It's an RV dealers we go to everytime we are in Kelowna for RV items. Also recently used their mobile service to our RV site as we had a small leak. Serviceman was able to fix and had it finished in quick time. Very pleasant guy again.
We recently purchased a used 2012 Starcraft Autumn Ridge 297BHS from Voyager RV. We found the experience to be totally awesome. Deb in sales helped us out with any information that we required or requested, and believe me when I say that there was a lot. No matter how much we contacted her by text or phone, she was always courteous, attentive, and did whatever it took to deal with our request or situation, even on her day off. Thank you so much Deb, your professionalism, attitude and demeanour hasn't gone unnoticed and we give you 5 stars for that.
As for service, the people we dealt with there, were also very professional, courteous, helpful and just all around good people to deal with. They repaired everything that we requested to be repaired so that our new trailer was in perfect condition to be used, and all while having a great attitude and even a few laughs together while the work was being done. One fellow in service, Andrew, was even laying on his back in water and getting soaked just to replace a drain valve on the frame rail. He had a great attitude towards the whole thing and made this final repair quickly so that we could get going to our campsite.
All in all I give all the staff that I dealt with at Voyager RV in Winfield 5 stars and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Deb, Andrew, and everyone else at Voyager RV for getting our purchase of our trailer onto a great start.

We are really happy with the purchase of our Travato 59K from Voyager! Their sales team was patient with us while we reached our decision to make the leap. And the service team have been very good about fixing the things that have come up in a timely way. The dealership ordered the van with factory options that are important for our climate. We appreciated that in our first trip which overlapped the end of winter.
Went to look at a new Winnebago Fuse. Met with Ian Gorst in sales. Ian was very helpful, courteous and knew the product well. We are still in the evaluation stages but if we decide to purchase a winnebago it will be from Ian.
This is our first RV Trailer. We looked in both BC and Alberta, and then found Voyager RV and never looked back. If you're looking to buy a trailer, this is the best place to go. We are from the mainland and we recently bought a beautiful 32' ft trailer. With a couple of hours the trailer was ours (the finance manager was great!) Everybody was very friendly, helpful, and answered all of our questions right away, we got a 2 hr inspection/introduction of the trailer by Chris. The whole team is great! If you're looking to buy a trailer, I recommend you look for Ryan - he is the guy!!!

Very disappointed with my last experience with Voyager. Took RV in for service (thought it was under warranty which is my bad) but found out I had a charge when I picked it up. When I questioned the invoice I was told it was my responsibility to ask if there was to be a charge and to read the signs posted of their hourly rate. After reviewing the bill I found a $300 charge to flush the black tank that took 3hrs!!! It doesn't take 3hrs to flush a tank. I had a call from the tech prior to starting it and he told me there wasn't much he could do but give me some advice and I told him not to worry about looking at the sensor. Guess he needed my $300 more than I did!
**update: They contacted me and made it right. I will make sure to communicate better for my end and ask more questions. I appreciate the extra mile they went to take the sting out on my end.
Just picked up our ( new to us ) holiday trailer. Found it on-line and dealt with Ryan on it. He was very, very helpful - sending a video and information. We drove to Kelowna from Vanc Island and had no surprises when we viewed the trailer in person. It was exactly as stated.
Ryan was off that day so Kyle helped us with the sale, again, super helpful. The process of buying the trailer was handled professionally by Voyager, very simple, friendly and thorough - they really make the process enjoyable. Great team !

Voyager was highly recommended to us by our neighbours, and for good reason - we were very happy with the service we received. Although we already knew what we wanted prior to going in to Voyager, Mike patiently walked us through the purchase process with no pressure; he came up with a fair trade-in deal, without us having to haggle over it. Voyager was very accommodating, as we were not able to pick up our unit right away. And they included lots of useful extras, which was awesome! (The only person who caused us slight anxiety was Lloyd, the finance guy... but that often seems to go with the territory). Overall it was a thoroughly pleasant experience, and we would not hesitate in recommending Voyager, and Mike in particular, to anyone in the market for an RV.

My wife and I were researching travel trailers for several years.
We had limited options close to where we live mostly because the brands we were interested in weren t carried by them.
Voyager RV has the major brands and a decent level of stock. Voyager RV is about 4.5 hrs away, but it was really worth the trip.
Kiel Kelly and Chris Heikoop took such good care of us and welcomed our dogs as well.
Kiel sent me a personal video showing me one of the trailers on my list before we ever committed to any purchase.
Chris did an awesome job of training me on all the systems of the RV.
It is hard to find anyone that cares enough to go a little further than just a transaction. Kiel and Chris demonstrated that they care about their clients and answered all my questions.
The entire crew at Voyager seem happy with their roles and that pride shows immediately.

Our experience with Voyager has been exceptional. Right from the sales staff to service. Everyone was kind and helpful.
Dan (our sales guy) was very patient, understanding and helpful while we anxiously awaited the arrival of our unit from the manufacturer. He answered any questions I had and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.
We had a little glitch with our financing, due to a small misunderstanding that we didn t really catch until our ride home. We immediately emailed Mike (sales manager) upon getting home and first thing in the morning, the next day, he responded and reassured us that our concerns were valid and they would be immediately addressed. Within a few hours, we were contacted by the finance dept and our issue was resolved. No fuss. Easy as can be.
We spent a large amount of time researching units and dealers. In that research, we found that Voyager was highly recommended and we can now see why. We feel extremely comfortable having Voyager as our dealer. We can see that they are there to be a part of our team, in our RV ing experiences.

Needed some parts and bulbs for my trailer. Reasonably well stocked parts room. Knowledgeable, courteous staff. Had to return the bulbs for different ones and no problem. Looks like quite a good stock of trailers and 5th wheels. Dont know about prices.

