Very friendly guys ... Got my first RV there and of course I had alot of questions and no idea.... They showed me everything and explained very understandable. This guys knows what service means! Additional to the pictures I got a video from my RV trailer after our first call and I hope I will have a few years fun with my RV.

Going through the whole purchase process from start to finish with Mike there was no pressure. He spoke to us in terms that we would understand. Not lingo that his colleges would understand. He was thorough and listened to what we wanted and showed us units that suited us best. In the end we found our dream 5th wheel. No pressure . We felt welcomed and comfortable throughout our experience at Voyager RV Center. Initially we were just looking, but found exactly what we were looking for. Met with Mike and he gave us the information and the time we needed to make our final devision. The purchasing process could not have been more seamless. From purchasing to warranty to insuring to our walk through inspection. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We cannot be more pleased with our purchase or our experience. From the reception girls to the salesperson to the insurance person to the parts people to the boss himself, all were very easy to deal with. We cannot recommend them highly enough. Purchased a new trailer back in December, brand new trailer that had a door lock/paint issue on the same door which was brought to their attention at time of them doing their walk around delivery. I have contacted them 4 times in the last 6 months trying to see where this door is that they say was ordered. 6 weeks ago they said it has been on order since we picked up the trailer and they would track it down through Jayco. Still nothing. The trailer is not usable as the door will not lock/close properly. Unacceptable. If something is not done soon it will be returned as they have not filled their end of the contract.

We bought our first trailer with Voyager and although nice and shiny, it did not live up to our expectations. Mike Roberts and Jason really stepped up to the plate and made sure we could return our unit and get into something we loved. The customer service was outstanding. We made the trip from Vancouver to buy at Voyager because they go that extra mile.

I purchased a 2019 Jayco 224 Rocky Mountain Baja from Voyager RV. My Sales Man was Dan Keith. After a fair bit of research and a test pull Dan was able to answer all my questions and get me a great price.

After using my unit late into the fall of 2019 I had a list of deficiencies (nothing major) that needed to be addressed while the unit was still on warranty. After working with the service department and confirming that all of my concerns will be met they were happy to get to it. I m righting this review now that I have received my unit back.
Everything that needed to be addressed was and then some. I am very happy with my entire experience, the people and stages of my trailer purchase from Voyager RV has been great. Thanks to all

Service service and service. Excellent. Everyone is very attentive and genuine, from sales to admin, to parts store to service have been great. We had a few fixes with our new trailer (to be expected) and they rectified right away. Special mention to our sales guy Rob K. who truly went above and beyond, answering questions on his day off, texting us anytime we needed something. He made the whole process seamless and gave us confidence with our decision. We are from the lower mainland and we have no regret using Voyager in Kelowna. Worth the drive. Thank you voyager.

Our sales rep, Jesse, answered all of our questions quickly - he went above and beyond putting together our travel trailer package. The entire team was friendly and we would not hesitate to recommend Voyager to anyone looking to buy a RV!

Do not deal with this place. We basically had a deal in place on the phone. Dealer did not ask for a deposit--I did not know you needed to have this to secure the deal. Traveled 3 hours to close the deal and they had sold the unit in the morning. The sales person we talked to was not even there, even though we had talked to him the day before and he knew we were coming in!!! Have dealt with many RV dealers before and this experience turned me off completely from ever dealing with them.

The most efficient RV trade in and purchase of a new RV we have experienced. Very fair on trade in price, prompt replies to emails and phone calls. No problems with the collection process, we did spot a very small manufacturer body work flaw and they arranged repair within one day. Great to work with Jordie for the sale and with Logan the service manager.

Our experience at Voyager RV was amazing! Our salesman Rob Ketting went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We had never bought an RV before and heard many horror stories about peoples experience at bad dealerships. This is not one of them! They take great care and pride in their work and aren t pushy to sell you extras or anything like that. Their team and techs are knowledgeable and very helpful to us newbies. They allowed me to do my own thorough inspection without interruptions and helped me fixed some minor cosmetic issues on the spot! And made sure we were 100% comfortable before driving off since we had never towed before.
We cannot say enough good things about our experience here. We drove 4 hours to buy our RV from here even though there are plenty within 20 minutes of our house! There s a reason for that trust me!

