This dealership is good to deal with when you buy your unit but terrible to deal with when you want to service your unit. Service deptartment has a huge lack of communication and lied about what we discussed. I should of recorded the initial conversation and had them write every single detail down (service guy was inputting info on the computer as we spoke but I guess I should have asked him to print it and let me proofread it for accuracy - just like in elementary school). Very disappointed in the outcome and even more disappointed in the service deprartment and shop foreman for just staring dumbly at me when I tried to ask questions and discuss the service plan. They just stood mutely, playing dumb. One guy would pass th buck to the next. Would give zero stars if it was an option.
