Lamentable !!!

Lamentable !!!
We bought our golf course 3 years ago now, we had asked in LOA, the order form was signed in LOA but the seller put the financing in LLD without informing us. Today we are totally blocked. Yesterday we had an appointment with a dealer, Monsieur took us up, laughed at us, listening to him we are the only culprits. I will certainly not advertise you and you are not ready to see us again. We are told to see to resolve the problem with Volkswagen bank and when we call the bank we are told to see with the dealership. Tired of taking people for fools, when it is to sell everything goes well but the slightest problem no one assumes. Rest assured that we will not stay there