We were buying our first RV and had a LOT of questions . We met Rob Ketting on a very rainy day at Voyager RV for the first time and he was very gracious and helped us with all our questions .. All the staff were very kind and Alex did an awesome job installing the load leveling hitch for us !
The HOW TO video's they supplied us with are fantastic ,as its tough remembering everything they explain to you on delivery day .

Customer friendly, efficient service is worth that extra effort.

went in looking for someone to help me with repairs to my 5th wheel and such and got some goon named Dave. He seemed pre-occupied with his facebook iphone page and didn't even acknowledge me. So when I asked him for directions to who could help me, he said it wasn't his department and walked away. Gee Dave, Im sorry to bother you dude,what a jerk, I left and will not ever come back. I do not recommend this place, if you need any help with RV parts or repairs.

I purchased a new Jayco RKS 29 foot travel trailer from Voyager in June. I couldn't have been happier with the dealership or the trailer. I would most certainly recommend these guys to a friend.

Worst buying experience ever! If it's not new they don't clean it properly. They
knew when we were picking up our unit but nothing was ready. Poor communication between departments. They were to order missing parts for the unit we are still waiting 2 months later. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.

As we experienced terrible sales service at Travelland in Langley, we decided to google the 5th wheel we wanted and found Ryan Serwa at Voyager RV in Winfield . Since the first introduction, it has been a great experience to deal with Ryan.He was exceptional from beginning to end with our purchase. He was not pushy at all!! And that is what sold us! As well as all the other great employees that we dealt with at Voyager RV. I would highly recommend him!! Great job Ryan for making our dream come true.

I was very pleased with all the effort all departments put in to our RV purchase. Sales were informative, flexible and no pressure, service were very knowledgeable and the technical guys on delivery went above and beyond. Accounting also did their part well! I would mention people by name but there are one or two who's names I have forgotten and I don't want them feeling left out. I will recommend Voyager RV to everyone.

Went to a couple of places here in the lower mainland and Fraser valley, had a hard time getting straight answers and even a salesman's attention for long enough to even get the information i needed to make an informed decision. looked online for another dealer and found Voyager, quick info fill on the website and i had a unit reserved, one phone call with Jordie that lasted almost an hour where he explained everything i wanted and answered all of my questions ( great followup by email for anything he couldn't answer) including giving me an out the door price, which the others would not do over the phone or had trouble doing even in person. quick flight up, they picked me up and dropped me back off at the airport, to finalize paperwork and take delivery and they even arranged storage for me til the highway conditions got better. I have to Say easiest and most laid back vehicle, purchase i have ever had. if your looking for an RV Voyager all the way.

Dropped into to view a Minnie Winnie 27Q and I've never experienced such poor customer service in my life. Asked a salesman who was showing another couple the class c if we could view the coach and he rudely said,"it's sold!" and then turned his back on us. We then went into the office to determine if they had any others and no one was interested in serving us. If this is the type of pre ownership service you receive I can't even begin to imagine post coach service!! Never again will we be back! We are planning a trip to the coast and Vancouver Island next week to purchase an RV. My only recommendation is to stay away from this dealership...period

Our whole family is delighted with our recent purchase of our 2011 Jayco Eagle 284 BHS trailer from Voyager RV. Five big stars to our sales guy Jordie Dunsmuir for guiding us to the right trailer at the right price . He was terrific not only with the purchase and all the paper work, but helped us choose all the right aftermarket items too: from the right hitch to the proper TP. And two thumbs up to Richard for his detailed walk through on possession day and to all the staff at Voyager RV. Their knowledge, assistance and encouragement have made our first couple to trips the most enjoyable camping we ve experienced.

They also gave me a very competitive price, and when I picked up the unit everything went off flawlessly. They even delivered it. Well done.

Great experience in purchasing a new toy hauler trailer. Our new rig was nicely cleaned and they went over everything in detail. They set up my truck and hitch so I didn't have to do anything but drive away and enjoy my new toy. Business office was good, no hidden fees, not pushy for extra loan/warranty insurance etc - they understand the meaning of no. Also got a GC for $100 with our new unit so we got some accessories for free, which was a nice treat! Would definitely recommend this place to purchase an RV.

Travelled from Squamish to buy a travel trailer here based on the good reviews. I wasn't disappointed. Ryan and the team were quick to communicate, installed the options I wanted for a transparent price and had the trailer clean and ready for me to pick up on time. There were a few small niggles with the trailer from the factory, which they fixed immediately for no cost - I left satisfied. Would buy here again.

