Very disappointed with my last experience with Voy...

Very disappointed with my last experience with Voyager. Took RV in for service (thought it was under warranty which is my bad) but found out I had a charge when I picked it up. When I questioned the invoice I was told it was my responsibility to ask if there was to be a charge and to read the signs posted of their hourly rate. After reviewing the bill I found a $300 charge to flush the black tank that took 3hrs!!! It doesn't take 3hrs to flush a tank. I had a call from the tech prior to starting it and he told me there wasn't much he could do but give me some advice and I told him not to worry about looking at the sensor. Guess he needed my $300 more than I did!
**update: They contacted me and made it right. I will make sure to communicate better for my end and ask more questions. I appreciate the extra mile they went to take the sting out on my end.
