaired our Tiguan for claws in 2014 (left rear wing and right front door). This painting was very poorly made, the painting being much duller and not completely smooth (orange peel effect). The repair had cost nearly 700 euros ... A work indicates a VW dealership especially at such rates. We did not dare to report it at first.
Having experienced a recent disaster on the vehicle, I went to a bodybuilder closer. I took the opportunity to request a quote for the repair of new claws on the door repaired in 2014 at Carlier. The bodybuilder told me of his astonishment on the sloppy work that was done at Carlier (VW group) so much that he does not wish to repaint on it for fear that it is not qualitative. He then advised me to return to VW Douai Carlier because for him a painting must be guaranteed for life or at least must not move in 4 years ...
So I followed his advice. The garage recognizes the bad work done in 2014 but considers that after 4 years, it is too late to report it although they have all the traces of repair and maintenance in their system.
The advisor tells me all the same he wants to make a gesture on the repair. I wait a few minutes and he comes back with his quote. It is close to 600, which is almost the amount paid in 2014.
Given our great fidelity, I expected a larger gesture and almost total care. I am well aware that there are new claws but the quality of the repair of 2014 is deplorable and rebuff even bodyshops to rework on me making me "prisoner" of this concession.
In the end, a job of amateurs, no consideration of loyalty, prohibitive tariffs. TO DISCOVER ....