Extremely happy with our experience purchasing a used RV from Voyager RV. Had positive feelings right from the start when we arrived during presentation of a ceremonial cheque to the local Foodbank from the dealership.
Ian, the sales representative, was excellent to deal with and very forthcoming when showing the unit to us. He responded as promised during negotiations and was able to provide a very fair deal from our perspective. We also received a very good customer orientation to the unit from Doug, who answered all our questions and provided tips to repair a couple of worn items.

We love our 2018 Imagine Trailer - and Voyager RV has been great to deal with - their Mobile Service tech. is wonderful, and so nice not to have to haul the trailer in for little repairs.

Our buying experience From Voyager RV was nothing short of exceptional. As this was our first RV purchase we put allot of effort into researching Travel trailers and decided on Grand design Imagine. Ryan Serwa helped us to locate the floor plan we didn t know we wanted, until we saw it in person the 22MLE XLS. From start to finish Ryan has had our Best interest as a family in mind and was Genuinely happy for us when pulled out with our new trailer. Highly recommend this dealership mostly because of the staff throughout the organization.

We purchased our travel trailer about 3 years ago when they were having their anniversary sale and so got it for a great price. Overall we have loved our trailer however, the customer service has been quite poor. The first summer when we went on the road, a retired rv professional looked at our hitch and said that it had been installed wrong. Then we found out that the ball hitch was also the wrong size. We have sent this information to Voyager and basically they said "Sorry". Furthermore, we had been told when we purchased the trailer that in 2 years if we were claims-free we would get a lump sum of money as a perk. We phoned Voyager business office to inquire about it and they said no it is actually not until 2020! Big difference there... and they wouldn't even tell us what company we should call to check on it - that is on our paper work. Now we have to sort through our paper work when they could have helped us out easily.

I see many people who are quite happy with their service and I wish we were among them. We are completely satisfied with our trailer having done the research on which one satisfied our needs. We would really not go with Voyager RV again however. Especially since we have to drive a day and a half to get there.

Great place to purchase an RV, great staff. Mike Roberts runs a great sales dept. We were in a difficult spot with our trade-in but Mike and his crew were able to make the deal happen so that everybody was satisfied.
We have bought 2 RV's from Voyager and have had good experiences both times.
The service department is great as well. Every time we have had to deal with Ron, he remembers who we are and what unit we have, and gets things done on time and done right.

We purchased a used travel trailer from voyager rv Jan. 2020. Kiel did a great job of showing the units, getting all the info we needed, very friendly and helpful. I was very impressed with time spent and thoroughness of the orientation of the rv.

Sales person was very helpful, it took awhile to get the trailer in because of covid but other than that everything was great. Also received a good trade in value right off which was a pleasant surprise.

We purchased our second travel trailer almost 3 years to the day from Voyager RV. Now we just did a trade in and upgraded to a fifth wheeler. Mike Ruscheinsky our salesman for both trailers made it painless. It was all done mostly thru emails.

Now Voyager RV offers a few night stay a Holiday RV resort which is only a few minutes away. After the first night stay we had some minor issues with the hot water, we called the next morning and they sent the mobile tech to RV resort and matters were solved immediately.

We are pretty happy with all the service Voyage RV has provided. We travelled from basically Vancouver BC. Even though there are rv dealers there, we prefer to deal with Voyager RV because the service and pricing is well worth it . NO BS is the best.

Our experience here to purchase a new rv was a very pleasing experience. They are extremely organized throughout the process and have trained staff all along the process so make each step smooth. Including bringing an ICBC rep in for insurance right at the dealership. Already after the sale they have stepped up and delivered our old trailer back to us free of charge. Seriously, this dealership is great. They even offer a curb side service call. I've had the service guy attend my driveway to winterize, check the roof, and give a full unit peace of mind inspection, at no extra cost. Wow.

Our old unit was zero problem (Jayco 174BH Baja), and our new 242 Rocky Mountain should be no different.

We had the awesome pleasure of dealing with Jordie. He was so easy to talk to. We told him what we wanted, our budget and he made it happen. The price was given to us simple and clear. All taxes, AND the goodies we wanted included.

We are a retired couple living 750 km from Kelowna. We traded our 5th wheel trailer in on a truck camper sight unseen. We dealt with Jordie and it would be easy to view all our long distance conversations as sales hype.

However, what we found during our two day visit was an organization that walks the talk. We had an opportunity to deal with many members of the organization and without exception all were focused on a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
