I was on a bike trip from Edmonton, needed a back tire desperately and Ryan hooked me up big time on a Saturday none the less! Then to my surprise, when i picked up my bike it had been detailed! Thanks so much!

Great store, loads of inventory, friendly helpful staff.

Great service great pricing will use them for all my bike needs now and into the future.

I called there from Ontario to ask these great people about something not related to Yamaha after 2 minutes and 2 fellows they put me on the right track. Top Drawer people.

The owner of this shop Terry, and the service manager Ryan don t have any clue whats going on at there own shop. They are very rude, and they don t have any buisness handling your dirtbike!

Always had great service there, job done when they said it would be.. and flexibility on thier end, when something unexpected came up, they went way out of thier way for me to keep me in my budget and keep me riding! Will definitely be going pack there! I even service/buy parts through them for my non-yamaha toys!

They were very helpful getting the stuff I needed to get my sled ready. Thanks.

Kelowna Yamaha is a complete joke. Terry, the owner is the most dishonest person I have ever done business with. I m out $2000.00 because Terry made a bad decision and won t stand behind his own mistakes. Don t make the same mistake I did. Save yourself some time and money and stay away from Kelowna Yamaha!

Great staff and awesome selection of parts, new units, riding gear and all the accessories to boot! Graham will go above and beyond just to help a guy out. Kristen is very friendly and always seems to be working hard. And they are dog friendly!!!! They keep my baby going with all the parts I could fathom!

No customer service. Was there trying on gear for 10 minutes and not one person asked if I needed help.

Russ was knowledgeable, welcoming, and full of excellent tips and information. The rest of the staff were eager to please and made you feel very much at home. I will buy my next toy from this team. Highly recommended.

I like the store .BUT one of the guys that works there irritates the hell out of me. He's arrogant and rude to costumers.

Tried to trade 2016 RZR XP 1000 in on new quad/quads sales person talked like he was going to work with me I waited several days for email or call recieved neither. Very unprofessional.

A little long the service but took $1800 off my final price. Really nice staff. My bike is running awesome. I made the mistake of jumping the gun and writing a bad review and now after all the effort they made to fix the problems which includes coming to my house and picking up my bike and finishing it that day is amazing. I feel sick and regretful that I did that. Thank you to the guys at Kelowna Yamaha.

Everyone here is so helpful! Bought 2 new bikes here this year and we were treated so well! Mike came in on his day off, got us great deals and Pierce was so great working with me for the perfect gear and extras! These guys go way above and beyond!

Nice place, odd people, a place where I can feel welcomed and accepted (I am odd).

Sent my bike in to them after an accident. They never sent the report to ICBC and we had to do a lot of the talking to ICBC directly. They held our bike and said we could not take it and after talking with ICBC they said they had no reason to hold our bike. Bring your business somewhere else, this place is terrible. They always say I have over 25 years of experience but obviously it wasn t a good 25 years. We were pretty upset with the service, taking it somewhere else now.

Stay away from these crooks! Sales and service are terrible. Worst Yamaha dealer ivea I've ever been to. Bought a motor for our boat to cross the straight of Georgia . It started acting up after 8 hours of use. Nearly stranding us. Yamaha wouldn't help other than tell us to go to another Yamaha dealer in the opposite direction we where going with a motor that barely ran.. After spending $10s of thousands on Yamaha products I would expect so much better than to abandon their customer. Telling us there is water in the gas. We have a water seperator installed with a new filter. No service once they have your money they don't obviously care. This destroyed our holiday. Thanks Yamaha Kelowna!

Kelowna Yamaha is not just a dealership. It's an eclectic PASSIONATE group of enthusiasts that are there to help with all your questions and concerns. I have made great friends with everyone there. HUGE selection of GREAT gear. Great place. Great product. Top notch customer service. I have purchased 2 bikes there and numerous parts, from sales to service and the parts counter. Every experience was fantastic. Highly highly recommend!

Big thanks to Pierce in Service for getting my carburetor tuned for this weekend. He went out of his way to get the carb ready and put a rush on a vital part. They took the time to help me troubleshoot the issue. I wouldn't be riding this weekend if they hadn't help me out. If your bike is running rough take it to Yamaha, great service and reasonably priced. Thanks Again.

Bought new tires - great price and they ordered them quickly. Had them swap them over for me, service was right on time and they were super helpful. Graham was very helpful and knowledgeable. Will definitely go back.

very friendly old school honest customer service from this place. I wouldn't bring my toys anywhere else for service these guys know what they are doing. I bought a couple of machines from Russ and Leeane and they treated me fairly and it was fun buying from them. From the parts guys to the management this store is dialled. Whatever bad review you read on here, don't listen to it - it's bs. This place rocks.

Great store with a great selection of helmets and gear. Older guy with glasses helped me fit my helmet and def knows what he is doing. The rest of the staff are very helpful as well and don't judge that I don't even own a Yamaha! Great service!

These guys are crooks. They took my bike in for a "rebuild" and I got it back in pieces with a 2000$ bill

I have to say that so far this dealership has been fair with me and will most likely go through with our online deal we are working on.
More to follow as on the 11th I will know if this is a go, or just a good ride to kelowna and back.
I'm sure the ride will be worth it.

Bought a FJ-09 after demo'ing a few. Great service and friendly staff.