I am writing this letter to you so that I can pass on a very big Thanks for the great service and support I have received from your whole team during the last few months. My wife and I had been looking for a trailer for the better part of this year, and had looked at a number of them at Voyager. They were mainly outside of our price range, so we kept looking. In the fall we found a used Citation Supreme 5th wheel in your inventory and bought it. I cannot say enough about how friendly and helpful everyone was in making this work for us. Working with Ian and later, Brian, I found the process was completely painless and we made a deal that worked for everybody.
Our new (to us) trailer was immaculately cleaned and I was very excited to get out and start using it. As sometimes happens with travel trailers though, I discovered that there had been some old water damage in the back soon after getting it home, and contacted Logan in the Service department. I brought it in and he had a look. He assured me it would be looked after and I was relieved. After all, it was an older trailer, but perfect for our family, and what we could afford. I brought it back a few weeks later and your team started working on it. I mentioned I was interested in coming in for a look when it was pulled apart, and was encouraged to do so. Making the customer feel included went a long way for me.
I just recently came and picked up our trailer, and I will say that I am absolutely thrilled about the repairs that were done, and very grateful that dealing with Voyager has been this good. I feel like Logan and the rest of the team, the Sales Reps, and the RV Tech s who worked on the trailer went over and above and I am very happy with the service. Once we found what we were looking for we were able to quickly come to a no-pressure deal with Deb Thiessen, our salesperson. On delivery day we were given a thorough orientation by Chris and a couple of small issues were dealt with right away by a technician. We had a few troubles at the beginning with our jayco jay flight.. and with the on demand hot water heater, but the gals and guys at voyager have been very easy to deal with and very informative. This dealership is good to deal with when you buy your unit but terrible to deal with when you want to service your unit. Service deptartment has a huge lack of communication and lied about what we discussed. I should of recorded the initial conversation and had them write every single detail down (service guy was inputting info on the computer as we spoke but I guess I should have asked him to print it and let me proofread it for accuracy - just like in elementary school). Very disappointed in the outcome and even more disappointed in the service deprartment and shop foreman for just staring dumbly at me when I tried to ask questions and discuss the service plan. They just stood mutely, playing dumb. One guy would pass th buck to the next. Would give zero stars if it was an option.
For my wife and I purchasing our third RV was a significant event as we are at that empty nest stage and we needed a destination place to call a second home. Like most of us we spent a lot of time researching and investing in visiting a lot of rv dealerships in the valley. After some significantly disappointing visits to other dealers , Jordie from Voyager followed up one of our email quarries and asked us specific questions that led us to visit Voyager.
From that moment on the whole experience was exactly what anyone wants when dropping that kind of cash on an investment. We had clarity, openness and a non pressure type of environment to make our decision. From Jordies commitment to us and all through each process of the sale every individual was professional, helpful and courteous. Schedules were met and the process went smooth. We are, as Jordie says, very happy campers. You want a RV of any type, your first stop needs to be Voyager Rv. And no I didn't get any kickbacks for saying this, lol.
We made a deal via e-mail with Kathy and hauled our trade in from Prince George to Kelowna. We purchased a 2017 Eagle 306RKDS and the dealership gave us exactly what they quoted on the trade price. They paid for much of the fuel for the drive down and the process was quickly handled while we were there. The place was very busy yet we still received great service and attention. Saved thousands for our effort.

We had excellent sales service at Voyager from Deb Thiessen. I would highly recommend her. We do have a small problem with the radio that should have been resolved before the unit was released and I am not sure it will be resolved easily since we live in Revelstoke and their service does not extend here.
You all have definitely exceeded our expectations. We have never experienced such a great group of people under one roof. Ryan right from the day we stepped on the lot was attentive, respectful, very quick to respond even on his day off and best of all had a great sense of humour, Sheila and Cindy were both so helpful and also provided us prompt and knowledgeable service. Gord who provided us with orientation (I believe that was his name ) provided us one of the best orientations we have ever had. He was patient and took his time explaining everything thoroughly. He is definitely passionate about RVs.
Now for Mike what a guy. He treated us with the utmost of respect along with quite a sense of humour at my husbands expense priceless I believe our best buying experience.

Mobile service truck ,does not obey road rules, uses cell phone while driving drives in the fast lane (law states stay to the right untill you have to pass80kph or higher on hwy)
He also tail gates at high driving speeds in a top heavy van. Do not use this company or service as this shows if he doesn't care about road rules, he doesn't care about his job.
Hourly workers should not be speeding in company vehicles (they get paid by the hour not by the job)

I bought a 750 HS from Mike R. at Voyager site unseen based on some phone calls and emails. I drove from Vancouver Island and picked up the perfect camper for my needs. The staff were amazing and I am so appreciative of the help and service. This camper gives me a level of freedom I absolutely love having , going to the bush with my dogs. They did some aftermarket modifications to the unit based on my requests and it was all ready to go when I arrived. The staff also respected the covid safety and I felt comfortable being on site at all times. This unit on my mega cab turns heads and I have already had many questions about my set up , I make sure to tell them make the trip and head to Voyager.
The whole staff are just wonderful , from the front desk , parts sales , manager , and the guys at the back end getting everything done and ready. They work as 1 team to help customers leave happy.
They even gave me a few places of interest to check out in the area.

Had a slow water drip out of bottom of brand new RV due to a couple of cross threaded taps in water closet during manufacturing. I did notice it slow dripping from bottom corner when picking it up, but figured it was just residual from them washing it.
When contacted they arranged for the RV to be fixed where we live, instead of driving it all the way back to Voyager RV.
