Purchased a new trailer back in December, brand new trailer that had a door lock/paint issue on the same door which was brought to their attention at time of them doing their walk around delivery. I have contacted them 4 times in the last 6 months trying to see where this door is that they say was ordered. 6 weeks ago they said it has been on order since we picked up the trailer and they would track it down through Jayco. Still nothing. The trailer is not usable as the door will not lock/close properly. Unacceptable. If something is not done soon it will be returned as they have not filled their end of the contract.