Mike took great care of me on an awesome new Yamaha YZ450. The process was quick and easy and everyone at the dealership had a great attitude and was eager to help. It was also nice to go in there and see everyone smiling and enjoying their job. I would highly recommend giving them a call for your next Yamaha! I can t wait to try out my new YZ!

Very attentive and knowledgeable staff. Had fantastic experience with both parts and service. Ryan has always been very helpful and accommodating and knowing they have a mechanic that is an expert, particularly with high performance street bikes is a huge comfort as my experience with shops in the lower mainland and okanagan haven't been the most reassuring. The store has a great selection of apparel and it's a big plus for me that they are open on Monday as most comparable businesses are not. I will definitely be purchasing my next Yamaha from these guys.

Great bunch of guys. They always fix my tires even right at the end of the day so I can still get out and get a ride in. I would of given them a five star rating but I ride a husqvarna and I cant shop for goodies from them.

Aside from an informative Tech, it was a terrible experience. Very dishonest service manager, all around terrible customer service.

Dishonest and untrustworthy. Will scam you out of your hard earned money and then laugh in your face about it. I have no idea how Terry can call this circus a "business"

The incompetency and unprofessionalism of your shop lead me to take said engine to an actual reputable shop in town to diagnose your bogus claims. Your incompetent staff could not find the issue and therefore made something up to try and cover yourselves. After speaking to a real mechanic he laughed when I told him your ridiculous diagnosis of this engine. Also informed me what you said isn't even possible and his opinion is much more credible than your own. After said qualified mechanic took a look over the pieces he found a crack in the cylinder which is causing the coolant leak. Not a bent rod, Terry. (Which I'm going to add is the most ridiculous conclusion of a coolant leak I've ever heard of but it doesn't surprise me that you of all people would come up with something like that)

At the end of the day you and your shop are underqualified, overconfident and very rude. Maybe learn how to work on the machines you sell in store and you won't run into issues in the future. Or maybe have a back bone and admit when you've made a mistake and fix the issue.

Just purchased a Yamaha power boat from Kelowna Yamaha and have to say the experience was fantastic. Terry and Mike bent over backwards to help us get the right boat at the right price. Highly recommend both the Yamaha products and this dealership.

I've had a bit of a bump in the road with yamaha kelowna when I first started coming here. I came back again and I've never been let down again. Everything from feeling invited and welcome to be in the store and apart of the Yamaha community. To excellent service with parts and maintenance on my bike. I absolutely love coming here (aside the fact that it's usually because something needs to be fixed on my bike) because of the friendly staff. Even though I am unsure if I'll get a yamaha for my next bike due to interest in other makes. I still would like to come here to get as much service and parts as I can

Both Mike s were really helpful and friendly l. Had our boat ready and set aside for quick pickup and it was the 2021 model as promised from purchasing over the phone and driving 7 hours to pick up.

Terrible experience. I took my collector bike in as I wanted professionals to do just a simple oil change. I could hear them in the shop revving the bike WAY higher than they should have. When I finally got the bike back it was idling too high and when I asked the mechanic what was up he came over and started messing with the bike and again revved it up way too high - when told him to stop doing that he gave me attitude and walked away. I called the manager the next business day and he did sound concerned and would investigate but several weeks later still no call back. Horrible service. STAY AWAY from this place.

Prices are higher but they've always been super helpful! Really appreciate Darren and his crew in the service department. They've helped me over the phone several times and went out of their way. Great group to work with. Always earn my respect and my business.

Amazing customer service! I'm always nervous going into these places cause I don't know much about these machines but the staff made me feel comfortable and took the time to explain everything I needed to know for a first time buyer. The staff I talked to were very knowledgeable. You can tell they are all passionate about what they do. I will definitely be going back!

A huge kudos to the crew for getting me back safely on the road. Shop was booked up but still managed to get it on the hoist a turn a much needed wrench. Their customer service and technician is top shelf, much appreciated guys!

These guys are the snowbike kings. They know it all when it comes to this kind of stuff. I've tried other dealers (who I wont name) and they just can't compete with the knowledge these guys have. I have a Yamaha generator and was looking for a second one, staff was very helpful and always smiling. I had the kids with me and they went out of there way to even give them a little attention. Very knowledgeable great product.

Great store. Great staff. I have been dealing with Kelowna Yamaha for the better part of 10 years and have always had a great experience. The service department has always been fair and knowledgable. One of the best techs in Canada works there and I wouldn't let anyone but him work on my "girls" .
There service manager is straight forward and always keeps me informed on time and cost of my repairs.
The parts department always have what I need and if they don't it's there in a short amount of time.
The store as a whole is knowledgable and I have always had great service from everyone there.
I would recommend them to anyone for a new bike, parts or service.

Dealt with Kelowna Yamaha several times even though I ride Honda. The staff are engaging and super helpful. The service department guys always go the extra to help you out. Service pricing is realistic and reasonable. I always recommend them to friends.

I can't say enough good things about Terry's team at Yamaha. Mike was great when I first started inquiring with quick responses to my emails. In the shop, Russ was awesome to deal with and was super knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions I had. Also, very patient with waiting until we could finish the transaction. Thank you all. Also the girl they have working was awesome with my daughters and helping them pick out helmets
