Worst Volkswagen garage we visited! We have seen a used car couple and they expect the spouse to return alone to insult the second, what professionalism! Simply, it does not please them that we say what we think and we do not let ourselves be: they proposed to take our vehicle at the lowest price in the dealer concession fork while it was flawless . We were promised a courtesy vehicle while waiting for the one we bought to be ready and in the end we were left two weeks without a car and told us that "this is our problem". And icing on the cake, they did not want to offer us the road costs as agreed and suddenly, did not want to make us the order at the risk that the car passes us under the nose! So in these conditions, normal that a customer who defends his interests shows discontent, we are not just margins and commissions! I speak especially for the salesman who does not say hello nor goodbye and who does that to get up and go from one office to another while we are discussing and without apologizing to act thus. .. You have put us in the galley, we are far from the respect of customers ... it also happens in the fact that when we call at 10:00 for urgent questions about the delivery time of the fact that we are pedestrian, we were not even reminded in the same day (the garage closes at 19:00) while just before the closing at the 3rd phone call, another seller confirms that the requested person is there but n ' did not bother to take the call or call us back! We recalled by asking for an appointment for a few things about the car, the seller promises to remind us of Tuesday, the next Tuesday we have to remind him because he did not, but he never takes the call. After several calls from us, a switchboard finally sets us an appointment and the day of this appointment, the seller does not even apologize for not having called back! Worse, he does not want to make a shine in the bodywork while on the order form of the vehicle, it was well specified bodywork. He also supposedly "broke" the inside retro to see the children behind saying he was not obliged to give it and we were waiting more than 2 hours to change a key stack !!!! ZERO sales service / ZERO after-sales service !!!
