Modified notice - Long contact but then quick and efficient feedback

Modification of the opinion: finally contacted by the sales representative. The first contact was therefore very long (maybe a bad time), but then the feedback was quick and very cordial. Business discussion in progress ....

Avoid - Doesn't seem to want to sell !!

Seeking to buy a new vehicle, with current vehicle trade-in
- First visit on a Saturday morning at the SKODA dealership, without an appointment. Seller busy (OK) but VW sellers available. Nobody bothers
- Second test in the afternoon, without appointment. Busy SKODA salesperson (OK), a VW salesperson comes around, inquires: photocopy of vehicle registration document, tour of the car for trade-in offer, notes contacts. No return.
- Third test a week later, by phone. Nice SKODA salesperson who informs me that I never received the information from his colleagues. Re-sending of information by email (gray card, desired model - between 30 and 40 KEUR). No return
