This afternoon a got a flat tire. One day before our vacation to Croatia. I was close by Volvo Alkmaar. They helped me out big time. Thinking with me. 1 hour later it was fixed!

Heb afgelopen jaar bij Van Kuyk een occasion XC40 gekocht. Binnen een jaar is de hele versnellingsbak vervangen, de krukas, krukaslagers, vliegwiel en nog sta ik elke maand stil. Het is ongehoord! Ik heb nog nooit in zo'n slechte auto gereden.

I recently bought another V40 diesel in Hoorn very satisfied with this car drive super and the service was excellent again this is my 5th volvo who bought at tvk because I think the service is excellent and they are gold honest.
I was last with my previous car a S40 for an inspection so drinking a coffee there was also a customer from Noordwijk who came especially to tvk for a big turn for his V70 a while later came the receptionist ask him when he had his last turn that was almost 2 years ago the receptionist said that the oil and the rest was so clean they made a small turn that saves a lot of money the man was happy and that is the quality of tvk class greetings Henk Stoop

Very positive. Had 2 conversations and we were treated nicely. All questions were answered correctly and extensively. Test drive driven today and there was good thinking, after which the test drive car was exchanged for another one. In terms of interior, this is in line with what we would like to order. Nothing was 'urgently' advised, so you get a quote as we would like it ourselves. So definitely recommended!

More than a year ago we ended up in the showroom more or less by chance. Since we were extensively addressed by Mr. Pim van der Stoop and received an interesting offer for the type of car we were interested in, we decided to choose this dealer. This turned out to be a good choice because the service and communication throughout the process were very good. We have been driving our new car for almost a year now and are very happy with it! Hi I went to van Kuyk for the occasion v60. Here I was helped by Casper. Casper just understands very well that as a seller you sometimes have to go the extra mile. Because of my busy schedule, I actually didn't have time to spend a few hours there. Casper indicated that he would be happy to receive me outside of his working hours. Furthermore, he thought along nicely to do other rims under it without being a teacher, you will do that. No, just looked at the options. I was also well received there. Super service. They fixed more than what they billed me for. Truly awesome. My car is a safer and more comfortable drive. They also communicated really well before taking costly but needed repairs. If you own a Volvo, this is the place to be for maintenance, repairs or accessories.

I currently have rather mixed feelings with this company. The visit there now feels 'trusted', but actually because of the high number of visits that I had to make in recent years because my Volvo failed again and again (I have two cars, one made in Germany is never wrong, the other, the Volvo, therefore, falters almost every year).
At van Kuyk there is a beautiful coffee corner with chairs, that is of course the same, Scandinavian design and the company makes a light, well-kept and open impression. No, waiting there is not a punishment and that is nice to know.
The desk staff makes a friendly, accurate but sometimes also a bit of a hasty impression, of course, customers set the bar high nowadays. What do we do to ourselves I think when I see that.
Also the toilets, often a poor child, are neat and fresh, yet nice to know, it is the details that make him feel and customers associate a possibly dirty backside of a company with the front side and then naturally with the maintenance on it. their own car.

Then there were problems that repeatedly came back, not because this was a fault of the manufacturer (because that is of course not to be blamed on a dealer) but it was above all again and again (over a period of real years this is an interpretation error) from the workplace. And you know, that is of course human work, and people do their best there is my sincere conviction. No, the deciding factor for writing this argument was a wiper blade ...

For my 'German' I have 'a male', that male works practically for nothing despite being a certified judge of course. My 'German' keeps on driving, the only thing he sometimes needs are two new wiper blades, mainly because he is often parked quietly, it is the turn of the driver for 1 or 2 years and so there are never any problems there.
My Volvo, however, has had a completely worn windscreen wiper blade for a month or two, only a few months after the MOT, this problem started to become apparent.
So my three stars were ultimately motivated by the overlook of a single part, well no, actually by a constant sum of imperfections, the wiper blade was the straw. If, in the coming years, I finally stay free from unnecessary intermediate visits to the workplace, I will certainly adjust this review again!

Since 2013 I have excellent experience as a business buyer at the Volvo Dealer in Alkmaar, especially at Pim van der Stoop!
My annual Volvo maintenance is also neatly checked here to the last detail.

My vehicle is checked both inside and outside after it has been put through the car wash. A bottle of water is always put in my car for my safe departure home.

I always receive my invoice by email, so no piles of invoices afterwards.

Am I satisfied with Ton van Kuyk as a dealer?

Rather neatly helped by the seller neatly friendly and helpful. Scheduled a test drive in a V90 and that too was neatly arranged. Except for (malfunction lights) That same day, the contact suddenly changed when the seller told me that he suddenly no longer had any confidence in it and whether I was completely sure whether my company really existed (which is totally out of the question since I go private) the seller has questioned the existence of my company up to 3x. The seller gave the excuse that if TVK sells a car, everything has to be right before they start working with someone. Then I immediately think of where do you interfere, and what do you worry about. Your job as a seller is to sell cars, and whether that is done business or private by a customer is totally irrelevant as a seller. If the car is sold and paid, then you have done your job, right? Apparently the sellers are so bored there that they can just do such things to customers. And that before the car is sold! Keep it up TVK this is very professional and very customer friendly of you.

They will never see me there again! Although I have to go to the other side of the Netherlands for a garage. Everything better than TVK !!

This morning I went to this dealer for a small repair on my V40 under Selekt warranty. Could wait on the spot with a good cup of coffee and a place to work. Repairs were carried out within an hour and my car was even hosed in the car wash afterwards. Top service!

My last Saab was bought and is under maintenance by Ton van Kuyk. I have always experienced the personal approach and delivered quality as pleasant and hope to expect this in the future.

Nice company. Have finally, after 2 years, search, the kraakjes in my Volvo V90 can eliminate. It is a pity that this has taken so long with all those workshop visits but now I can still enjoy 2 years of irritation from my Volvo!
